The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 785: Chapter 805 Must Get Rid of Situ Yan

Xia Xiaonuan couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

No wonder...

Along the way, she had felt the warmth of the locals, almost treating them like national treasures. Xia Xiaonuan received flowers, some food given by children, and even hats.

But she didn’t dare to eat them. Situ Yan also did not recommend that they consume them.

The group found a local restaurant to have a meal, and the restaurant owner gave them several complimentary dishes.

Situ Yan flagged down a taxi, went to the city center, and bought a mobile phone, then put in a SIM card and called his friend.

Nangong Feihong also wanted to use his money to buy a phone, but Situ Yan stopped him.

”Keep your money for buying a plane ticket later, don’t buy a phone.”

Nangong Feihong complained, ”Don’t you still have money? Why use mine?”

Situ Yan replied, ”Isn’t your money also given by me?”

”You...!” Nangong Feihong stomped his foot, ”If we weren’t here, I would definitely throw money at you to death!” When had Nangong Feihong ever lacked money? Now he had to use someone else’s charity and watch their expressions.

It was infuriating.

Situ Yan laughed, ”Don’t worry, I’ll buy your ticket to send you back home safely.”

”For me? What about Xiaonuan? I want to take her back with me!”

Situ Yan fell silent.

Xia Xiaonuan winked at Nangong Feihong.

Nangong Feihong got the hint and nodded.

A while later, the journalist friend arrived and started talking to Situ Yan.

Xia Xiaonuan pulled Nangong Feihong aside and said, ”When his friend gives us the passports and stuff, we’ll find a way to ditch him and escape together.”

Nangong Feihong nodded, ”I got it.”

Situ Yan asked, ”What are you two doing?”

Xia Xiaonuan regained her composure and smiled, ”Nothing, we were just saying how handsome your friend is.”

Situ Yan’s friend Gu La smiled, ”Thank you, and this young lady is very beautiful too.”

”How about we go to a tea house and catch up? It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you!” the Chinese friend said.

Situ Yan hesitated, then Xia Xiaonuan quickly said, ”Sure, I’m also a bit thirsty. Let’s go to...” She looked around and pointed to a place in the distance that looked like a tea house, ”Let’s go there!”

After she said that, Gu La’s expression changed slightly.

Situ Yan coughed lightly and said, ”Miss Xia, that place is a foot massage parlor...”

”Pfft...” Nangong Feihong couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

Xia Xiaonuan’s face flushed red, and she glared at Nangong Feihong, who immediately stifled his laughter. He said, ”What’s wrong with a foot massage parlor? Our Xiaonuan likes to drink tea there, where the owner serves tea while giving foot massages. Isn’t that nice?”

Xia Xiaonuan: ”...”

Situ Yan held his forehead with his hand.

Gu La led them down a street and arrived at a uniquely decorated tea house.

Gu La took out a bag from his clothes and handed it to Situ Yan.

”Everything is inside.”

Situ Yan took it out and looked at it, nodding, ”Thanks!”

”Why so polite?”

Situ Yan handed the documents to Nangong Feihong and Xia Xiaonuan, telling them to remember the names and important information inside.

Xia Xiaonuan nodded.

While Situ Yan was chatting with Xinla, Xia Xiaonuan suddenly said, ”I... I need to go to the restroom.”

After speaking, she glanced at Nangong Feihong and got up to leave.
