From Arsenal to the Ball God

”This goal?!”

Jose admired as he turned to look at Harry and Davis, and the others, who then tightly embraced and pulled Lewis in as well.

”We’re going to win!” Davis glanced at the time, already shedding tears of joy, ”I knew it, following him, we would accomplish everything!”

”Absolutely, absolutely!”

Harry also gleamed with excitement and exclaimed, ”What a crazy season! The Double Crown is really achieved!”

Jose pulled over Lewis, jumped along with the old man, ”Come on! Share in his glory!”

”Clap clap clap...!”

Compared to them, Mendes appeared more restrained, merely clapping on the spot.

But noting the waves in his eyes, people would understand that he was far from calm.

English League Cup + Premier League Champion!

Mendes can now be sure that the photo taken when he signed with Ma’el will become a classic in his agency career, their collaboration will surely be celebrated as a legend.

”Keep soaring.” Slightly trembling all over, he murmured, ”I’ll handle everything for you from behind, go ahead, go ahead...”

.....

”Hey!”

Up ahead, Prince William laughed and raised his hand, then embraced Princess Kate and kissed her, turning to high-five Beckham.

”I thought I could only see this once, never expected to see it twice directly.”

He appeared very excited, as if immersed in the moment at Emirates Stadium, ”Now I know why Beckham says he’s the best.”

”Haha.....” Beckham chuckled a few times, watching the figure celebrating wildly on the field, eyes showing traces of envy.

”I have a question.” Prince William turned to him again, ”This might be a tough question, sorry in advance... will he become a star on your level?”

Beckham shook his head, unbothered by the difficulty of the question, and replied immediately, ”Depends on which aspect you mean, in terms of skill, he’s already far beyond me, he’s the best this league has ever seen.”

”That great?”

Prince William understood his meaning, didn’t ask further, and turned to observe Queen Elizabeth’s expression.

”Your Majesty.” Princess Kate, being more tactful, already leaned in to ask, ”Was the match good? Exciting?”

”Yeah...” Queen Elizabeth nodded heavily, looked at the pitch and said, ”It was very good, I recognize Ma’el, he’s outstanding.”

Everyone laughed along with her, Prince Charles supported her, intending to let her sit down, but she refused.

”I’ll watch a bit longer, nearly done, it’s rare for Wenger to succeed again.”

Elizabeth had met Wenger a few times before, not just about football, she always cared about this old friend’s situation.

.....

”Ah...!”

Ahead, Kardashian and her best friend stood up and hugged, celebrating passionately.

”He’s incredible! Simply unbelievable!” Kardashian, somewhat versed in sports, could appreciate it even without knowing specific football rules.

The goal just now, anyone could see how stunning and graceful it was!

”I told you before!” Her friend smiled, ”He’s the best in London! The best in the United Kingdom too!”

Kardashian nodded with a smile, showing strong interest, ”I now believe you more, he could become one of the most lucrative athletes! His 18 years is more outstanding than many at 30.”

”Got to find a way to meet him, have any good ideas?”

”Nope.” Her friend shook her head, helplessly, ”If I had a way, I’d have gotten to know him long ago.”

”No, no!”

Kardashian fretted, clapping her hands on the spot, thinking of a plan, ”Invite him to shoot an episode? How about it? Legitimate, won’t cause much controversy.”

”It’s possible.” Her friend nodded, reminding her, ”But be prepared to shell out big bucks, he’s very expensive now, I estimate shooting the show might cost around 2 million US Dollars.”

”Besides, athletes rarely have off-field scandals, considering image and other issues, whether his agent would accept is also a concern.”

Kardashian didn’t continue the conversation, simply kept watching the pitch below, having been deeply drawn by the handsome young talent through this match.

Maybe she didn’t necessarily expect anything to happen with him, just hoped to know him early.

...

”Aaahhhh...!!”

On the field below, under the gaze of tens of thousands of fans, Ma’el joyfully ran to the sidelines, closing his eyes in enjoyment, tearing at the Arsenal jersey, kissing the team emblem.

It’s confirmed, shortly they will lift the English Super League trophy for the 11-12 season!

He scored 40 goals for this club in the Premier League, and provided 20 assists!

Fans cheered for him from the first match all the way to the season’s end, cheered to this moment!

He loves this club deeply, loves the fans here, even the city itself.

At last, he brought a very significant championship to this place!

”Bang bang bang...!!”

Ma’el opened his eyes and pounded the team emblem on his chest, ecstatic, he shouted toward the stands filled with fans, ”Vamos...!!”

Immediately after, he looked toward a spot in the stadium where fans raised the banner again, noticing someone writing on the last blank page.

Smiling blissfully, he gestured toward there and swiftly remembered, signaling to the rushing teammates, sprinting full speed towards Wenger on the sidelines.
