The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 756: Chapter 767: The Young Mistress Was Kidnapped

Situ Yan watched as the two of them left and said to Xia Xiaonuan, ”Are you really going to let them get engaged?”

Xia Xiaonuan couldn’t be bothered to respond, turning to leave.

Situ Yan’s lips curved into a smile as he followed.

Xia Xiaonuan had just reached the venue when Liang Jingzong was speaking at the front.

At that moment, suddenly, the lights went out.

The speakers shut off.

Everyone present was initially taken aback, and then chaos ensued.

”Power outage...!” someone shouted.

The scene turned chaotic, with children’s cries coming from the corners.

Liang Jingzong said at the front, ”Everyone, don’t panic. It’s just a power outage. I’ll have the staff check the situation...”

Xia Xiaonuan felt a shock in her heart. Just then, someone suddenly grabbed her hand and started walking in a direction.

”Who, let me go!” Then her mouth was covered.

Xia Xiaonuan struggled hard. Someone in the crowd took out their phone, and she could faintly see silhouettes. Turning her head, she was shocked to discover it was Situ Yan who was taking her away!

She was brought to the window in the corridor.

She frowned and said, ”Situ Yan, what are you doing?”

Situ Yan whispered in her ear, ”I have something to tell you. It’s not convenient here!” With that, he suddenly opened the window.

A massive whirring sound filled the air as cold wind rushed in, causing Xia Xiaonuan to shiver and nearly fall over from the force of the wind.

She was already being lifted up when she saw that the blackness outside the window was actually a helicopter. The helicopter had extended a ladder to the windowsill, forming a small bridge.

She felt uneasy and shouted, ”Let go of me! Somebody help!”

However, the engine noise drowned out her cries as she was pulled into the cabin.

Situ Yan also climbed in through the window.

At that moment, she saw someone running towards them in the distance. Looking closely, she realized it was Nangong Feihong!

She didn’t know what Situ Yan was planning, but instinctively shouted, ”Feihong! I’m here!”

Nangong Feihong rushed forward, shouting, ”Xiaonuan!” However, just as he reached, the helicopter ladder was retracted, and the door closed.

Situ Yan yelled in Xia Xiaonuan’s ear, ”Did you forget our agreement? Why are you shouting?”

Xia Xiaonuan retorted, ”Didn’t I say to wait until the party was over? Situ Yan, you’re not a man of your word!”

Situ Yan ignored her.

An overhead light illuminated the entire cabin.

The helicopter was about ten square meters—not big but not small either. At the front was the cockpit, and the floor was covered with a blue carpet. Surprisingly, there was a small folding sofa bed, an independent bathroom, and some food and drinks inside.

There were even storage cabinets and a juicer, all fashionably designed. Some fruit was placed on the shelf, and a faint fruity aroma lingered in the air.

Xia Xiaonuan was restrained by two men who fastened her seatbelt for her.

”Where are you taking me?” Xia Xiaonuan felt the helicopter ascend higher and higher, moving further away from the building. She stared at Situ Yan beside her.

Situ Yan reached out and touched her head. ”Xiaonuan, I couldn’t wait any longer. You always deceive me. So... I’m taking you directly to Australia.”

With that, he lowered his head and kissed her cheek.

His cold, soft lips touched her face, causing Xia Xiaonuan to shiver. She instantly raised her hand and slapped him.

”Pervert!” she cursed angrily.
