I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 32: SVOP: Chapter 32

”Mr. Rayleigh, I have something I want to ask you.”

”Hmm? No troublesome things, please.”

”It’s not troublesome.” Vladimir chuckled, ”You saw it when I fought Akainu just now. Without Haki, I can’t win.”

”You want to learn Haki?” Rayleigh raised his eyebrows, feeling very strange, ”It’s rare for someone with strength to your level not to know Haki.”

After a pause, he added, ”Does no one in your Phantom Pirates teach you?”

”No, everyone is scattered all over the world, and it’s too troublesome to find them.” Vladimir made up a story casually.

Rayleigh, after hearing his words, had a concept of the Phantom organization.

The members of this organization were all very strong, but the organization was relatively loose, unlike ordinary pirate crews, which would gather together.

As for the purpose of this organization, it was unknown.

After all, only three members had appeared before the world so far.

Thinking of this, Rayleigh shook his head and said, ”Haki is not so easy to learn. With zero foundation, it takes at least 1 to 2 years to master the basics of the three-color Haki. Even if you put aside Conqueror’s Haki, you have to learn Armament and Observation Haki for a long time.”

Speaking of this, he paused before he couldn’t help but say, ”Don’t tell me you’re going to stay here for a year or two!”

”How could I...” Vladimir’s smile faded, and he said seriously, ”Don’t worry, I’m very smart. I’ll learn it in a day or two!”

Hearing this, Rayleigh’s mouth twitched, and he was speechless...

While Vladimir was asking Rayleigh to teach him Haki, on the other side, the Navy, after some rest, began a search of the Sabaody Archipelago.

Area 11, a certain square.

Akainu was sitting on a boulder, reporting the overview of the mission.

After he finished speaking, Fleet Admiral Sengoku’s roar came from the other end of the phone.

”Idiot! Are you saying that all the Marines you brought were injured, and you still let the person run away? What are you and Kizaru doing?”

Opening his mouth, Akainu couldn’t find an excuse to defend himself.

Vladimir’s strength was indeed unexpected, but if he hadn’t been careless, he wouldn’t have been so easily escaped.

Akainu himself was most clear about this point.

After scolding for a while, Sengoku calmed down, ”That member of Phantom, is he not Shadow Fiend?”

”No.” Akainu replied in a deep voice, ”Although we let him run away, we caught the captain of the Battle Axe Pirates. From his mouth, we learned that the person’s name is Ibaraki.”

The battle broke out too quickly at the time, and the bald man didn’t have time to dodge at all, so he was affected by the aftermath of the battle. When he came back to his senses, he had already been caught by the Navy.

”What is his strength like?” After a long silence, Sengoku asked.

”First-class combat power. It’s easy to suffer a loss if you don’t understand it, but it doesn’t reach the Admiral level. If there’s another chance, he won’t be able to escape.”

”Doesn’t reach the Admiral level?” Snorting angrily, Sengoku was filled with a headache, ”Just an ordinary member, not even a member, and he has combat power close to the Admiral level. Where did this Phantom Pirates come from!”

Akainu was speechless about this.

It was unknown out of what kind of mind, but Akainu didn’t report the fact that Shadow Fiend had appeared in the Fleet Admiral’s office.

Sighing, Sengoku continued, ”Intelligence shows that the Red Hair Pirates are sailing towards the Sabaody Archipelago and are expected to arrive in at most a week.”

”Red Hair Shanks!” Akainu’s eyes flashed.

”Before they arrive, you should complete the search as soon as possible. At that time, remember not to have too much conflict with the other party.”

The entire Sabaody Archipelago was not small, with 79 areas. It was not easy to complete the search within a week.

Of course, this was not the most important thing. The key was that Dark King Rayleigh was hidden here, and God knew what would happen.

Akainu was very unhappy with Sengoku’s attitude of temporarily avoiding the edge. The word justice on his coat seemed to be mocking him.

”Also, leave Dark King Rayleigh alone for the time being. If we want to catch him, we will also pay a heavy price. By the way, let Kizaru come back. The Shichibukai matter still needs someone to preside over it. There are only four people now, and there are still three positions vacant. In order to fight against the Four Emperors of the New World, the power of the Shichibukai is essential.”

After saying these words, Sengoku hung up the phone.

Akainu’s face was livid, and he punched the boulder he was sitting on. Immediately, the large rock, large enough for several people to sit side by side, shattered in an instant.

”Is the Four Emperors more important than the Phantom Pirates?” After a moment, he returned to his coldness.

He didn’t even have time to open his mouth to ask the headquarters to send troops over.

”One week, even if we dig three feet into the ground, we have to find the person!”

...

Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, five days had passed.

In these five days, the Navy issued a notice in the Sabaody Archipelago, wanting Vladimir. His simple portrait was all over the streets.

For a time, all the pirates on the island were a bit on edge, and even ordinary civilians felt a storm was coming.

Although Akainu wanted to dig three feet into the ground, the reality didn’t allow it. He didn’t have that many troops.

The search for five days, apart from making the atmosphere on the island heavy, he didn’t even see a hair of Vladimir.

At this moment, Vladimir was staying in Auntie Shaki’s small bar, quietly training Haki.

”Haki is a potential power possessed by all humans in this world. This power is an innate ability.”

After five days of training, Vladimir had gained nothing, ”I’m not from this world, so I can’t feel it?”

He had to suspect this.

Seeing that he was not in the state of mind, Rayleigh put down the newspaper and looked at him, laughing, ”Did you really think you could learn it in a day or two?”

”Cough cough,” Vladimir gave a dry laugh and said, ”I only want to learn Armament Haki for the time being. I don’t need Observation and Conqueror’s Haki yet.”

Haki was divided into three types, namely Conqueror’s Haki, Observation Haki, and Armament Haki.

Among them, Conqueror’s Haki was the most special. It was a special power possessed by only one in a million people. Only those with the qualifications of a king could awaken it.

As for Observation Haki, in Vladimir’s view, it was radar. It could magnify a person’s hearing countless times and sense targets outside of their vision. Of course, Observation Haki could also do other things, such as predicting an opponent’s attacks, etc.

Finally, there was Armament Haki. Armament Haki was like its name, increasing a person’s defense, acting like invisible armor. It could also evolve into attack power, strengthening the killing ability. At the same time, it also had the most crucial point, which was that it could grab the ”fluid” of Logia types!

Vladimir currently needed it, so he had been trying to awaken Armament Haki for five days.
