I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 33: SVOP: Chapter 33

Seeing his headache, Rayleigh smiled and said, ”Armament Haki and Observation Haki can be mastered by everyone. As long as you train, you can learn them. It’s just a matter of time. You don’t have to worry.”

”The problem is, I can’t even sense the ’Haki’ you’re talking about.” Vladimir rolled his eyes. He couldn’t tell Rayleigh that he wasn’t from this world.

”You can’t feel it because you don’t have enough spirit.” Rayleigh chuckled and said, ”You’ve experienced too little and haven’t accumulated enough spirit.”

”What do you mean?”

”You should know that people in high positions have a special spirit on them for a long time. If they glare at you, you’ll feel something unusual.” Rayleigh explained, ”To give you another example, pirates who have killed countless people will naturally carry a murderous aura. These are all spirits, but spirit is just spirit. It needs to be refined into Haki through traning.”

”I see...” Vladimir realized.

”Although you can learn Armament Haki sooner or later through training, it will take longer.” At this time, Rayleigh put down the newspaper, got up, and said, ”So, if you really want to learn quickly, go and venture into the New World with that person.”

”That person?” Vladimir asked in confusion.

”Calculating the time, he should be here.” Rayleigh smiled and said, ”Come with me.”

Hearing this, Vladimir immediately followed.

The two returned to the bar, only to see a group of pirates sitting in the usually deserted small bar.

One of the red-haired youths was sitting in front of the bar, crossing his legs, chatting and laughing with Auntie Shaki.

Seeming to sense something, the red-haired youth turned his head and looked out the door. When he saw Rayleigh, his eyes lit up, ”Rayleigh, long time no see.”

Seeing this person, Vladimir opened his mouth, and said in surprise, ”The Four Emperors... Red Hair Shanks!”

Sitting in front of the bar, the youth’s red hair was very conspicuous.

This person was well-known, and Vladimir naturally recognized him. Shanks, nicknamed Red Hair, was one of the Four Emperors who ruled the Grand Line New World.

Red Hair had a dignified appearance and a well-proportioned figure. There were three claw-shaped scars on his left eye, and he had stubble on his chin. At this moment, he was holding a bottle of wine in his right hand, and his left sleeve hung down emptily.

When he saw Vladimir, his eyes lit up, ”It’s you, Ibaraki of the Phantom Pirates.”

”Hmm?” Vladimir was stunned for a moment, ”How do you know?”

”Just landed on the Sabaody Archipelago, and there are wanted posters of you all over the streets.” Shanks had a hearty personality and expressed great curiosity about Phantom in his words, ”Your Shadow Fiend is really bold, actually daring to sneak into the Holy Land and assassinate a Celestial Dragon!”

He said with a hey, Vladimir shook his head and said, ”It’s just to earn some pocket money. Our Phantom is very poor. For just 500 million, you can buy the head of a Celestial Dragon. How about it, Red Hair, do you have anyone you want to kill? For Rayleigh’s sake, I can give you a discount.”

Hearing these words, the originally noisy bar suddenly quieted down.

After a full five or six seconds, all the pirates burst out laughing.

One of the pirates, who was fat as a ball, was gnawing on a chicken leg. At this moment, he seemed to be laughing, ”Boss, I like this kid. He’s crazy enough! Crazy enough to be qualified!”

Vladimir rolled his eyes. He was serious. He had just made a small fortune, and before he could warm it up, he had spent 400 million.

”I’m not interested in men, especially since you’re already so fat.”

Hearing his teasing, the fat pirate wasn’t angry and just laughed loudly.

Red Hair said enthusiastically, ”Come, come, let’s drink. Shaki, bring a few more bottles. It’s on me!”

Hearing this, Auntie Shaki shook her head, glanced at all the pirates in the bar, turned around, and went to get the wine.

At this time, Rayleigh suddenly frowned and said, ”Shanks, where did your left arm go?”

Red Hair looked at Rayleigh, was silent for a moment, and then grinned, ”I bet it on the new era!”

”Ha?” Rayleigh didn’t understand, ”What kind of enemy could cut off your left arm, a man with your strength?”

”Rayleigh-san, it wasn’t an enemy who cut it off.” Red Hair took a sip of wine and said with a free and easy smile, ”I’ve been searching for the Will of D all over the world, and I’ve finally found it! I entrusted my left arm and that straw hat to that little boy.”

Scheming Boy!

Hearing him say this, Vladimir couldn’t help but slander in his heart.

He knew something about Red Hair’s situation.

The other party’s left arm was bitten off by a Sea King near the coast. The location was a small village in the East Blue. And the little boy he was talking about was the future protagonist of the era, Monkey D. Luffy. 𝘧𝓇ℯℴ𝓂

It was precisely because of this childhood incident that Luffy had the goal and dream of becoming a pirate, following in Red Hair’s footsteps, and becoming the Pirate King.

Seeing that he didn’t seem to want to say more, Rayleigh said helplessly, ”Anyone would be surprised. When you return to the New World, those entrenched great pirates will definitely challenge your Four Emperors throne when they know this news.”

”Hahaha, whoever wants it can come and take it!”

Red Hair didn’t care, sitting in a swivel chair, crossing his legs, drinking his wine, free and easy, not caring about the small things.

It was as if pirates should be like this, living a free life.

Seeing this, Rayleigh also laughed and said, ”Twelve years ago, you were just a newcomer on Roger’s ship. In the blink of an eye, you’re now a Four Emperors who shakes the sea. Times have changed.”

He said with emotion, and then seemed to remember something, and said, ”By the way, I have something to ask you.”

”Rayleigh-san wants to ask me something?” Red Hair was stunned, ”Please say it, don’t be polite.”

”It’s about him.” Rayleigh looked at Ibaraki and said, ”He wants to learn Armament Haki in the short term, but his spirit is not enough, so he’ll go to your ship and go to the New World with you.”

”I see, that’s indeed the fastest way.” Red Hair nodded.

”Also, the Navy is currently searching the Sabaody Archipelago. With Ibaraki on your ship, the Navy won’t dare to search it. It’s a good way to leave under Akainu’s nose.”

”Small matter, small matter. I like him very much. I’ll help with this favor!”

Red Hair agreed readily, without the slightest hesitation.

Things had basically been settled here.

Vladimir couldn’t help but laugh, ”Then thank you very much. When are you leaving?”

”Tomorrow, the first stop is Fish-Man Island, 20,000 meters below the Red Line.”

”Don’t you need to coat the ship?” Vladimir asked in confusion.

The so-called coating was to coat the surface of the ship with a special bubble, which would allow the ship to travel underwater.

Generally, this process took a week, or even longer.

”One night is enough.” Rayleigh explained, ”He’s carrying the name of the Four Emperors, so the coating craftsmen on the island wouldn’t dare not help him. A dozen people can complete it in one night.”

Vladimir was speechless. As expected, it was good to have fame.

If he remembered correctly, Rayleigh could also coat ships, but if he did it alone, it would take a week even for a small boat.
