I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 9: SVOP: Chapter 9

As if sensing something, the person sitting upright frowned and suddenly turned around.

”Strange, I always feel like there’s an aura spying on me... Damn it.”

He had a square face and muttered to himself in a low voice.

”Marine Fleet Admiral, Sengoku!?” Vladimir was taken aback. ”He can’t see me? This is the Marine Headquarters!?”

Before he could think about it, a knock on the office door came, and then a familiar face came into view.

”Sakazuki.” Sengoku looked at the person who came and asked in a deep voice, ”How is the matter with the Shichibukai being resolved?”

”There was a slight problem. A sea dragon who is suspected of being an ability user is causing trouble...”

Akainu’s voice was low, and suddenly his eyes flashed, looking behind Sengoku, ”What the hell is that!?”

”What the hell is that!”

Akainu looked behind Sengoku, his sharp gaze revealing a burst of pressure.

”Hmm?”

Seeing this, Sengoku frowned and looked back along his gaze, ”What’s strange?”

”What’s strange!?” Sakazuki was taken aback and said, ”This ghost shadow, what is it?”

”You’re hallucinating!” Sengoku said unhappily, ”Have you been under too much pressure lately?”

”No...”

Sakazuki opened his mouth, feeling unbelievable.

He carefully looked at the area behind Sengoku, and he was sure that he was not hallucinating. It was indeed a faint cloud of black mist.

At this moment, the black shadow even scratched his head in a very human-like manner.

”This ability is a bit interesting.” Vladimir treated the two as if they were nothing. ”Sengoku can’t see me, but Akainu can. In other words, the person chosen as the target by this ability can’t see themselves, but others can? In that case, the bright starlight spot before represented Sengoku, so what about the other starlight spots?”

The thought was terrifying.

If each starlight spot represented a person, then the number of starlight spots seen before was as many as hundreds of millions!

If this premise was not wrong, it meant that the Shadow Fiend’s ability was to instantly appear behind the shadow of anyone in the world?!

”...I still have to continue to test the specifics.” Vladimir’s mind moved, and he thought, ”It seems I can also instantly return to Amazon Lily Island, but before that, I’ll try the other abilities of the Shadow Fiend.”

Thinking like this, Vladimir suddenly floated up, gradually transforming into a human form in mid-air.

”What?!”

Seeing this scene, Sakazuki widened his eyes. Then, he saw the illusory black shadow sitting on the Fleet Admiral’s desk, and even nonchalantly crossed his legs, seemingly staring at him?

Even though Akainu was strong, he was still terrified by this bizarre scene.

”What are you doing? What’s all the fuss about?” Fleet Admiral Sengoku looked at Akainu with dissatisfaction and said in a deep voice, ”Report the mission first. What’s the matter with the sea dragon you mentioned earlier?”

”...Yes.”

Temporarily suppressing the surprise in his heart, Sakazuki began to report the mission overview.

”According to intelligence, I led a warship to intercept the Kuja Pirates’ returning ship... but when inviting Empress Boa Hancock, a mysterious sea dragon appeared from the seabed. It has the ability to control sea currents. The people of Amazon Lily Island call it a ’Guardian Deity.’”

While reporting the mission, Akainu’s eyes couldn’t help but glance at the black shadow on the table, and his face became even more ugly.

At first, the black shadow was just sitting on the desk, but soon, this strange thing actually raised its middle finger at him!

Although he couldn’t see the black shadow’s expression, Akainu had a subtle feeling of being despised.

Suddenly, the black shadow jumped off the table. He took off his shoes and put them under Sengoku’s nostrils, seemingly wanting the other party to smell his smelly feet.

”The sea dragon blocked...” Seeing this scene, Akainu finally couldn’t help but shout out, even putting aside the matter of reporting the mission, ”Presumptuous!”

A loud shout not only stunned Vladimir, but even Sengoku, who had been listening attentively, was startled by him.

”What did you say?”

”No, no, it’s not, I’m talking about that black shadow...” Akainu explained.

”What black shadow?” Sengoku’s face sank, and his eyes swept over without a trace, ”Where is there any black shadow? Have you been too tired lately? Do you need to give you a vacation?”

”No... no need.”

Sakazuki opened his mouth, swallowing the extra words back down.

He had a feeling that he couldn’t express his suffering, and even wondered if he was really hallucinating?

But at this moment, the black shadow moved.

He suddenly threw the shoes over and kicked Akainu’s chest with his back foot.

”You’re courting death!”

Akainu couldn’t bear it any longer and attacked in anger.

He punched out, the fist wind whistling, and the momentum was magnificent.

In his rage, he didn’t intend to hold back at all, and he was determined to solve this strange thing with one punch.

However, the black shadow was not flustered, allowing the punch to hit him.

But before Akainu could be happy, at that moment, he was horrified to find that his fist had passed through the black shadow and slammed into the desk.

Boom!!

With a loud bang, the entire desk was shattered into pieces.

”Presumptuous!”

Sengoku was furious and stood up abruptly, staring at Akainu in annoyance, ”Sakazuki, what exactly do you want to do!”

”I... he!”
