Hogwarts: I Am an Exemplary Wizard

Chapter 735: Chapter 680: Resurrection Stone (Part 3)

”I knew it, that’s why I gave it away.” Kael said, ”After all, in the Magic Realm, only Nicolas Flamel can solve the problem without damaging the Pendant Box.”

”Nicolas Flamel?” Snape was slightly taken aback, instinctively saying, ”So you didn’t give the Pendant Box to...”

He suddenly shut his mouth.

”Ah, give it to whom?” Kael asked.

”Shut up, Hufflepuff loses five points.” Snape said.

However, upon learning that the Soul Artifact wasn’t at the school, he breathed a sigh of relief, and returned to the castle on his own, leaving Kael standing there.

He couldn’t help but glance at some window at the top of the castle... Has Dumbledore returned? Or did Snape go to find him?

Moreover, judging by Snape’s tone earlier, he seems to have already seen the Soul Artifact.

In careful consideration, the only remaining Soul Artifact yet to be found seems to be the Resurrection Stone.

The main thing is he really doesn’t know where it’s placed, whether it’s in the Hogwarts Library or in Sirius’s personal collection, there’s no record of the Gaunt’s old home.

He even tried to ask Dumbledore indirectly, but the other party seemed unaware.

Kael frowned.

Could Dumbledore’s departure from the school this time be to search for that stone?

And Bob Ogden... he also seems to be a key figure.

Ker glances at his arm... doesn’t know whether the Magic Contract set earlier will be of any use, hopefully, it can help somewhat...

It’s a pity Dumbledore hasn’t returned yet.

Kael shook his head, stopped thinking about these matters, and decided to return to the greenhouse for class.

However, Snape’s sudden mention of the Slytherin Pendant Box today made him subconsciously think of Ravenclaw’s Diadem again.

Ever since he returned to Hogwarts from visiting Nicolas Flamel, the only repaired Soul Artifact to date, a miraculous Diadem carrying part of Ravenclaw’s consciousness, has disappeared.

Along with the ghost, Ms. Grey, who is Helena Ravenclaw, also vanished.

They seem to have hidden somewhere in the castle, enjoying their long-lost time together, after all, mother and daughter haven’t met in over a thousand years and naturally have plenty to talk about.

Kael had tried to find them, but to no avail.

Previously, Ms. Grey’s name, like other ghosts, would appear on the Marauder’s Map, but now it’s also disappeared.

Kael pondered if they might be hiding in the Room of Requirement, but during Harry’s D.A. gatherings, the Room of Requirement was still functioning normally.

Of course, there’s always the possibility that there are even more concealed rooms there, after all, the Room of Requirement was created by Ravenclaw; leaving herself a back door would have been all too easy.

If that were indeed the case, Kael naturally wouldn’t be able to find them.

Upon returning to the greenhouse, Professor Sprout was instructing everyone to wear their Dragon Hide Gloves.

”Poisonous Tentacles are extremely dangerous plants; although what we’re seeing are just seedlings, getting pricked won’t be fatal, but it’s enough to keep you laid up in the Hospital Wing for a month... miss the exams, don’t blame me for not warning you.”

This is why Poisonous Tentacles are part of the sixth-year curriculum, as there are no particularly important exams in sixth year, missing them wouldn’t be much of an issue.

Kael pushed open the door, and with Professor Sprout’s consent, returned to his original place.

Next to him, Conna curiously asked, ”What did Professor Snape want from you?”

Mikel and Ryan also looked over.

Earlier, Snape had stormed in with great vigor, startling them; some even speculated that Kael had blown up Snape’s private storeroom and he’d come to settle accounts.

”Nothing much.” Kael shook his head, ”He wanted the Slytherin Pendant Box from me.”

”The Slytherin Snuff Pot?” Mikel blinked, ”What’s that?”

”You fool, it’s the Pendant Box!” Ryan corrected, ”It’s something left by the legendary Four Founders, each house has an item. Gryffindor has an indestructible Sword, Ravenclaw has a Diadem that brings wisdom, as for us in Hufflepuff, it’s a Golden Cup.”

”But these things have been lost for centuries; no one has really seen them.”

”That’s so cool...” Mikel’s eyes shone, then puzzled, he looked at Kael and asked, ”But if so, why would he come to you for it?”

”Who knows...” Kael put on his Dragon Hide Gloves and shrugged, ”Perhaps someone said something to him.”

”That person must be trying to frame you.” Mikel said angrily, ”That’s really nasty.”

”Indeed, I think so too.” Kael nodded in agreement with deep conviction.
