From Arsenal to the Ball God

May 13th, the day of the Premier League season finale has arrived.

On this day, the 10 group matchups of the 20 Premier League teams will kick off at the same time and end simultaneously with a margin of no more than 10 minutes.

A complete season is about to come to a close and be sealed in history, becoming the past.

In it, some succeed while others fail, some celebrate while others feel lost..... but no matter what, they collectively build this season, writing another brilliant Chapter, worth reminiscing over.

And with the Premier League champion already decided, most neutral fans are not very interested in the other relegation battles or the race for top four and top six.

Their attention is all focused on the league leader, Arsenal, hoping this team can create a new history!

In over a hundred years of world football development, only five teams have won the championship unbeaten in a season, and of these, three were before World War II, which devalues their achievement somewhat.

The often-mentioned instance is the 91-92 season when the Italian giant AC Milan achieved this feat, and the peak Arsenal also did it in the 03-04 season.

It can be said that the current Arsenal is the third team to complete an unbeaten season winning the championship in the professional era of football.

Moreover, they have the hope of doing even better than any of their predecessors by achieving a season unbeaten with over 100 points!

”Now! Wenger’s Arsenal is advancing towards a new historic record.....!”

That morning, major TV stations edited highlights of Arsenal’s season, focusing their cameras on Wenger and Ma’el, using slow-motion and frame extraction to render the pre-game tension.

”Ma’ehl is leading this team to greatness.....!”

This is somewhat similar to the championship-deciding match in late April, but absolutely different.

The former was a globally-watched critical game, while this one, maybe not as high in attention, but its importance and tension definitely surpass the last one.

After achieving an important milestone, this powerful team yearns to go further, to become great, to become immortal!

Before the game, cameras from all over the world were pointed at Arsenal’s team bus, filming from the moment they departed the Korni Training Base until they reached the Emirates Stadium.

Along the dozen or so miles, at least two hundred journalists from major media were busy, eager to capture every moment of Arsenal today.

If they succeed in defeating their opponent, these images will pass down in eternity, becoming a classic!

”In Ma’el’s career, he faced Norwich City three times, two of which happened during his time in the Championship, with a record of one loss and one win.

”The last time occurred in the first half of the season, he and Arsenal’s players went to Norwich’s Carrow Road Stadium, and in that match, they won two to one.

”Notably, because in the final Championship match, he secured Norwich’s promotion to the Premier League with a long shot, the Canary fans have a good feeling towards him, once singing the Song of Ma’el at Carrow Road Stadium!

”Perhaps, when the moment of celebration truly arrives, Norwich’s fans will remain at the Emirates Stadium to offer him blessings!

”Let’s excerpt some comments from Canary fans about this match, here are a few interesting messages!”

”.....”

”A perfect season, we escaped the relegation zone, remained in the Premier League!

”Yes, I still have to thank Ma’el, without him we wouldn’t be here now.

”Although I don’t want to see my team lose, I hope he can win.” —— ’Oh yes!’ Netizen

”Neil, as Ma’el’s old friend, as the hero who fulfilled your promise to your granddaughter last season, as Norwich’s 12th man, let him have his wish.” —— ’Like mature women’ Netizen

”I didn’t expect that some Norwich fans openly expressed hope that Arsenal would win, this is crazy.

”More Norwich people wouldn’t think like that, we just feel that any result is acceptable, worth celebrating, it’s just a matter of whether to celebrate for Norwich or Ma’el.” —— ’Leicester’s big dong’ Netizen

”Arsenal is a convincing team, Ma’el is a respectable player, if they win, we will join the revelry, because we are also English.” —— ’A yellow person’ Netizen

”.....”

”Alright, the match will kick off at the Emirates Stadium in an hour, let’s look forward to it!”

...

Spain, Madrid.

In Real Madrid’s meeting room, nearly forty members of the first team sat here, nervously watching the screen.

As the team tied on 97 points after 37 rounds, they certainly want to be the first to create history, but unfortunately, their match is scheduled a day later than Arsenal’s.

In this situation, they are probably the people in the world who least want Arsenal to take all 3 points.

After all, a century title-winning record is not just any record, it would be a significant mark in world football history!

”Ronaldo.”

The team coach Mourinho quietly sat beside Ronaldo in the back row and whispered: ”Mendes can’t make it today, he said he’ll catch a plane here tomorrow morning.”

Ronaldo nodded calmly, but his eyes revealed a few barely noticeable traces of disappointment and a sense of crisis.

As one of the hottest stars in today’s football world, he scored 60 goals for Real Madrid this season and 9 for the Portuguese national team.

One could say, apart from that number 10 player from rival Barcelona, he has never regarded anyone else as his competitor.

But now things are different, a superstar on the British Peninsula is rising powerfully, challenging his status with a single-season 50+ goals.
