The Rebirth of the Fierce Little Cute Girl

Chapter 198: Chapter 198: Caught in the Act

Yiyi paid no attention to the woman’s struggles. She firmly restrained the woman’s wrist, her eyes scanning sharply around, looking for her accomplices. Since she’d encountered this human trafficker on the train again, she absolutely couldn’t let her escape. She didn’t want to see this woman continue committing crimes and harming innocent children and women.

At this moment, Yiyi also noticed Guo Ming.

Seeing her master coming over, she felt relieved, ”Master, this woman has accomplices, we must not let them get away.”

Actually, Guo Ming was too lazy to bother with these matters, but seeing his apprentice was already involved, he naturally wouldn’t stand by idly, ”Alright, you just keep an eye on the person in your hand, I’ll handle the rest.”

The several accomplices around initially didn’t pay the little girl Yiyi any mind, but when they saw she had company, they all frowned slightly.

The middle-aged woman in Yiyi’s grasp naturally wouldn’t just surrender. Seeing more and more people around, she shouted out directly, ”Everyone, help me out here, this little girl says I’m a trafficker, I think she’s the trafficker. Now she has accomplices, maybe they’re trying to kidnap me, hurry and save me.”

The several accomplices saw this and chimed in from the side.

”Yeah, I think this little girl is the one with the problem. Let’s not be fooled by her, just look at the scary person she’s brought along.”

Everyone looked at Guo Ming, finding his unsmiling demeanor somewhat intimidating, causing some people’s resolve to waver.

Before anyone knew it, Guo Ming had already knocked down the person who had just spoken, who struggled on the ground but couldn’t muster the strength to get up.

No one expected this middle-aged man to strike so suddenly, surprising them all.

Yet, this was just the beginning. Guo Ming, with lightning speed, knocked down two more men in the crowd, and then stepped on one of their backs, saying, ”It’s been a long time since someone dared to say such things to me. The last person who said I wasn’t a good man is six feet under now. Do you want to join him?”

The man lying on the ground didn’t doubt the truth of Guo Ming’s icy words, realizing they’d hit a rock this time. This man was no pushover, and they were likely to fail this time, ”Big brother, I was just standing here, why did you hit me too? I don’t even know that woman or the man who spoke just now.”

”Hmph... trying to get away with it in front of me, you’re too inexperienced.”

”Big brother, I...”

But before the man could finish, he was interrupted by Mo Ping, who stepped forward and kicked him, saying, ”Who is your ’big brother’? Old Guo has no little brothers like you. Relatives aren’t something you can make up.” Then he turned, grinning, to the train cop behind him, ”Officer, there’s definitely something wrong with these people. My friend is always one to take up the cudgels for justice. If he says there’s a problem, then there is definitely a problem.”

Yiyi too saw the train police Mo Ping had brought along and couldn’t help but smile.

”Hello, officer, it’s you! Do you remember me?”

As it turned out, this was the same train cop from when Yiyi and Ding Yuejun first traveled to Shangjing.

Clearly, the train cop recognized Yiyi too, quickly saying, ”It’s you, little girl.”

Seeing the familiar train cop, Yiyi hurriedly explained the situation, ”Officer, this is the trafficker who tried to knock me out with a handkerchief last time. I didn’t expect them to strike again.”

”Alright, so it’s them. We absolutely cannot let them escape this time.”

The nearby passengers, who’d been somewhat skeptical, finally believed Yiyi after hearing the train cop’s words.

”So, the little girl wasn’t lying, this woman is indeed a trafficker, which means those who fell must be her accomplices.”

”Yeah, I never thought there’d be traffickers on the train, and more than one at that. It’s really scary thinking about it. Thank goodness these traffickers were caught, otherwise, who knows how many people would have been harmed.”

”Yes, yes, it’s all thanks to this little girl.”

A young woman who had been speaking with the middle-aged trafficker earlier paled, feeling a chill in her heart. If she had followed the trafficker earlier, who knows what would have awaited her.

Thinking this, the woman walked up to Yiyi, bowing sincerely to express her gratitude, ”Thank you, if it weren’t for you, I might have been tricked away by the traffickers today.”

”No need to thank me, this trafficker tried to knock me out last time too, luckily I noticed. Since I ran into them again today, I couldn’t let them get away.”

Hearing this, the woman was still very grateful.

”Thank you, really.”

Yiyi waved her hand with a smile, and then with Guo Ming, they led those people to a closed compartment, and detailed the incident to the train cop.

”Thank you so much, I’ll contact the authorities. When we reach the next station, these people will be taken to the police station.”

”Let go of me, let me go. I’m telling you, you have no right to detain me.” The middle-aged trafficker woman shouted defiantly.

Yiyi shot her a cold glance, ”Spend your next life in a prison cell.”

These people were clearly seasoned criminals, who knows how many they’d trafficked. They must pay for their actions.

Hearing Yiyi’s words, the woman glared at her viciously, ”You damn girl, I won’t let you off.”

”Smack...”

Seeing someone being hostile to his apprentice, Guo Ming did not hesitate to slap the woman. He had no rule against hitting women, especially since this woman had almost trafficked his apprentice last time, ”We won’t let you off.”

Guo Ming didn’t hold back with the slap, causing the woman’s face to swell.

The train cop quickly intervened, ”I understand you’re angry, but we can’t take action before they’re convicted.”

”Hmph...”

Guo Ming snorted coldly, ”I’ll leave the rest to you.” With that, he took his apprentice and left.

Yiyi sneaked a glance at Guo Ming, her eyes full of smiles.

”Why are you sneaking glances at me?”

Guo Ming naturally noticed Yiyi’s sneaky look.

”Master is really great.”

Yiyi said with a cheeky smile, feeling warm inside, realizing it felt so good to be protected by someone.

When Ding Yuejun saw her daughter again, she couldn’t help but say, ”Yiyi, thank goodness you’re alright.”

”Mom, with Master here, I’ll definitely be safe.”

Ding Yuejun quickly thanked Guo Ming again.

Having resolved the matter of the traffickers, Yiyi finally felt relieved, knowing she wouldn’t be bothered by this incident anymore.
