Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Most of the dream creatures who had once been loyal to him were, like his own Race, mist-like beings. They had inexplicably lost their homes when the Dream Realm shattered, without ever even seeing the Mirmi people.

When Alka inherited Mirmi’s abilities and acquired the prototype illusion of young Mirmi, the aura unique to Mirmi inevitably emanated. Additionally, Alka entrusted some authority to the illusion. Not understanding it himself, he simply recruited mist-like beings willing to join the Palace. Among these mist-like beings were some who had once been members of the Mirmi Realm. Soon, word spread from them to other mist-like beings, passing from one to ten, and then from ten to a hundred.

The legacy of the Mirmi Realm’s capital naturally began to flow towards Alka. In just forty days and nights, Alka’s Dream Realm gained two more dream creatures with Fifth Stage power. Their power was stronger than the King’s, yet they submitted to him.

This further accelerated the natural rate of Alka’s power increase, which was unstoppable. Only if Alka’s power surpassed theirs could this relentless increase be mitigated. If Alka’s power consistently remained lower than these dream creatures, he would have to face his own power continuously increasing. This was the special privilege brought by the Royal Authority of the Dream Realm.

Dismissing these thoughts, Alka looked at Chadite and explained, ”Because of some issues within the Dream Realm.”

Hearing this, Chadite seemed to recall something and asked, ”The kind of rupture you mentioned before?”

Alka nodded. ”Correct. I found a way to alleviate this rupture. It’s normal for my spirit to become listless on certain days because of it.”

”Oh, what method? If you don’t mind, would you satisfy my curiosity?” Chadite sat beside Alka, elbowing him playfully.

”Of course. It’s a special method primarily used for combat in critical situations. It roughly involves sacrificing some of one’s current power for a temporary boost.”

This was the essence of this method. For instance, Alka could anchor the Palace as a part of the Dream World if his power reached the Fifth Stage. The problem was, he hadn’t reached the Fifth Stage. To do so, he would have to pay a price to elevate his abilities to that level, then communicate with the Dream World, spending Magic Power. Of course, not all dream creatures with Fifth Stage power could achieve this; one also had to possess privileges.

Being a Divine Descendant was also an advantage.

Alka suddenly had a feeling. His current status was entirely different in the two worlds. In the Real World, he might just be a ’genius’ with some golden finger, but this ’genius’ status felt somewhat inflated. In the Dream World, however, he was a true favored child of heaven, like a rich heir inheriting a vast fortune, skyrocketing in power without doing anything. It wasn’t just his power that was fractured; other aspects of his life were also experiencing this disconnect, Alka mused with a grumble.

Listening to Alka’s words, Chadite nodded. She could roughly understand what he meant without difficulty.

Speaking of which, Alka glanced at those around him and said, ”Let’s all rest tonight. Just have Puppet Girl be a bit more vigilant. I’ll take you to see a great place in the Dream World.”

Upon hearing this, everyone’s interest was piqued. They all knew Alka’s abilities in the Dream World had become somewhat absurd.

After a simple barbecue gathering, everyone tidied up, returned to the ship, and set off once more. During the night, they entered the Dream Realm.

Once again awakened from his Dream Bubbles, Alka flew directly outside. Now, in the Dream World, a peculiar Dream Bubble had mysteriously appeared at the very top of the Palace. Judging by the number of bubbles, this was clearly an extra one, not belonging to anyone on the ship. The entire bubble was unusually transparent, like the Dream Bubble of a common beast, allowing one to clearly see its internal situation from the outside. Currently, the interior of the bubble was completely blank, with nothing inside.

Alka snapped his fingers and waved. Pink mist drilled into everyone’s Dream Bubbles, waking them up. Of course, only a very few needed him to awaken them. Chadite, Lucilia, Simon, and Julia, having been awakened by Alka many times in the Dream Realm, already possessed the ability to rouse themselves.

They passed through their Dream Bubbles freely. This would normally be impossible in the wider Dream World, but within the Palace, it became feasible. Because this place had entirely become Alka’s territory. He had easily changed some of the restrictions on Dream Bubbles in this area. As long as he didn’t touch or modify the fundamental Rules that sustained the Dream World’s underlying existence, there was no issue; other minor changes wouldn’t affect anything. This was a privilege that came with Royal Authority.

Everyone flew out of their Dream Bubbles, looking at Alka floating in the air and the transparent Dream Bubble above his head.

”If I guess correctly, this transparent Dream Bubble is the ’good place’ you were talking about?”

”Smart. I believe you’ll all be satisfied with this Dream Bubble.” Saying this, Alka looked at Jason. ”Especially you, since you’re always so bored on the ship.”

”Me?” Jason looked up at the Dream Bubble in the sky.

It seemed this would indeed be something interesting.
