Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 210: Chapter 210: Mary the Bold

A few minutes later, Kristina Kingston escorted Mary to the car, watching as it drove away.

Mary held the steering wheel, a young girl who liked wearing modified traditional Chinese dresses, always with two braids, very much like the close-knit maidens of ancient times.

Quirky and charming, young and beautiful.

She drove steadily, analyzing with her judgment, Mr. Kingston and Mrs. Kingston were truly in love, they were meant to be.

You can’t fake love for someone, every time Mr. Kingston looked at Mrs. Kingston, there was a light in his eyes.

Before, Mary also thought Ms. Usher was particularly excellent, beautiful, capable of managing the business single-handedly, and sharing Mr. Kingston’s burdens, she seemed the most suitable choice for Mrs. Kingston.

But when Mary learned that Ms. Usher would stop at nothing to get Mr. Kingston, she denied this person from the bottom of her heart.

The car stopped at Emerald Cove, and Mary got out and went straight into the living room.

Butler Shelby saw her, very surprised, ”Mary?” He looked out again, ”Did you come alone?”

”Yes, hello Butler Shelby.” Mary’s voice was clean and pleasant, ”Where is Mr. Kingston? How is he?”

Butler Shelby met the girl’s gaze, seemingly understanding something, ”Is his hand injured at Clearwater Bay?”

”Mm.” Mary did not deny, ”Is it serious?”

”How did he get injured? He was still bleeding when he came back, we bandaged it, it’s not too serious.” But Butler Shelby was still heartbroken, he sighed heavily, ”Raised in luxury, when would he have gotten a physical injury?”

”He did it himself.” Mary asked again, ”How was he last night? I mean emotionally.”

Butler Shelby shook his head, ”I don’t know, he seemed to have locked the door from inside.”

Mary took a deep breath and headed upstairs, with Butler Shelby following behind her.

The two knocked on the door, but there was no response from inside.

Mary put her nose to the door crack and sniffed seriously, ”He seems to have drunk a lot, there’s an alcohol smell in the air, maybe... he’s already drunk.”

Butler Shelby’s heart skipped a beat, what if he was passed out on the floor, what if he caught a cold?

He hurriedly fetched the spare key in fright.

Mary took it and opened the door, rushing in, only to meet those knife-like cold eyes!

She felt a shiver in her chest, her steps halted.

”Get out.”

Only this word came out of Justin Kingston’s mouth, so heavy that it sent a chill down Mary’s spine.

Butler Shelby didn’t dare to enter, he thought Mary would retreat immediately, but the door slammed shut with a bang!

He was shut outside the door, utterly surprised, how bold is Mary?

Actually, Mary was also afraid inside, but she couldn’t stand it anymore, clenched her fists, and walked toward those incredibly sharp eyes.

”I said get out, don’t you understand?!” Justin Kingston’s cold eyes narrowed dangerously, with an urge to hit someone.

”Mr. Kingston.” Mary steadied her steps again, looking at him from a distance, ”Mrs. Kingston was sent away by Jerry Garcia.”

Justin Kingston was slightly taken aback, slowly turning his gaze to her, with something in his eyes that Mary couldn’t comprehend.

Justin Kingston didn’t want to accept this fact, he took out his phone to call Finn Morgan, ”Investigate Jerry Garcia, bring him to see me, Mia was sent away by him.” The coldness in his voice sent a shiver down one’s spine.

Hanging up the phone, Mary saw his impeccable handsome face, now heavy as if a storm could strike at any moment.

The room fell into silence...

Mary confirmed that Mr. Kingston wouldn’t drive her out, so she spoke again, ”During those days you were with Ms. Usher in Aethelburg, Mrs. Kingston didn’t have a good time at Clearwater Bay.”

Justin Kingston squinted his eyes, his handsome face tense.
