Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

He had no idea how many powerful people were hiding their names; he only knew that the number of those willing to spread their own fame, to carve their names into the minds of countless ordinary lives, was beyond counting.

Their number was absolutely immense.

But then again, those who didn’t want to spread their own fame couldn’t possibly know either—maybe there were even more of them.

”Hahahahaha.” Alka couldn’t help laughing out loud with delight.

”What’s got you so happy?” Chadite walked in from outside and asked. Lucilia was perched on her shoulder, legs swinging.

The two of them were looking at him curiously.

Seeing them come in, Alka walked over with a smile and pulled them both into his arms, giving them a fierce hug.

He even rubbed his face against Lucilia’s.

After that, the two of them just stared at him, dumbfounded.

”Looks like you really are in a great mood? Mind sharing it with us?” Lucilia said as she tidied the hair Alka had messed up.

”Can’t share it with you yet. Once you both reach the Sixth Stage, I’ll tell you.” Alka said, still smiling.

Hearing this, Chadite narrowed her eyes slightly at him, as if thinking it over. ”I think I have a rough idea what you’re talking about. Is it why powerhouses above the Sixth Stage deliberately spread their own names?”

Alka looked at her and nodded with a smile. ”Exactly, that’s the answer to that question.”

”Mm... now I’m curious.”

While they were chatting, the others came back to the living room one after another from upstairs and from outside.

It was time for breakfast.

Though with their current strength, skipping a meal or two, or even not eating for days or months, wouldn’t necessarily have much impact.

But missing out on Juanlu’s cooking—even a single meal—was something worth regretting and lamenting.

At the table.

Alka looked at Lucilia, then swept his gaze over everyone and suddenly asked, ”Which of you... has real confidence in your literary skills?”

Hearing Alka’s question, everyone who had been eating and chatting stopped and turned to look at him.

They had no idea what he meant by that.

Only Chadite and Lucilia, who had just talked with Alka, roughly understood what he was getting at.

Under Alka’s searching gaze—

Pororo scratched his head and ventured, ”Literary skills?”

Matilda, sitting beside him, picked up a flatbread and stuffed it into his mouth. ”It’s fine, you don’t need to worry about that.”

”If it’s about composing music or poetry, I can help a bit,” Julia said with a smile.

”If it’s academic papers or research reports, I can do that too,” Simon added.

Aside from those two, no one else said anything. Clearly, they didn’t think much of their own literary talents.

Alka then turned to look at Lucilia.

”What about you?”

After all, Lucilia was known as a walking library; her literary foundation couldn’t be bad.

”Of course I’m fine,” Lucilia replied, her voice carrying a small note of pride.

Alka nodded at that.

After thinking for a moment, he said, ”Then let’s have Lucilia and Julia take the lead. If anyone else is interested, you can join in too.”

He looked at the two of them as he spoke. ”I’ve got a task for you: write down our adventures and treasure-hunting experiences from when we first set out from the Homeland Sea up to now, and turn them into our autobiography.

Of course, a bit of artistic polish is inevitable, isn’t it? We need ordinary people to enjoy reading it and help spread our name—but we can’t over-exaggerate either.”

He glanced at everyone, thought for a moment, and added, ”Besides our group autobiography, each of you can also write your own personal memoir.

It doesn’t have to be strictly your life story; you can write any kind of useful reference work and weave your own experiences through it. That works just as well—it’s a good approach.

For example, Matilda, you could write a book on medicinal herbs and treating diseases. Simon, you could write about materials, machinery, forging structures, things like that.

Julia, you can spread your scores and poems, can’t you?

Chadite’s designs, Juanlu’s recipes, and your illustrated compendium, Lucilia—those can all be compiled into books.

That way we can help more people too.”

Hearing this, everyone couldn’t help falling into thought, because it was obvious Alka wasn’t just making this up on the spot. He was aiming for something big.

The moment he said it, they all thought of what they’d learned before about powerhouses spreading their names.

And Alka had just reached the starting threshold for that—Tier Six.

Clearly, now that he’d reached the Sixth Stage, he had learned something.

”Of course, we can prepare first. Once all of us reach the Sixth Stage, I’ll go to the Church and other forces to help with publication and distribution.

Best case, we spread it throughout the entire Endless Sea... maybe even the Four Divine Seas.”

At this, everyone started talking at once.

Obviously, the core of the issue would have to wait until they all hit the Sixth Stage, but as for writing these things, they could start discussing it right now.

After Alka put it that way, they suddenly felt quite interested. It was a perfect way to fill the free time they’d had lately.
