King of the Wilderness

Chapter 502: Chapter 275: The Farm Selection! (Must-See, with Lots of Pictures)

”Combine all the advantages of these three farms together. What we’re looking for is not just a farm, but a kingdom estate!”

His words made the air in the entire cabin seem to ignite.

At that moment, an idea suddenly struck Aliya like a flash of lightning! She clapped her hands and showed an extremely excited expression.

”Wait! Dear! I... I’ve thought of something!” she stammered with excitement, ”Amy and I, during the selection process, came across an option that we thought was simply outlandish and didn’t dare to even click on!”

”We joked at that time, saying that unless we won the lottery or found a gold mine, we would never be able to afford it! The introduction page wasn’t even public; it required validation from a top broker after verifying assets!”

She quickly snatched the tablet from Emily’s hand and searched through the browser history.

”Look! It’s this one!” She held the tablet in front of both of them.

On the screen, a magnificent aerial video appeared. The video started with a line of simple yet imposing text: ”Giant Stone River Heritage Farm - Montana’s last private kingdom.”

The camera swept over an expansive, forested mountain range below, revealing a vast, sapphire-like blue lake glittering in the sunlight.

Around the lake is a rolling golden grassland where herds of elk leisurely wander. A clear river, originating from the snow-capped mountains, flows into the lake and meanders away, disappearing into the distant canyon.

Emily gazed at the breathtaking scene, slowly scrolling the page, softly reading the detailed introduction below: ”Giant Stone River Heritage Farm...” She paused, as if the name itself carried a tremendous weight.

”The farm is located at the border of Montana and Wyoming, adjacent to the northern boundary of Yellowstone National Park. It’s the largest and most crucial piece of private land in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. The total area is 31,200 acres.”

She stopped to help the still-bewildered Aliya conceptualize this number: ”31,200 acres is equivalent to 126 square kilometers.”

”New York’s Manhattan Island has an area of 59 square kilometers. So, this ranch is bigger than two Manhattans.”

Lin Yu’an added: ”This size is indeed considerable, equivalent to 1.5 times the area of Hong Kong Island, China.”

Aliya instantly grasped the concept of this size. Emily continued reading, her voice filled with reverence for this land.

”The ranch includes...”

”Water resources: A private alpine lake covering 800 acres, Mirror Lake, replenished year-round by glacier meltwater from the Absaroka Range. The water quality has been tested to meet drinking grade standards, with the deepest part of the lake exceeding 200 feet.”

”And a private section of Giant Stone River stretching 12 miles, which Forbes magazine ranked among the top ten trout fishing paradises in the United States. It is home to the legendary giant rainbow trout and Yellowstone cutthroat trout.”

”Ecological and hunting resources: Over 20,000 acres of pristine conifer forest and alpine meadows. This area is a vital seasonal migration corridor for Yellowstone elk, moose, bighorn sheep, and pronghorn populations.”

”The ranch has a permanent, transferable top-tier hunting quota awarded by the Fish and Game Department of Wyoming and Montana, including permits to hunt 8 elk and 12 pronghorn annually, an extremely rare privilege in the Western United States.”

Emily’s tone became increasingly excited, as this was the core of their discussion.

”Agricultural and livestock resources: In the southern part of the ranch, the terrain is flat in river valley areas, hosting approximately 5,000 acres of irrigated premium pasture. Currently managed by an experienced ranch manager, it is home to over 1,000 organically-certified purebred Angus cattle and more than a dozen well-bred Quarter horses.”

”Additionally,” she pointed to a specially marked area on the map, ”south of the main house, there is a separate agricultural area covering about 300 acres, with fertile soil and abundant sunlight, featuring an independent irrigation system.”

”The previous owner established a large organic vegetable garden here, and even a five-acre vineyard specifically for producing Pinot Noir ice wine.”

”Oh my...” Aliya was completely drawn in, ”Not only can we raise cattle and horses, but we can also grow vegetables, pick fruits, and make wine ourselves?”

”Yes.” Emily nodded, ”And that’s not all.”

”Geographical and recreational resources: The south end of the ranch has private access gates, allowing direct car or horseback entry into the northern wilderness area of Yellowstone National Park. The western side is just a 40-minute drive from Montana’s famous Big Sky, a top-tier ski resort.”

”This means, in winter, we can sled on our ranch in the morning, and ski on world-class slopes in the afternoon.”

Aliya scrolled through the photos, starting to showcase the ranch’s architectural complex, resembling a small luxury resort; her voice sounded as if introducing a rare treasure.

”The main house, Eagle’s Nest, situated on a granite ridge by Mirror Lake, offers a panoramic view of the lake and distant snow-capped mountains. Covering over 25,000 square feet, it features an all-stone and wood structure with 8 luxurious suites, each with its independent observation balcony and fireplace.”

”A professional-grade, temperature-controlled wine cellar capable of holding 5,000 bottles, and an indoor-outdoor infinity heated swimming pool with views of the lake and snow-capped mountains.”

”The basement also has a 4K laser projection, 32-channel private IMAX cinema! Dear, I really love this cinema!”

She continued sliding, showcasing other jaw-dropping facilities, ”Additionally, there are three independent cabins, each covering over 3,000 square feet, named after Bear Paw, Antler, and Trout.”

”There’s also a top-notch equestrian center with 20 stalls and an indoor-outdoor standard training arena, and...”

She paused for a deeply breath, ”A 2,000-meter long private asphalt runway and accompanying temperature-controlled hangar, capable of hosting Gulfstream G650-level private jets, complete with night lighting system for landings and takeoffs.”

Upon hearing about the private jet runway and hangar, Lin Yu’an’s eyes sparkled instantly. This was precisely what he needed; it was the ultimate infrastructure for achieving absolute freedom.

Meanwhile, Emily pointed out the most crucial and compelling temptation; her finger traced a boundary line on the screen’s map.

”Don’t forget its geographical zoning! Out of the total area of over 30,000 acres, approximately 21,000 acres, including the main house, private runway, and major agricultural area, are entirely located within Park County, Wyoming!”

”Only the northern 9,000 acres of forestland extend into Montana!”

Aliya didn’t grasp these details, but Lin Yu’an immediately explained the mystery: ”Wyoming is famous in All of America as a tax haven! There’s no personal income tax, no capital gains tax, and no inheritance tax!”

”Settling our home there means all our future income and inheritance can save astronomical amounts on taxes! This isn’t just a ranch; it’s a perfect, century-lasting family wealth sanctuary!”

After hearing this explanation, Aliya finally realized how immense the value hidden behind this seemingly simple geographical division was, a value even money couldn’t measure adequately.

With trembling voice, she read the price that had previously deterred them: ”Listed price... two hundred and thirty-five million US Dollar.”

Just three days ago, for them, this was an astronomical figure, unattainable, only usable for jokes.

But now, it was turning into an option that could be put in the shopping cart.

The three of them looked at each other in silence, but in each other’s eyes, they saw the same fire, one capable of spreading like wildfire.

Lin Yu’an reached out his hand, gently touching the screen’s stunning land, his voice soft yet carrying an indisputable determination.

”Dear ones, this farm will soon be our kingdom.”

(Whew! Finally, the groundwork is laid, doing so much business planning, juggling multiple sides, pulling people in to form alliances, all for this one-stop farm.)

(As for why they’re not afraid of sec, because in reality, after pulling the plug on this matter, sec made a 45-page report, which in the end only resulted in the person who pulled the plug being fined 70 million, while everyone else lived in peace~)
