Hogwarts: I Am an Exemplary Wizard

Chapter 1150: Chapter 819: The Effects of the Phoenix Potion_3

”Ah, it’s Viktor’s craftsmanship.” Nicolas looked up and down, nodding in satisfaction, ”Only he can make it so detailed, just like new.”

”Not even you?”

”Three hundred years ago, maybe, but now he does it better than I do.” Nicolas extended a hand like a dried branch and tapped the Time Turner.

The golden casing automatically separated, and the five hands disengaged sequentially according to their length, neatly landing on the nearby velvet cushion.

Then, Kael only felt a flicker before his eyes, and he appeared in the living room.

”Sir, this is prepared for you by the master.” Tata stood by with a bottle of red Magic Potion, seeming to have anticipated Kael’s appearance there.

”What’s this?” Kael asked.

”Tata doesn’t know,” the Little Elf said. ”The master only told Tata that this would be helpful to you.”

”Uh... alright.” Kael pondered for a moment, then picked up the Magic Potion and drank the liquid inside in one gulp.

The taste was pretty good, raspberry-flavored, like juice.

But this couldn’t be juice, as for what it was, Kael would have to wait until Nicolas came out to ask him.

Kael returned the empty bottle to Tata, who took it and bent over, saying, ”Then sir, I’ll go prepare lunch now.”

”Wait a moment.” Kael stopped him, ”Isn’t Madam Perenelle here?”

”The mistress went to France to watch the Elf Dance Troupe’s performance, and she won’t be back for two weeks.” Tata said.

Elf Dance Troupe?

Kael felt the name sounded very familiar. Soon, he remembered it’s the very place Fleur had recommended; she also mentioned today was the performance day for the troupe.

If he had agreed to Fleur’s suggestion at the time, he might have seen Madam Perenelle there now.

After leaving Beauxbatons, Kael stayed at Nicolas’s manor.

But unlike the hustle and bustle at school, here, he was the only one.

Kael originally wanted to build a bond with the Zouwu, Shaqiel, but unfortunately, as soon as he released it, Shaqiel’s fur bristled, and its big blue eyes nervously scanned every corner, extremely uneasy.

It seemed there was something terrifying around, constantly agitating its nerves.

Kael thought it must be some Protective Magic around the manor, such as the Alchemy Fire Dragon at the gate, in a way, indeed posing lots of hidden dangers here.

To help the Zouwu relax a bit, Kael had to put it back in the box—his room for storing items and temporary respite.

He had no choice; his box also contained a Fire Dragon, Basilisk, Nundu... these would similarly make the sensitive Zouwu’s fur bristle, only that room would put Shaqiel somewhat at ease.

Anyway, Kael wouldn’t use it temporarily, so he let him have it.

...

Thus a few days passed.

While reading, Kael suddenly felt the light dim, and when he looked up again, he found himself in the Alchemy Room again.

”Is it done?” He hurriedly closed the book in his hand and asked.

”That’s right, but it was merely necessary preparatory work, not the formal repair.” Nicolas said.

Kael noticed the Magic Potion in the cauldron had changed from gold to deep blue.

Nicolas took out a small bottle and shook it before him.

”Do you remember what this is?”

”The one Conna brought earlier, the Magic Potion that can bring someone back to life?” Kael tentatively replied.

The effect of this potion was too potent, at the time he couldn’t help but take a second look, remembering it clearly.

”Correct, Phoenix Potion.” Nicolas opened the bottle, pouring the contents into the cauldron, and the deep blue potion immediately turned golden, forming a small vortex.

”Originally, the flaw of this Time Turner couldn’t be eliminated, but the appearance of this thing brought about changes.” Nicolas sighed, ”After all, Mr. Salazar Slytherin wrote Magic Texts using Phoenix Potion.”

Nicolas gently waved the wand in his hand, the potion in the cauldron turned into a golden ribbon, drifting to the opened Time Turner, automatically forming golden Magic Texts.

”This process will take some time.” Nicolas glanced at Kael again, ”This time, I’ve called you here because we’re missing another material to repair the Philosopher’s Stone that has completely lost its Magic Power.”

”What is it?” Kael asked.

”Ashes left after Phoenix Nirvana.”
