I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 31: SVOP: Chapter 31

Facing the Admiral, he could be so strong, and the Navy couldn’t do anything to him.

”Monster!” He trembled inwardly, muttering to himself frantically, ”Don’t see me, don’t see me!”

He didn’t know where the strength came from, but he wanted to get up and run away.

But at this moment, a black flame hit him, engulfing him in an instant.

Vladimir glanced at him, snorted, and said, ”I can spare ordinary Marines, but you deserve to die.”

After a pause, he turned and quickly withdrew.

”Goodbye, Akainu. When I master Armament Haki, I’ll come and find you for revenge!”

With a loud laugh, Vladimir took several meters in one step and quickly left.

”Don’t run!”

At this moment, Kizaru retreated with one attack, and the next moment, he turned into a photon fluid, intercepting in the direction of Vladimir.

However, Rayleigh laughed loudly and kicked the flowing light with a backhand, directly shattering Kizaru’s fluid and knocking him back to his original form.

With this kick, Kizaru himself was kicked away for a hundred meters, and could only watch Vladimir escape.

”I’ve been living in seclusion. I’ve taken action once today. Don’t come looking for trouble with me anymore, Navy. Goodbye.”

With a movement, Rayleigh also disappeared, following closely behind.

Swoosh swoosh!

In just a few seconds, the two figures had disappeared, their whereabouts unknown.

”Damn it!” Akainu, who had just returned to human form, saw this and vomited a mouthful of stagnant blood in frustration, ”Cough cough, that black flame can actually hurt me!!”

Half an hour later, Vladimir and Rayleigh arrived at a bar.

In fact, they had already run away without a trace, but they were afraid that Navy personnel would be tracking them, so they took a detour for a long time.

Vladimir didn’t plan to return to the hotel. The Navy could easily find it with a casual search. Therefore, he followed Rayleigh and came to his home.

Rayleigh’s house was a small bar. The name on the door was ”Shakky’s Rip-off Bar,” located in area 13 of the Sabaody Archipelago.

”Why are you following me...” Rayleigh said helplessly as he pushed open the bar door, ”I’ve already helped you once, and the favor has been paid off.”

”Mr. Rayleigh, don’t be so heartless. We’re comrades who fought against the Navy Admiral together, after all.”

Vladimir chuckled and walked in generously.

There were no customers in the bar, only a proprietress standing behind the bar.

The proprietress looked to be in her twenties, very young. Seeing someone come in, she crossed her arms and held a lady’s thin cigarette in her hand, looking over.

”Rayleigh, you still know how to come back?” She glanced at Rayleigh, and then looked at Vladimir.

It had to be said that Ibaraki-dōji’s appearance was still very handsome. The proprietress looked at him a few more times, and then said with a smile, ”This young man is?”

”Ibaraki.” Vladimir reported his name, ”Hello, proprietress. I’ll probably be bothering you for a few days.”

Hearing this, Rayleigh shook his head helplessly and said, ”He’s a member of Phantom. I just met him.”

”Phantom? The Phantom Pirates who have risen to fame in the past few days?” The proprietress’s eyes lit up.

The Phantom Pirates were very mysterious. Currently, apart from one Shadow Fiend with a bounty of 500 million, the other members were mostly a mystery.

Unexpectedly, one had appeared before her eyes.

However, Vladimir’s young appearance made it a little difficult to believe.

Seeming to see her doubts, Rayleigh said with a smile, ”His strength is very strong. He fought with Akainu in area 11 before, and even injured Akainu.”

Rayleigh was also quite surprised by this point.

He was sure that Vladimir didn’t use Armament Haki, but he could still injure Logia types to a certain extent, which could be said to be beyond common sense.

”Won against a Navy Admiral?!” This time, the proprietress widened her eyes and stared at Vladimir.

”No, I just took advantage of the moves,” Vladimir shook his head, ”I can’t win yet. If I continue to fight, after Akainu figures out my moves, I’ll be the one who loses.”

If he wanted to truly win against Akainu, Vladimir felt that he had to at least learn Armament Haki, or upgrade the 2-star Ibaraki to 4-star, or even 5-star.

Like it was now, making Akainu spit a mouthful of blood was the limit. If he continued to fight, he would definitely be killed.

Hearing him say this, the proprietress laughed and said, ”The name of Phantom is very loud now. Little Ibaraki, you said you wanted to stay here for a few days? No problem, you can stay if you want, but in return, you have to answer me a question.”

”What question?”

”I received a call from little Hancock yesterday. She asked me to pay attention to a sea dragon who can talk, has intelligence equal to humans, and can turn into a human.” The proprietress said with a smile, ”Is he from your Phantom?”

”Um...”

Vladimir gave a dry laugh, only remembering now that the Empress knew this proprietress.

After thinking about it, he had no choice but to say, ”Yes, the sea dragon is indeed from our Phantom.”

”Where is he?” The proprietress asked again, ”Although I don’t know what he did to offend little Hancock, she cares a lot.”

It was more than just caring. The Empress now wanted to pull out his dragon tendons and skin his dragon hide.

With a thought, Vladimir answered again without blushing or skipping a beat, ”I don’t know about that. Lord Sea Dragon is a member, and a divine dragon sees its head but not its tail. Maybe he’s playing in some sea area.”

”Is that so?”

After some questioning, she didn’t get too much information.

However, the proprietress didn’t care. On the contrary, it was the first time she had seen the Empress care so much about someone, and she was even more curious about what the sea dragon had done to the Empress...

Temporarily suppressing this curiosity, the proprietress smiled again and said, ”My name is Shakuyaku. Little Ibaraki, you can call me Auntie Shaki. You better not go out these few days. After injuring the Admiral, and you’re also from Phantom, the Navy is probably going to control the Sabaody Archipelago and then conduct a search.”

”Don’t worry, Auntie Shaki, I also want to train quietly.” Vladimir nodded. As for what he was thinking in his heart, only he himself knew.

”That’s good. Little Ibaraki, what do you want to drink?”

”A glass of whiskey, please. Thank you.”

After the proprietress went to prepare the drinks, Vladimir looked at Rayleigh.

Rayleigh was sitting in a recliner, casually picking up a newspaper and reading it.
