I AM the Football Star

Chapter 524: Chapter 143: Dribbling Trap, Consecutive Scoring Record (Part 2)

Hans’s copywriting and recordings are always so captivating.

Plus, he invited Sofia to lead the shooting of the interview, which can be seen as a video work directed by Sofia.

The program begins with the most popular star of San Remo, Lu Yang.

Lu Yang: ”Sotu is a very serious head coach, he never allows anyone to defy his tactical arrangements. Morici and I have both been harshly scolded by him for a tiny tactical misplacement.”

”Many people say that the Sir at Old Trafford is a shouter, a hairdryer, but I think Sotu is just like him. Any player in front of him will encounter the deepest humiliation of their life.”

Sofia admitted that she laughed when recording this segment.

Because as far as she knew, Sotu... never raised his voice to Lu Yang.

It doesn’t seem right, Sotu sometimes would loudly say to Lu Yang: ”Nice job! That’s how you play! Play with any ideas in your head because you’re the best! You absolutely crushed the opposition, Lu, you’re simply a superstar!”

What hairdryer, Sotu is almost like Lu Yang’s close confidant now.

Lu Yang refused to come off the field a few times, wasn’t that defying Sotu’s arrangements?

What’s Sotu’s reaction?

Of course, he listens to Brother Lu’s arrangements!

What’s there to complain about?

”Yes, I’m responsible for my words. Once in front of the entire team, he raged at Morici, calling him a stinky shortie at 1.74 meters! You must know, Morici has always hated being called short, it’s a secret between him and me, and it’s what he cares about the most!” Lu Yang faced the camera very seriously, as if unaware that this would make nationwide fans know Morici is short and hates being called short.

Sofia silently mourned for Morici.

He has endured too much.

Of course, in Morici’s segment, Morici also passionately said: ”The boss is just such a person, he excels at tearing your self-esteem apart for everyone to see.”

”But don’t think it’s malicious because after he really does it, you’ll realize that you’ve overcome your inner demons. He is always just trying to help us become better.”

”I remember once, Lu Yang didn’t execute the boss’s arrangement well, at that time the boss rushed over and...”

Morici said a lot, but he didn’t know Lu Yang would also participate in editing this documentary, so... his content is limited to the above.

Palacios: ”That’s special, I’ve met many head coaches, but Sotu is really the toughest I’ve ever encountered. Not just with young players, even with veterans like me, he often yells.”

”But to be fair, everything he says makes a lot of sense. He might be a butcher, but he’s always doing the right thing, which is a most precious quality for a head coach!”

Bai Zhami: ”I might be the player most often scolded by the boss, I always felt he didn’t like me. But after I got injured in a game, I saw the boss argue with the opposing coach and the fourth official, almost getting into a fight.”

”Afterward the boss made a specific recovery plan for me, and even let the team bear losing strikers so I could recover better and lessen my match intensity.”

”My mom told me, this is a coach who’s truly responsible for me!”

Fernandez: ”Any smart person knows the boss is doing it for us, which is why, no matter how strict or even harsh the boss is with us, none of us ever hold a grudge against him.”

Old Tom: ”Sotu is really stubborn, he doesn’t care about other people’s feelings at all, I often clashed with him during the initial cooperation. But every time after our fights, we would make up quickly because you would realize, he really is right.”

”There are also other players who have clashed with Sotu, but as far as I know, everyone eventually apologizes to Sotu. Because emotions are emotions, but after the emotions pass, we all regain our sense, and our sense tells you, you should listen to Sotu.”

Various portrayals.

Various edits and scripts.

But most of the content is indeed true.

The decisions Sotu makes, especially about football, are often consulted with Maniero and Lu Yang, so how could they be wrong?

Whether it’s right or not, it depends on the results.

Good results, even if incorrect, still become correct.

Moreover, Maniero and Lu Yang are truly substantial, with a creative defensive attacking midfielder and an all-out attacking midfielder style, if not creating a new faction, at least making Sotu’s name as a tactical master convincing.

The final shot of the recording is of San Remo’s training scene.

Sotu loudly roars at those on the training ground, seemingly dissatisfied with everyone.

Lu Yang, Morici, Canyes, Lam, Naji...

Players often look awkward and even blush when being scolded, but they indeed immediately make changes to make themselves more rational and excellent on the field.

This interview never directly explained the conflict between Sotu and Naji.

But anyone who watched it knows they no longer have any conflict.

It’s just a minor conflict between a parent and a child, no repair is needed, and when the sun rises the next day, they’re a happy family again.

...

September 14th, the third round of Serie B kicks off.

San Remo plays away against Ascoli.

Before the game, a reporter still asked about Naji’s issue.
