Chapter 1575: Chapter 543: Classified Information and Promotion (Part 2)

”Other worlds?” Rein’s eyes slightly widened, shocked.

Although Rein had seen records and descriptions of other worlds in ancient books, he knew very well that the other worlds Menia mentioned were definitely not those purgatory worlds or demon worlds.

”Is it through some sort of space portal?”

”No, according to the records, the ancestors’ original words stated that only after ascending to Demigod can one sense the presence of that ever-changing portal through a mysterious perception,” Menia slowly explained.

”A mysterious perception, sensing the presence of that ever-changing portal?” Rein couldn’t help but listen with his brows slightly furrowed.

If what the other person said was true, and there was no mistake in the records, the content revealed was certainly worth pondering.

”Could this also be why the Divines descended in avatars, preventing His Majesty’s ascension?”

”That’s not very clear, perhaps it is, or it might not be solely because of this,” Menia shook her head and said.

Rein nodded, he could understand this.

Even though Menia was an important member of the Royal Family, she was not the Empire Emperor, and not being privy to some top secrets was also quite normal.

Besides, the information he acquired today was already plentiful.

”Rein, if the situation becomes as severe as last time, I hope you can mind your own safety,” Menia’s beautiful eyes looked at Rein, speaking earnestly.

”I will, Menia, you do the same.”

”By the way, this matter is currently top secret. Apart from the Royal Family elders, even the other Empire Guardians are temporarily unaware of the specific situation.”

”Mm.”

...

After leaving the side hall of the Imperial Palace, Rein first returned home to arrange some matters.

Fortunately, his residence was located in the Third Ring of the Imperial City, far from the Imperial Palace. Even in the last battle, the main affected area was only the Imperial Palace and the Inner Ring.

The Second Ring was almost unharmed, let alone the Third Ring.

However, Rein still made some necessary preparations and reminders.

He advised his family not to go out these two days and also set up a protective Witch Array within the residence to defend against some aftermath of battles.

”Rein, will something happen?” The beautiful woman Jennifer seemed to sense something.

”Don’t worry, it’s just precaution,” Rein had promised Menia not to disclose this matter, and for those whose strength has not reached the Epic level, knowing prematurely might not be a good thing.

Hours later, Rein returned to the Bixiu Mechanization School.

But this time, he didn’t enter the secret chamber but went to the Mechanical Assembly Hall.

Looking at the towering Mechanical Demon Dragon, Rein’s eyes flashed with a hint of sharpness.

”If Menia’s judgment is correct, the day after tomorrow will indeed be dangerous, but similarly, it’s also an opportunity for me, it depends on whether I can seize it.”

Thinking for a moment, Rein summoned Audrey and said:

”Audrey, how many rare minerals are within the school? Gather them all here.”

...

Meanwhile.

The skies above Casweis Province.

An elder riding on a massive Blue Dragon seemed to be inspecting the situation within his jurisdiction, when suddenly, the emblem on the chest of his Wizard Robe flickered slightly. With a gesture, after listening for a moment, he immediately showed a hint of doubt.

However, moments later, the dragon and rider quickly flew toward Imperial City Tamriel.

...

In the depths of the Beverly Mountains’ gigantic Wind Roc’s nest.

Suddenly, the Wind Roc Queen Beatrix raised her beautiful face and looked sideways at the sky. She could clearly sense a familiar aura speeding away.

”Has Walkmas left too?”

”It seems this time’s Energy tide-induced situation is truly extraordinary.”

From a high altitude, one could see above the clouds, a massive Silver Dragon speeding toward the Imperial City, and on the dragon’s back was an elderly figure clad in a gray Wizard Robe, holding a twisted gray wooden staff.

This was none other than Walkmas, an experienced Empire Guardian from Sword Bearer origins, who had crossed paths with Rein.

At this moment, if one were to widen the view to the entire Empire Territory, they would find similar scenes unfolding in the skies above Moselle Province, Nome Province, Sava Province, and other Empire Provinces.

...

A day later.

Shirendil Plateau.

In the underground Mechanical Assembly Hall of the Isodre School Station, five or six High Rank Wizards were discussing something.

Bradley, Deputy Sect Leader of the Bixiu Mechanization School, looked at the sand table mimicking the entire layout of Shirendil Plateau with a face full of joy and said:

”Sect Leader, with the large batch of Mechanical Scythe Claw Dragons and Sharp Roar Dragons left by Lord Rein, coupled with the strong support from the Isodre School, we are currently unstoppable and have cleared almost seventy percent of the plateau land.”

”Moreover, the most important point is, according to the distribution of exotic spider swarms, we can basically deduce that Secret School’s Tutkash Station is located somewhere in this narrow strip.”

Bradley pointed to the narrow strip on the western side of the plateau and said.

”Hmm, indeed a delightful victory!”

”However, the real difficulty starts now. I suggest postponing further attacks immediately and send a message to Lord Rein, asking him to come to the plateau,” Sect Leader Moria’s expression wasn’t as relaxed, but rather cautious as he spoke.

He had seen the detailed battle reports, and even with such sharp mechanical creations aiding, the wizards’ casualties were not small.
