I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 2: SVOP: Chapter 2

”Hiss...” Salome flicked its tongue towards a spot on the sea’s surface.

Just then, on the deck of the other ship, a man in a military uniform, draped in a coat of justice, spoke in a deep voice, saying, ”Boa Hancock, what is your decision? Will you accept the title of Shichibukai, or choose to refuse? If you refuse, I will sink you here!”

Suddenly, his expression changed slightly, and his sharp gaze suddenly swept towards a section of the sea.

”What is that, sneaking around and spying here!”

After scolding, the man suddenly raised his hand. In an instant, the surrounding temperature rose sharply, and his fist turned into a molten lava hand, plunging fiercely into the sea.

As soon as this molten lava hand touched the surface of the sea, a large amount of seawater evaporated, and the surroundings were immediately filled with mist that would not dissipate.

Roar!

The next moment, a dragon’s roar sounded.

The sea surged, with waves rolling in.

A behemoth suddenly burst out from the seabed.

And when everyone saw the true face of this figure, they all opened their mouths in surprise.

The man on the warship widened his eyes even more, ”A dragon?”

As soon as he finished speaking, the giant dragon in the sea spoke in human language.

”Human, you have offended me!”

These words caused even greater shock.

...

”Human, you have offended me!”

The sea dragon spoke in human language, its fierce power intimidating. In its anger, the calm sea suddenly stirred up waves, causing the two large ships to sway continuously.

The people on the ship were all panicked, feeling frightened by this unknown scene.

”A dragon?”

”A talking dragon?!”

”The Calm Belt actually hides such a monster!!”

Vladimir was a little helpless. Being called a monster was really unpleasant, although his current appearance was indeed very unfriendly.

The molten lava hand from before had struck down, hitting the sea and touching his body. This feeling was like being scalded with boiling water.

He subconsciously released his dragon’s might in anger, although that bit of heat was completely insignificant to him.

Locking his gaze on the person who had attacked earlier, Vladimir immediately felt that he looked familiar.

A white hat, a coat of justice draped over his shoulders, a cold expression, and a sturdy physique.

”You... Marine Admiral, Akainu (Sakazuki)?”

The dragon’s words were deep. After speaking, he swept his gaze towards the other ship. The woman at the head of the deck was as beautiful as a fairy in a painting. This woman, like Sakazuki, was one of the few people with a calm expression.

This woman is... Empress Boa Hancock!

Vladimir’s eyes flashed, and the memories in his mind surged.

”You actually have intelligence?” At this time, Sakazuki said with a hint of surprise, ”Not the intelligence of a beast, but higher intelligence. What... are you? Not an ordinary Sea King!”

I’m a human!

Vladimir mentally grumbled, but he said aloud, ”A Sea King? I see. For a Marine Admiral, Sea Kings are not worth mentioning.”

Regarding this mockery, Akainu snorted coldly and said, ”It doesn’t matter what you are. Since you dare to appear here, I’ll just take the opportunity to eliminate you!”

As soon as he finished speaking, he raised his hand again, and immediately molten lava rolled, and the surrounding temperature rose sharply.

His right arm turned into crimson magma, and the magma formed a huge palm, grabbing towards Vladimir.

”Starting a fight without a word, as expected of the lawless pirate world!”

Unable to help but click his tongue inwardly, Vladimir was not flustered at all.

He immediately let out a dragon’s roar. In the clear sound, the soaring two dragon horns emitted a faint blue light.

The next moment, the sea was controlled by some invisible force, and four water tornadoes were immediately formed on both sides, like living things, all strangling towards the molten lava hand.

Boom!!

The power of water and fire intertwined, and the two powerful forces collided head-on. After a loud noise, a mist that filled the sea area appeared.

Chi chi chi!

The mist obscured the vision, making the entire sea surface strange and bizarre.

”What!?” Sakazuki’s face twitched, and he was shocked, ”He can actually control seawater!”

Not only him, but even the Empress on the other ship felt incredible.

Sea Kings were not uncommon. For people with their status and strength, Sea Kings with bodies dozens of meters in size were just a slap to death, but the sea dragon in front of them defied common sense.

”The power of a Devil Fruit?” On the Marine warship, a Commodore muttered in shock.

”Devil Fruit?”

In the thick fog, Vladimir suddenly felt a sense of enlightenment.

This is the world of One Piece, where supernatural powers exist. For example, Akainu in front of him has the ability to transform into magma, which comes from the Logia-type Devil Fruit, the Mag-Mag Fruit.

And the ”Mysterious Power” he needed to unlock new transformations seemed to only be considered in this direction.

With this in mind, he immediately asked the question in his mind.

”Hey, whatever, the Mysterious Power you mentioned, would Devil Fruits count?”

The expected answer took a full few seconds to sound, and the answer was only two words. ”Counts!”

After another pause, the voice said mechanically, ”Please note, Host, I am not ’whatever,’ I am the Fantasy Gene.”

”As expected.”

Vladimir thought happily. Compared to Mysterious Power, the concept of Devil Fruit was much clearer.

Although in this world, obtaining Devil Fruits was not a very easy thing, at least it was clear. Moreover, if you had money, you could directly buy them.

For example, you could buy one for several hundred million Berries, of course, not the strongest Logia-type, but a more garbage fruit.

However, for Vladimir, it didn’t matter what attribute it was, anyway, he wasn’t going to eat it himself.
