The Valued Lady is Truly Dominant

Chapter 339: Chapter 339: I’m Afraid You Won’t Be Able to Get Out of Bed

Resisting was futile, and Song Zhiyu had no choice but to accept his fate as his mother and elder brother rubbed him the wrong way.

It’s all that damn fatty Liu Ning’s fault, with his cursed mouth, blurting out nonsense; screw him.

Coincidentally, this time, Song Zhiyu’s gang of cronies came to invite him to the Liu Xiang Pavilion for a distraction and some drinks.

Song Zhiyu had been sulking for a few days and was feeling stifled, so he left the mansion immediately.

Song Ci and Song Zhiyuan didn’t say anything when they found out. The kid was suffocating, after all, so going out would do him good.

Hmm, they would never admit they felt guilty.

Liu Xiang Pavilion is one of the recreational places for the nobility’s offspring in the capital, the name itself indicating it’s a money pit.

But Liu Xiang Pavilion is different from the usual brothels; they took the high-end route, with entertainers and dancers who perform but don’t sell their bodies.

Of course, that’s just what they say; if you have the Silver to buy someone out, then they’re yours.

But on the surface, Liu Xiang Pavilion wouldn’t blatantly engage in the flesh trade like a brothel, which is why the girls inside, apart from having top-notch appearances, are also well-versed in skills like music, chess, calligraphy, and painting, attracting those who consider themselves refined and cultured.

Apart from the girls, Liu Xiang Pavilion’s scenic gardens have a certain charm, and the tea and food are famously good, which is why the spending is also famously expensive—living up to the name of a money pit.

I don’t know if it’s because Song Zhiyu was betrothed to Commandery Princess Dongyang to become the husband, his bunch of cronies didn’t dare to take him to any messy places like those floating pavilions or Yi Hong Courtyard, but instead came to Liu Xiang Pavilion. Why?

Afraid of being beaten by Commandery Princess Dongyang!

Liu Xiang Pavilion is indeed a bit pricey, but at least it’s somewhat reputable. In the future, that unlucky fellow Song Yu Lang doesn’t know if he’ll ever have the chance to come out and play again. Pricey doesn’t matter; avoiding a beating is key.

”Song Silang, we brothers know you’re feeling down, so today you can drink and play freely. We’ve already booked Liu Fang Lady for you, and we’ll cover all expenses, so just enjoy yourself to the fullest!” Bao Chengxuan, one of his friends, patted him on the shoulder with a brotherly gesture.

Song Zhiyu looked at him sideways, sizing him up: ”I’m about to get married, why are you making it sound like I’m going to the battlefield to die?”

Bao Datong blinked and said, ”Marrying this wife of yours is indeed like heading into battle.”

The Commandery Princess is so formidable, I’m afraid you won’t be able to get out of bed every night!

Song Zhiyu: ”Get lost!”

”Don’t worry, Silang, before you get married, wherever you want to go to have fun, we’ll accompany you, whether it’s here at Liu Xiang Pavilion or to Yi Hong Courtyard,” another friend, Chen Rong, also laughed.

”And after getting married?”

Chen Rong solemnly said, ”After getting married, of course, you should be a virtuous husband; you can’t just go out and play around. The Commandery Princess knows Martial Arts!”

Song Zhiyu sneered, ”Why do I feel like you guys dragging me out here isn’t to relax but rather to rub salt in my wounds?”

”No way, no way, it’s just an illusion, we’re childhood playmates; are we that kind of people?” If we don’t rub salt, you’ll die of pain, so we might as well save the salt.

”Here comes Liu Fang Lady.”

Song Zhiyu looked over, only to see a captivating beauty in red, holding a pipa as she walked gracefully towards him. She seemed to notice his gaze and looked back, eyes full of allure.

Awoo, awoo, that’s what he dreams of as the wife to warm his bed in his heart. Expecting the Commandery Princess to hold a pipa for him? She’s more likely to hold a sword!

Can’t even think about it, thinking just makes him want to cry.
