Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Many people are not familiar with Alka, and if they hastily request help, honestly, the probability of being rejected is quite high.

The main issue is that they don’t know what Alka and the others need, nor their preferences; without knowing what they want, it’s impossible to offer the desired rewards.

Thus, it’s difficult to obtain Alka’s assistance.

For now, Alka and the others aren’t going anywhere; it’s better to build a good relationship with them first, and only then consider these matters after becoming familiar.

So recently, Alka has merely helped Kans by reshaping one of his Holy Grail Level treasures.

Its former appearance transformed into a sword blade capable of massive area damage.

Mostly, it’s about others trying to get closer and acquainted with them.

After the initial enthusiasm faded, everything soon returned to normalcy.

Alka and the others also began patiently waiting for an opportunity.

Waiting for Kalande to make a rash move.

This is the demon’s downfall, assuredly bound to happen.

...

It’s been five to six months since signing the contract for assistance.

The entire Demon-Defending Fortress can confirm that the demon’s attacks have largely weakened.

A comprehensive weakening.

During this time, some reconnaissance teams started exploring the areas occupied by demons.

They discovered the overall demon numbers are decreasing; it seems reinforcements are scarce, unlike the pervasive presence they once had.

Now there’s a large void in the areas occupied by demons.

The demons’ mutual wear and tear have also lessened, with some powerful demons overseeing them to prevent excessive internal conflict.

However, the demons continue their attacks and show no sign of retreat.

The Demon-Defending Fortress gradually began discussions about whether to launch a counterattack, whether to reduce the wall circumference, expand the territory behind them, thus compressing the demons’ living space.

After all, this is a rare opportunity.

But the problem is it could also be some sort of demonic trick, as both sides have been in a stalemate for several hundred years.

Both are looking for opportunities and have succeeded several times.

This might be another part of the conspiracy.

Ultimately, the overall atmosphere became somewhat strange.

Regardless, for ordinary soldiers and defenders, it still counts as good news, as finally, they can relax their strained nerves for this length of time.

These issues also led to fewer attacks from Kalande.

But this time Alka and the others found an opportunity.

On the city wall.

Pororo is standing at the edge of the wall, guarding a large area himself.

All demons attempting to climb the wall here are shredded by him.

Following another angry roar.

Gray thunder attacked wildly, and a melee demon wielding a giant axe was reduced to ashes by Pororo’s lightning.

With a swift grab, he twisted the head off a Fifth Stage demon attempting a sneak attack.

Pororo’s metal armor was once again covered with a thick layer of blood.

The easiest thing to attract in Pororo’s battles are those exceptionally bloodthirsty and aggressive demon types.

So basically, the demons charging towards Pororo’s defended area are all of this type.

Nearly all are mere brutes.

This time, Kalande, holding a giant axe, kept watching Pororo, his hand itching.

He’s been observing Pororo for a long time, considering him an invaluable opponent.

His prolonged observation made his inner desire for combat with Pororo grow stronger.

If it weren’t for Pororo being Alka’s companion and Alka having obvious detrimental intentions towards him.

Otherwise, he would have rushed down to engage Pororo in a brutal fight long ago.

Not stand there observing for ages, pondering deeply.

This time, Pororo’s fight was unusually bloody, more violent than ever before.

This further intensified Kalande’s already uncontrollable internal frenzy and bloodlust.

Finally, unable to resist, he charged directly towards Pororo.

Casually slicing two demons blocking the path in half, he kicked their corpses skyward.

Then he descended from the air, raising his axe to strike heavily.

Faced with the sudden attack, Pororo crossed his hands, transforming the metal armor on them into a Shield to block the attack.

Where they collided, sparks flew, creating a powerful shockwave that knocked nearby soldiers away.

This instantly cleared a vacant space around.

Watching the two fight, Alka, who had been monitoring Kalande realized this was an opportunity.

Suddenly, his shadow flickered, leaving a Dream Realm clone to continue fighting while he himself moved into the storage space.

Quickly heading towards another side.

Soon, Keparo and Anka also noticed this opportunity, and the three gathered at a far distance.

A unique light curtain fell over them, concealing their figures, vanishing instantly. Even while passing by demons, they elicited no reaction, completely hidden.

They began slowly approaching the battlefield between Pororo and Kalande.

Currently, the two behemoths fought fiercely.

The metal armor on their claws crazily collided with the giant axe, while gray thunder and magma clashed.

The two titans seemed to wrestle almost physically.

The way they fought was extraordinarily exaggerated and violent.

But Pororo started to fall into a disadvantage as the battle progressed.

This was unavoidable; after all, Kalande is distinguished among Seventh Stage demons.

Even if Pororo’s Treasure is cohesive and well-matched, the gap is difficult to bridge.

But he clearly knows this is an opportunity, and begins using a more furious fighting stance to lure the bloodthirsty Kalande into a death match.
