Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 114: Chapter 114 If I No Longer Disturb You...

Ariel Morris’s inexplicable words made Arlo Seys’s eyes darken. What does she mean by saying he treats every girl well and takes good care of them? What does she think he is? A scumbag who flirts with everyone?

Thinking of this, Arlo Seys felt an inexplicable discomfort in his heart, withdrew his left arm that was being held, and turned away indifferently.

”Arlo Seys! Stop right there!”

Ariel Morris quickly turned around, blocking his path.

She looked directly at him, her face serious, her persistent eyes staring straight, not allowing him to evade.

”Arlo Seys! Are you really dumb or just pretending?! You blockhead!” Ariel Morris looked at his indifferent expression and her eyes reddened with urgency.

She asked him this question just to get an answer! Could Arlo Seys really be this stupid, forcing her to directly ask: Arlo Seys, do you like me?

Arlo Seys pressed his thin lips together, paused as he gazed at the anxious person in front of him, his deep eyes unfathomable, and finally, he coolly uttered two words: ”I won’t.”

If it were another girl, he wouldn’t even look at them, let alone take care of them. He’s not some universally beloved warm guy.

His answer filled Ariel Morris with extreme joy; she looked at him, her eyes sparkling and dazzling, ”Arlo Seys, do you — do you perhaps — like me a bit?”

Arlo Seys’s eyes lowered, offering no response.

”Arlo Seys, if you don’t like me, why have you never taken off the bracelet with exquisite beads?”

”Arlo Seys, if you don’t like me, why do you tutor me with my homework every day?”

”Arlo Seys, if you don’t like me, why did you protect me from that stick?”

Ariel Morris seriously looked into his eyes, prohibiting him from dodging, her tone insistent, each word striking the core!

Her voice, seemingly magical, kept swirling around in Arlo Seys’s mind, making his head feel heavier, slightly lowered, without a word spoken.

Ariel Morris bit her lip, quietly watching the person who remained silent. A minute later, she conceded, a hint of sadness flashing in her eyes, but her face wore a smile as she shrugged, pretending a relaxed tone: ”If you don’t want to answer, I won’t ask anymore. But if you feel that my persistence has troubled you, just say, ’Ariel Morris, don’t appear in front of me again,’ and from tomorrow, I will be calm and never disturb you.”

I will be calm and never disturb you again. Although her words were not heavy, her tone was remarkably calm and natural, yet Arlo Seys’s heart skipped a beat, feeling uneasy and uncomfortable.

Did she mean that as long as he spoke, she would give up and no longer cling to him, truly and completely exiting his world?

Arlo Seys looked at her, his face slightly pale, his thin lips slightly parted, as if about to speak.

Ariel Morris had been watching him, and seeing him about to speak, her heart leapt to her throat. She was really afraid his next words would directly plunge her into an ice cave, leaving her beyond redemption.

Arlo Seys moved his lips, quietly watching Ariel Morris, who had been staring at him, and in a soft tone said, ”I’ll take you home first.”

”...”

Ariel Morris’s mood fell with Arlo Seys’s words, turning into a complex mix of emotions inside.

Even though she had spoken so plainly, he still did not express his inner thoughts. But that was fine, at least he didn’t say anything about her giving up on him, so Ariel Morris, you still have a chance!!

Thinking of this, Ariel Morris looked up with a light smile, her eyes bright with light, ”Okay, take me home!”
