I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 4: SVOP: Chapter 4

Dealing with a mere Sea King that was a bit peculiar had actually turned into this. If he continued to attack, he would instead become an enemy of the Empress.

He wasn’t afraid of becoming an enemy. The other party was a pirate, and he was a Marine. Marines and pirates were naturally enemies.

But in recent years, as the situation had evolved, the pirates’ power had grown, and even the Marine Fleet Admiral had to come up with a way to counter the Four Emperors of the pirates.

The Shichibukai!

Compared to one Empress, the formation of the Shichibukai was more important. This was his mission.

Thinking like this, Sakazuki couldn’t help but glance at Vladimir, thinking to himself, ”A sea dragon, a Sea King that ate a Devil Fruit? The scientists should be interested in this news. As for a Guardian Deity... does he think I’m an idiot?”

With this in mind, he took a deep breath and slowly dissipated his magma state. The temperature dropped, returning to normal.

”Since you say so, then I’ll assume that’s the case for now.” Sakazuki said in a deep voice, ”Boa Hancock, regarding the Shichibukai...”

However, before he could finish speaking, the Empress interrupted him directly.

”I’m not interested. Get lost.”

”You...!” Sakazuki’s eyes turned cold. ”You’re courting death!”

In his words, the high temperature that had just receded suddenly began to rise again.

”If you don’t accept the Shichibukai title, your Amazon Lily Island and your all-female nation will be destroyed because of you. Do you think the Calm Belt can protect you? The Navy now has warships that can move without wind. The next time we meet, it will be a Buster Call!”

”A threat?”

Vladimir suddenly spoke, chuckling, ”Give up. Do you think this woman will be threatened by you? A Marine Admiral still has to rely on trash talk, how embarrassing. If you want to fight, I’ll accompany you. It’s a good opportunity for me to get used to my own power.”

Just now, the woman had spoken to protect him, so he was now returning the favor. Vladimir was still a person who distinguished between gratitude and grudges, although he didn’t need any protection.

”Damn it...”

Akainu’s face became even more unsightly, extremely gloomy.

A sea dragon was already difficult to deal with. If the Empress was added... even he didn’t have the confidence to retreat unscathed. Even if he could win, the entire warship would probably be sunk by that sea dragon.

Of course, the key was still ”seawater manipulation.” This ability was the natural nemesis of Devil Fruit ability users!

Thinking of this, Akainu suddenly calmed down, completely unable to see the anger from before.

”Empress Boa Hancock, I hope you won’t regret your foolish decision now in the future.”

Flicking his coat of justice, (Akainu) Sakazuki turned and left the bow of the ship.

”Let’s go!”

...

A huge warship slowly sailed away, gradually turning into a black dot and disappearing into the distance on the horizon.

At that moment, the voice of the Fantasy Gene sounded in Vladimir’s mind.

”Scanning ’Mysterious Power,’ location, three o’clock direction, distance, twenty meters...”

”Current transformation ability of the host: Sea Dragon!”

First Transformation: Sea Dragon

Star Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Ability 1: Sea Current Manipulation

Ability 2: Dragon’s Might

Ability 3: Unlocked

...

A seemingly illusory interface suddenly appeared in his mind.

Vladimir was stunned. ”There’s even a star rating?!”

”There’s even a star rating?”

Vladimir was stunned, seriously ”looking” for a moment, and quickly understood what it meant.

”Yes,” the Fantasy Gene said, ”The maximum star rating is five stars. Each time you increase a star, you unlock an ability. Currently, the host’s Sea Dragon transformation is at 2 stars, so it has two powers.”

Sea Current Manipulation and Dragon’s Might. These two abilities were indeed powerful. The former didn’t need to be explained in detail, just the fact that it restrained Devil Fruit ability users was very outstanding.

As for Dragon’s Might, because he couldn’t skillfully control it yet, its power hadn’t been revealed yet.

Vladimir estimated that this was probably a power similar to ”Haki.”

Thinking of this, he asked, ”How do I increase the star rating?”

”You need Mysterious Power. Taking Devil Fruits as an example, absorbing it will allow you to increase it.”

”I see,” Vladimir’s mind moved, and he said, ”You said you scanned something just now? A Devil Fruit?”

”It’s Mysterious Power, three o’clock direction, the distance is about 20 meters. What exactly it is is unknown.”

A distance of 20 meters...

Vladimir turned his eyes and saw a ship, the Kuja Pirates’ ship.

”There’s something I need on that ship!”

At this moment, on the pirate ship, a curious gaze was directed towards him.

Women, all women. This was a pirate crew led by Empress Boa Hancock, entirely composed of women.

Opening his mouth, Vladimir was about to say something, but he heard a cheer.

”Lord Guardian!”

”Sea Dragon, King of the Sea?”

”Are you really our Kuja’s Guardian Deity?”

A large group of girls had curious expressions.

Vladimir subconsciously wanted to deny it. He wasn’t interested in being any Guardian Deity, but then he thought about it.

There was something he needed on the pirate ship, so he could just use the name of the Guardian Deity to get it.

Thinking of this, he coughed dryly and quickly put himself into the role, That’s right, I... no, this dragon originally didn’t want to appear, but I sensed that in recent years, the world will undergo a great change.

In this great wave of the era, even the Four Emperors of the New World may be destroyed... Amazon Lily Island is very dangerous!

He shamelessly bluffed.
