The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 765: Chapter 776: Skydiving with Situ Yan

The other two bodyguards were also behind Situ Yan, helping him install the parachute.

The plane started shaking continuously, Xia Xiaonuan held onto the seat, barely able to stand steady. The air was almost completely shrouded in white mist.

Situ Yan moved swiftly and deftly, but the parachute installation was somewhat complicated. As he helped her put it on, he calmly said, ”Xiaonuan, make sure you hold onto my hand later, alright? When we get close to the ground, at 00 meters, remember to press this red button beside you, got it?”

Xia Xiaonuan’s legs were trembling, unable to understand how Situ Yan could talk about such a terrifying life-or-death escape so calmly!

”Are we... going to die? Jumping from such a height, can we really survive?”

”We will, we definitely will!” Situ Yan looked at her and said firmly. In truth, he wasn’t sure if they could survive either, his fear was no less than Xia Xiaonuan’s. Especially since another plane was carrying Nangong Feihong.

However, he had to stay calm now, because if he panicked, Xia Xiaonuan would be even more scared. He had to give her confidence and courage, so she could face this with him!

Xia Xiaonuan’s heart was pounding, her lips trembling.

Situ Yan finished installing the parachute for her, and the other two bodyguards were almost done too.

Situ Yan said, ”You guys quickly put yours on too!”

”Yes—!” The bodyguards then started installing their own parachutes.

Xia Xiaonuan was amazed by the bodyguards’ quality, what kind of team was this, that even in such a life-and-death situation, they still put Situ Yan first!

Even a 0.01-second delay could cause the plane to explode at any time.

”Yandi, that plane is getting farther away, and it seems to be losing control too! Our helicopter is going down...”

Situ Yan patted his forehead.

He slightly closed his eyes: ”We can’t worry about it so much, get ready to jump from the back door!”

After saying this, Situ Yan tightly grabbed Xia Xiaonuan’s hand.

Only to find that her fingers were trembling.

”Don’t be afraid, squat down!”

”Okay...”

Xia Xiaonuan followed the leading bodyguard, squatting and moving forward, because that way when the back door opened the wind impact would be reduced, and they would not be blown away completely.

”Bang—!” The back door was pulled open, and a gust of strong cold wind rushed in, almost knocking Xia Xiaonuan down. Situ Yan wrapped his arm around her, then held her hand tightly.

”You must hold onto my hand, understand?”

”Understood.” Xia Xiaonuan wanted to cry but couldn’t, she could only nod numbly.

Her mind was all blank.

”Bang—!” A bodyguard in front jumped out.

Situ Yan gripped her hand tightly, saying: ”Ready...”

”One...”

”Two...”

”Three...”

”Jump—!”

After Situ Yan said it, he pulled her up. Xia Xiaonuan looked down into the pitch-black abyss below, it was as if she was facing a bottomless chasm, she couldn’t bring herself to jump, eventually being forcefully dragged down by Situ Yan.

”Ah— help! Help—! Ahhhh—!!!”

With a heart-wrenching scream, Xia Xiaonuan closed her eyes tightly, her heart nearly leaping out of her chest in fright.

She remembered how thrilling and terrifying the roller coaster felt when the school organized a trip to the amusement park during her school days.

But now, the feeling was ten times more terrifying than that.

It was like the sensation of a roller coaster suddenly going out of control, flying endlessly into the sky.
