Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 909: Chapter 15: Beehive-Type Super AI

Strictly speaking, Cybertronian Machines are half-energy half-mechanical life forms, but to outsiders, these mechanical bodies belong to a standard robot sequence.

But only Cybertronians themselves know that the Spark is their soul’s source, the concrete manifestation of their personal will.

And among all Cybertronians, only a few rare ones can transcend their mechanical bodies and exist in the form of a Spark.

These are inevitably the leaders of mechanical life, level 90 super bosses.

At this moment, three flame figures appeared in the Cybertron Realm, their information energy was explosively strong, and the energy tide was drawn by them, transforming into three giant mechanical phantoms, towering over the void of the universe, coldly looking down at the few starships, which compared to them were just the size of a palm.

”Whoa, there’s a monster!” a player exclaimed.

”A big monster!” Another Transformer player felt his implanted chip trembling, and his combat AI turned into a heap of garbled code.

”This is—Super Interstellar Warriors?!”

Even far away in Sector Two, the big insect Emville could sense the power of those three Cybertronian Machines.

And Super Interstellar Warriors are the common term in the cosmic Star Sea for Tier 3 Top Life, compared to ascendant races which rarely appear in the common sight, these Super Interstellar Warriors are nearly the strongest individuals among life forms.

Moreover, behind each Super Interstellar Warrior stands a powerful Level 3 Civilization.

Emville was increasingly interested in this captain who saved him, could it be that a powerful Level 3 Civilization stood behind him?

Gao Gong couldn’t care less what others thought, he was merely interestingly looking at two of the flame human forms, these were two acquaintances.

Lord Celestis, Leader of the Autobots Faction in Cybertron Camp

Mechanical Pioneer Venus, Leader of the Power Faction in Cybertron Camp

Especially the former, who in the original late-stage plot of Mechanical Split Star, was an existence comparable to Aramaki.

He and Aramaki, in this Cyber Tide, were like the player’s lighthouse at sea, all players gathered around them, together resisting this catastrophe far beyond planet-level.

However, because of Gao Gong the Transmigrator, the plot was dramatically altered, Lord Celestis hadn’t yet descended upon Mechanical Split Star, and was forcibly consumed by billions of Memory Worms in the prematurely triggered Cyber Tide, entering a dormant state.

So, the fate of a person (even if they are a robot), requires both personal endeavor and consideration of historical progress.

Though a level 90 boss of the Mechanical System, and a Five Templates one, Gao Gong’s mind would have to be broken not to utilize him, and the information pollution brought by Cyber Tide wasn’t a problem for Gao Gong who mastered the Information Mother, the only trouble was the shells of these top mechanical life forms, seriously polluted by information in the Cyber Tide, were completely unusable.

And ordinary mechanical bodies cannot bear the Spark energy at this level.

Under these conditions, creating a level 90 mechanical body was impossible.

So the temporary carriers for these three Sparking Mechanisms were Gao Gong’s spare mechanical skeletons.

Vajra Alloy (Tier 3: Rare): a mechanical shell made from ultra-biological metal, self-equipped with super hardness, immune to damage below 30,000 in melee combat and 50,000 in long-range combat.

Three nearly two meters tall mechanical skeletons were pushed into the energy tide, these three Spark energies seemed to find a pouring point, rushing in wildly, the same styled mechanical bodies started evolving into different types, one was a standard kingly machine with light and heavy weapons, close and distant combat blades, electronic radar, a complex and powerful energy pipeline, its body flowing with an aura similar to Emperor’s Might, this was Lord Celestis.

And the other, besides the same level of Mechanical Body Transformation, the body surface showed evident female characteristics, with prominent curves, while exuding a sharp aura of a Swordsman, Gao Gong had some impression of it, the opponent’s swordsmanship could compete head-on with same-level Civilization Weapons.

As for the last mechanical body, it was one unknown to Gao Gong, a leader of the Decepticons Faction, the Decepticons lacked the style of the Power Faction and Autobots Faction, whether mechanical or carbon-based life, it looked down on them all equally.

Gao Gong had a peculiar sense of affinity towards it, the source of this affinity surprised him somewhat, Construct!

The opponent was also a Construct Mechanism!

And as its Spark energy filled, the constructs hidden in Gao Gong’s spare mechanical body, Scythe Dance, Moon Defect, Finger Nuo Dance, Möbius Ring, Divine Flower, Gear Machine surfaced one by one, showcasing the unique evil qi of these mechanical structures impeccably, all surrounding experiment personnel felt a bristle of hairs, mental chaos, as if they had a knife tip pressed to their throat.

Only Gao Gong noticed that on his spine, two ribs, and knees, there arose an aura identical to the Construct mastered by Gao Gong.

’Not bad, three different Constructs can be mastered now, one step closer to full-body Constructs.’

100% Construct also had a title, known as Species Extincter.

