Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go

”Young Master! You’re not taking care of your body, are you? If Miss Xia knew how much you were neglecting your health, she would be heartbroken!” Ye Feng couldn’t hold back anymore, feeling deeply concerned for Young Master!

”Ye Feng, go to the company today and acquire the shares of these two companies.” Beitang Yao handed a well-organized document to Ye Feng.

Ye Feng picked it up, flipped through a few pages, and frowned: ”Young Master, acquiring these two companies now might not be the right timing. You’ve just minimized the company’s losses, but given France’s current situation, a tsunami has nearly caused most companies to face bankruptcy. If acquisitions are necessary, other companies might be better considered, as these two were struggling even before the tsunami.”

”Follow my orders; my decision doesn’t need your questioning.” Beitang Yao lightly coughed, his voice with a touch of authority.

Ye Feng didn’t dare to say much, but he certainly made a decision inside!

After completing Beitang Yao’s tasks, he sent a short message to Xia Qingqian, far away in the castle.

”Che, how could you end up with her? If Yao finds out, will it be detrimental to you?” The graceful Ling Mei sat on the living room sofa, taking the freshly brewed tea from a servant, asking her son worriedly.

Sitting beside her, Beitang Che also looked at the delicate figure busy in the outdoor kitchen and smiled: ”Mom, don’t think too much. Qing Qian and I are just ordinary friends. Besides, she’s Yao’s woman; I would not entertain any improper thoughts about her.”

Ling Mei could discern what kind of feelings Beitang Che had for Xia Qingqian. On the surface, he treated her as a friend, but deep down, he secretly loved her.

A cold glint flickered in her eyes as she said to Beitang Che: ”Che, maybe, Mommy can help you, as long as you like.”

”Mom, what are you planning to do?” Beitang Che heightened his vigilance, staring worriedly at his mother, afraid she might do something.

”Why are you so nervous? Mommy wants to ask, what kind of feelings do you have for that girl?” Ling Mei took a sip of tea and spoke calmly.

Beitang Che looked deeply at Ling Mei, seemingly trying to discern something from her.

”Mom, she’s an exceptionally good girl, but she doesn’t belong to me...” His voice held a hint of melancholy, ”Even Grandpa said she’s a good girl; Yao is really lucky to have met such a great girl...”

”Che, even your grandpa likes her? So, Grandpa has already chosen her as the Beitang family’s granddaughter-in-law?” Ling Mei took a deep breath, with a plan emerging in her mind.

”Yes, Grandpa feels very special about her.” Beitang Che didn’t seem aware of Ling Mei’s peculiar vibe, nodding lightly: ”Mom, I’ll go in and help her.”

”Alright.” Ling Mei quickly withdrew her gaze, responding faintly.

At the moment Beitang Che stood up, the phone on the coffee table vibrated. She glanced at the kitchen and then at the vibrating phone, reaching to pick it up, showing it’s from Ye Feng.

She didn’t hesitate, opened the message, and it read: Miss Xia, please call Young Master. He’s sick but insists on working; only you can persuade him to temporarily leave work and rest well!
