Apocalyptic Disaster: I Hoard Billions in Supplies and Kill the Saint

51: Chapter 51 The Complete Mountain Closure PlanOrdinary people simply cannot survive for long in the Apocalypse.

Zombie mutations, extreme weather, and environmental pollution—without extraordinary physical fitness, ordinary people simply won’t survive the early stages!

Ye Nanxing knew this well, so she decided to use spiritual spring water to secretly strengthen the ace troops!

After all, after Lin Xiao’s mother used it continuously for half a month, her body had fully recovered, and hospital examinations showed no issues at all.

As for Ye Nanxing herself, ever since discovering the wonders of the spiritual spring water, she had insisted on drinking it every day, and even without ever training, her current physical fitness had far surpassed that of Lin Xiao, the strongest member of the guard team.

As for what level she was at now, Ye Nanxing herself couldn’t be sure, since there was currently no one on Tianlang Mountain who could last more than a minute against her in a fight.

At the moment, Ye Nanxing wasn’t sure if the spiritual spring water could regenerate; her individual consumption was limited, so the depletion of the spiritual spring water wasn’t noticeable.

But if she supplied it to more people... Ye Nanxing didn’t dare to gamble.

Then she would take it slow and must control the dosage.

Phase One: Basic Adaptation Period (Micro-dosing)

First, add a trace amount of spiritual spring water to their drinking water to adjust their physical constitution and avoid side effects.

Observe everyone’s physical data to ensure the strengthening process is controllable.

Phase Two: Comprehensive Strengthening (Gradual Improvement)

Enhance physical stamina, improve muscle endurance, reaction speed, and recovery ability!

Increase sensory perception, allowing them to remain sharp even in dark environments!

Gradually adapt to extreme environments and improve resistance to cold and heat!

Phase Three: Potential Activation (Combat Strengthening)

Further optimize combat reaction speed!

Improve immunity and reduce the risk of viral infection!

Make them into true ”superhuman warriors”!

One week later.

”Now, let’s begin testing the strengthening effects.”

Ye Nanxing stood in the center of the training ground, calmly watching the eight people.

She had already added a trace amount of spiritual spring water to their daily drinking water, and over the past seven days, their physical fitness had quietly undergone changes!

Lin Xiao stepped forward and said in a deep voice, ”Three-kilometer run in full gear, target—10 kilograms of weight, under 10 minutes!”

”Begin!”

The eight people rushed out instantly!

Five minutes later, Lin Xiao frowned slightly, ”Their speed... is a full minute faster than last time?”

Ten minutes later, Zhang Tian was the first to cross the finish line; although his heart was beating fast, his breathing remained steady!

Twelve minutes later, everyone had completed the task, and there wasn’t even any sign of obvious physical exhaustion!

Ye Nanxing narrowed her eyes slightly, feeling very satisfied.

Currently, their physical fitness was already comparable to special forces.

—The spiritual spring water, the effects were beginning to show!

This was just the beginning; once they were strengthened to the fully adapted stage, they would be the top warriors in the Apocalypse!

November 18, 2037, countdown to the Apocalypse: four months!

It had been exactly two months since Ye Nanxing’s rebirth.

Tianlang Mountain had already become an Apocalypse fortress.

The main base renovation was complete—it was equipped for long-term habitation, with independent water and power supply systems.

The warehouse reserves were sufficient—food, medicine, weapons, and energy had all been stockpiled.

Energy was abundant—a total of 2 million liters of kerosene and gasoline, and nearly 50,000 tons of coal!

This mountain was already Ye Nanxing’s ”Apocalypse Kingdom”!

But... she was still uneasy!

Because—no one knew if the Apocalypse would break out early!

Therefore, she had to make final preparations—let the families of the guard team members move into Tianlang Mountain!

Tianlang Mountain, Combat Command Room.

Ye Nanxing’s expression was stern, her tone steady, but her eyes conveyed an unquestionable absolute authority.

”All guard team members, starting from today, bring your families to Tianlang Mountain!”

”This is the last chance, only this once!”

As her words fell, silence filled the conference room.

But soon, someone frowned, and a sense of unease filled the air.

”Letting families move into the base... isn’t that too risky?”

The first to speak was Deputy Captain Zhang Tian; his expression was somewhat solemn as he scanned the crowd, then slowly said:

”Nanxing, I’m not questioning your decision, but... letting families move into the base will bring many uncontrollable factors.”

Ye Nanxing’s expression remained calm, and she signaled for Zhang Tian to continue.

”First, the issue of numbers.”

Zhang Tian took a deep breath, his voice low.

”If everyone brings their families in, will the base become overloaded? Are the resources sufficient?”

”Second, the issue of loyalty.”

He said in a deep voice.

”We guard team members have undergone strict training, but what about the families? Can they really absolutely obey management and not leak base information?”

As soon as Zhang Tian finished speaking, many people in the conference room showed expressions of agreement.

Shen Qingyan also spoke up.

”Indeed, once families enter, it means the base will no longer be purely under military management, but will become half-military, half-civilian, which will definitely affect our subsequent decision-making.”

For a time, the room was noisy as everyone voiced their opinions.

”The base’s supplies have a limit; what we prepared are reserves for dealing with the Apocalypse, not to support more ordinary people!”

”Right! And the more people there are, the harder it is to manage discipline! What if some family members don’t follow the rules?”

”Besides, can we be sure that all family members are trustworthy? If someone comes in and secretly reveals the base’s situation to the outside world...”

”What if the Apocalypse doesn’t come at all? Wouldn’t we have gone to all this trouble for nothing?”

Discussions rose and fell, and the debate grew increasingly heated!

Ye Nanxing scanned the crowd with cold eyes, not speaking immediately, but waiting for their discussion to gradually subside.

Finally, the conference room fell silent.

Everyone’s gaze fell upon her, waiting for her response.

She slowly stood up, her gaze sharp, her tone firm.

”I can understand your concerns. But I want to ask one thing—do you really think you can survive in the Apocalypse?”

Everyone was stunned.

Ye Nanxing looked around, letting her gaze fall on each person’s face one by one, then said slowly.

”You are too naive.”

”I can tell you, the first day the Apocalypse arrives, the city will become hell.”

”People will become desperate, crazy, and unscrupulous! Do you think you can survive alone in the ruins? Do you think those who stay in the city won’t rush in and snatch away all your resources?”

Her eyes were sharp, her voice cold.

”By then, your family members will be starved, frozen to death, or even used as food!”

In the conference room, the atmosphere suddenly became incredibly oppressive!

”So, you are arguing here about whether to bring your families in?”

”Do you really want them to die outside, or do you want to give them a chance to survive?”

Everyone was intimidated by Ye Nanxing’s aura, lowered their heads, and said nothing more.

”As for the issue of base management—”

”The base will not become a refugee camp; what I want is an Apocalypse fortress where we can survive.”

Ye Nanxing tapped the table, her tone cold.

”Every core member can only bring immediate family (parents, spouses, children).”

”Siblings require a guarantee from the guard team member and must undergo a background check.”

”Extended family (cousins, aunts, uncles) will not be accepted under any circumstances!”

—This is the final decision given by Ye Nanxing!