As the energy tide was gradually absorbed, more and more High-level Energy Ore crumbled, the mechanical body’s eyes brightened with divine light, as if substantial gaze swept around, finally fixing on Gao Gong.

Among the three pairs of mechanical eyes, expressions of confusion, suspicion, contemplation, and confirmation flashed through, and finally, each took a step forward. Under the vigilance of the top security of the group, they kneeled on one knee.

”General!”

Gao Gong’s lips curled slightly, with a hint of amusement in his eyes:

”You have awakened.”

”General, where are we now? Have we successfully suppressed the chaotic information stream surrounding Cybertron?” Tianwei asked anxiously.

”Yes, it has been suppressed, and the specifics are as follows...”

Gao Gong began to speak slowly, and as his words unfolded, the surrounding space vanished, replaced by a dense swarm of void worms crawling out of the players, traversing through space, burrowing into the sparks of these three Level 90 mechanical bodies, altering their memories, modifying their mechanical imprints, and twisting the image of the general in their minds, ultimately merging him with General Cybertron.

’Memory Loss’ ’Personality Reset’ ’Neurotheft’ ’Conceptual Parasite’ ’Pheromone Virus’ ’Ancient Biological War’ ’Turing’s Eastern Expedition’ ’Electronic Brain Graveyard’ ’Bionic Revolution’.

These Cyber Tides, Gao Gong only deployed the first wave. The evolution of ’Memory Loss’ successfully subdued these three mechanical lives.

”We will obey all your orders!” Tianwei said solemnly.

”Since the general says so, then it must be true,” Venus said with a charming smile.

”Just tell me, General, who do you want me to kill,” Blood Spider, the leader of the Decepticons, said casually.

Gao Gong smiled slightly, did not answer, and instead asked, ”Now that you’ve changed into new shells, how do you feel about your current state?”

”Approximately 21.4% of the original mechanical body’s performance parameters.”

Tianwei responded honestly, worthy of a Level 90 Cybertronian machine. The mechanical body Gao Gong prepared for himself was hardly different from the current one, only one-fifth of the original shell’s capacity; of course, this did not include those top bionic addons provided by Sister Rose.

Among the three Cybertronians, Blood Spider recovered the most performance, reaching 56%. This was probably because, being a construct, its body not only didn’t lose parts but gained more.

Nevertheless, being a Tier 3 top-level mechanical body, it might still take some time to return to full strength.

Gao Gong touched his chin, assigning tasks to each of the three. Tianwei was responsible for mining operations, Blood Spider was to explore with the players towards the forward line of Zone 2, and as for Venus, she was to stay on the ship to carry out some research work—of which she herself was the subject.

...

Another month passed

By this time, the players had diverged once again. From the original mining stream and exploration stream, two new factions emerged: the archaeology stream and the research stream.

The founding master of the archaeology stream was the giant bugumcle Emville, who had a part in the exploration. While probing, his curiosity got the better of him, having previously been part of a research team that encountered accidents before any real findings could be made before getting scattered.

Although it was confirmed that this place had no connection to any ’Cosmic Treasure’, genuine ancient ruins were present, letting him resume his old career, mapping while engaging in archaeology, while some players became his apprentices.

As for the research stream, due to the abundance of ores and energy, Du Gao Group’s previously stalled scientific research resumed.

Before leaving the Mechanical Split Star, the Du Gao Group nearly exhausted all blueprints inside the Mother City; merely deciphering these was enough to stretch the already inadequate manpower to breaking point, so recruiting players became inevitable, and lucky ones like Cornislav became more common.

As for the alliance page, after successfully incubating ’Battleship System’ and ’Hive-type Command AI’ under the Tier 3 Professional Knowledge ’Interstellar Space Station Manufacturing Technology,’ the previously stagnant alliance points advanced from 1 million to 1.7 million, with the cap increased from 1 million to 10 million.

1.7 million/10 million

The rapid upgrade was largely due to the collected research data that almost covered more than half of the Cyber Test Field, as well as the joining of fourteen Super Cybertronian mechanical bodies.

Unfortunately, the civilization influence panel did not upgrade from ’Level 2 Civilization - Transformer Civilization’ to ’Level 3 Civilization - Mechanician Civilization.’

It likely requires obtaining 2~3 professional knowledge chains and crafting a Tier 3 Mechanical Creation for advancement.

Each civilization’s technological knowledge has its unique features.

For instance, a civilization like the Mechanician Civilization which excels in mechanical creations, where each piece of professional knowledge can count as specialized modification technology.

For example, the ’Hive-type Command AI,’ now equips not only the flagship but every starship, with an AI Ms. A.

These Ms. A’s are duplications of the earliest version of Ms. A, possessing the same logical thinking yet each operating independently, thus enabling coordinated combat even over light-year distances where signals are completely isolated.
