I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 36: SVOP: Chapter 36

Vladimir nodded. He also knew who this person was.

It would be the Sea Knight ”Jinbe” who was on Fish-Man Island, the captain of the Fish-Man Pirates, with a bounty of 250 million Berries.

”With the Navy here, your activities may be inconvenient.” Red Hair said, ”Next, I’m going to visit the king of Ryugu Palace. What are your plans?”

”I’ll act freely.” Vladimir shrugged, ”There must be Navy people in Ryugu Palace, so it’s not convenient for me to be with you.”

It wasn’t that Vladimir was afraid of the Navy, but there was no need to meet them. Once they met, should he kill them or silence them?

”Then be careful. I’ll contact you when we leave.”

Red Hair wasn’t pretentious and nodded in agreement.

Immediately, the two sides temporarily separated. Red Hair and his group went to visit the king, while Vladimir moved around at will.

”There are still relatively few humans here, so I have to be low-key.”

Tightening the hood of his cloak, Vladimir stepped towards the bustling area of Fish-Man Island. Suddenly, he felt something approaching rapidly.

”What is it?”

Vladimir’s eyes narrowed, and he was quick-witted. With a swoosh, he grabbed it.

It was a letter, and it was a heart-shaped envelope. Vladimir guessed that it was probably a love letter.

Even after being caught by him, this love letter seemed to be controlled by some kind of power, constantly trying to break free from his grasp.

Chuckling, Vladimir opened it directly.

”Dear Princess Shirahoshi, I love you so much. We should love each other. Why won’t you accept me! Yours truly, Vander Decken IX...”

The fonts were crooked, and it was obvious that a man had written it.

Vladimir curled his lips, ”With this level of writing, you still want to pick up girls. The language is still an attitude of ’blame’. Don’t you know you’re making a big taboo? Speaking of which, Princess Shirahoshi should be 6 years old now. You’re insane. You won’t even let go of a little girl.”

Princess Shirahoshi, the mermaid princess of Fish-Man Island. In Vladimir’s impression, she seemed to be a timid and cowardly crybaby, but her beauty after she grew up could rival the Empress.

”I smell the scent of ’business’!”

After thinking about it, Vladimir suddenly had a good idea. He said with a hey, and a ball of black flames rose, instantly burning the love letter to ashes.

After that, Vladimir seemed to temporarily forget about this matter and continued to stroll around Fish-Man Island.

When night was about to fall, he found a hotel to stay in.

Confirming that the door was locked, Vladimir shook his body and turned into Shadow Fiend.

Then, a wisp of black smoke floated out of the window and flew towards Ryugu Palace above his head...

Ryugu Palace was located directly above Fish-Man Island and was the residence of King Neptune.

Fish-Man Island had air, clouds, and the sun. At the bottom was the ocean, in the middle was the land, above it was the sky, and above the sky was Ryugu Palace.

Vladimir kept flying upwards for hundreds of meters before arriving at the entrance.

The entrance was a spiral door, and there was a red button next to the door, probably something like a doorbell.

The normal way to pass through was to press the doorbell and wait for the people inside to open it.

But Vladimir was sneaking in, so there was no need for such trouble. As Shadow Fiend, he could ignore even physical attacks. It was just a door. He directly drilled in through the tiny gaps.

After entering the spiral door, there was a bubble membrane, and behind the bubble membrane was seawater. Ryugu Palace was in the seawater.

Vladimir was not a Devil Fruit ability user and was not afraid of seawater, so he directly passed through it, and then followed the transparent pipe all the way up until he arrived at the gate of Ryugu Palace.

Arriving here, he could already see soldiers walking and patrolling. They were basically fish-men, standing upright on two feet, holding weapons.

It was night, but Ryugu Palace was brightly lit. There were many glowing pearls emitting a scorching light, illuminating the entire Ryugu Palace as if it were a fairyland.

”There’s money, are these pearls moonstones? They don’t look like it. They should be very valuable. Should I dig up a few...”

Vladimir admired it for a while and couldn’t help but be a little tempted, ”Forget it. It’s difficult to carry them even if I dig them up. If I want to take them and run away, Shadow Fiend can’t carry items and jump through space. I should find someone first.”

If Shadow Fiend could carry items through space, he wouldn’t have to spend money to buy Devil Fruits. He could directly loot the homes of the Celestial Dragons. How happy would that be?

Vladimir had always felt this was a pity. He estimated that only when he reached 5 stars could Shadow Fiend carry humans or items and jump through space directly.

”Find someone first!”

Shaking his head, Vladimir continued to go deeper into Ryugu Palace.

Shadow Fiend’s characteristics made it difficult for him to be discovered. At most, patrolling soldiers could see a wisp of black smoke passing by.

Before long, Vladimir entered a banquet hall.

In the hall, all the members of the Red Hair Pirates were there. In addition to them, there was also a Navy Rear Admiral.

This Rear Admiral was a woman, dressed sexy, revealing her thighs. On the outside of her left thigh, there was a tattoo of a black eight-legged spider. She was wearing a coat of justice.

Seeming to sense something unusual, the female Rear Admiral’s sixth sense made her glance at the corner where Vladimir was, but it was empty, making her frown slightly.

”A little familiar, who is this woman...” Vladimir hid in the shadows, not being discovered, ”Is it Momousagi?”

Momousagi, in Vladimir’s impression, was a Navy Vice Admiral, one of the Admiral candidates, with great strength. Of course, that was 12 years later. Now, she was just a Rear Admiral.

”This woman is quite powerful. She’s probably only in her early twenties now, but she can actually become a Rear Admiral.”

Vladimir paid a little attention and then looked at the main seat of the banquet. Sitting there was a huge fish-man, whose appearance was that of a coelacanth fish-man.

Neptune, the king of Ryugu Palace on Fish-Man Island!

The fish-men of Fish-Man Island called him ”Sea God” and ”Great Knight of the Sea.”

Beside Neptune, there was also a young and beautiful goldfish mermaid, only 1.45 meters tall. Sitting with Neptune, one was big and the other was small, with a huge difference.

This woman was kind-hearted and would die in two years.

Shaking his head, Vladimir didn’t pay too much attention. He had sneaked in tonight, and his secondary purpose was to find King Neptune. However, there were too many people now, so it wasn’t appropriate to reveal himself, especially with the presence of the Navy.

”I should go find Princess Shirahoshi first.”

With a thought, Vladimir had quietly left.

Ryugu Palace was quite large, and Vladimir spent some effort before finding Princess Shirahoshi’s boudoir.

The layout of the room was very cute, and the overall tone was pink.
