Back To The 80s: President's Doted Wife

Chapter 2049: Chapter 2051: Big Cities Are Terrifying

Mother Qi slowly opened her eyes, the white before her eyes, like the white of a corpse, is she in Heaven? Or in a dream?

She had just had a terrible nightmare, in which she was kidnapped, and that wasn’t all, her little finger was cut off, blood flowed everywhere, and later, she was dragged onto the rooftop and pushed off the building.

It was terrifying, she fell into the abyss of hell, she saw demons and monsters, Black-faced Rakshasa.

How could such a terrifying thing happen?

Is she dead?

”Mom, you woke up?”

A familiar voice reached her ears, Mother Qi turned her head, and saw the eager face of her youngest son, Jianguo.

”Mom, how are you feeling?”

Another voice came.

Mother Qi looked again, it was Taiguo, indeed, in the dream, she also saw Taiguo coming to rescue her.

”Taiguo?” Tears streamed down Mother Qi’s face, she tried to raise her hand, but found herself powerless.

It was at this moment that she felt something wrong with her body, it hurt, and if she were dead, would she feel pain?

”Mom, I’m here, it’s alright now, you’re safe, we’re all here, don’t be afraid!” Qi Taiguo touched her face, speaking softly.

”It’s not a dream.” She blinked. If it’s not a dream, then she really was kidnapped?

Mother Qi subconsciously raised her hand, it was wrapped in bandages, the most intense pain throughout her body came from that end.

That means, everything is real, the kidnapping is real, her finger being cut off by that terrifying woman is also real.

Mother Qi became agitated, struggling to get up.

”Mom, don’t move, you just woke up, your body is still very weak, don’t move, let’s talk slowly, we’re all here!” Qi Taiguo quickly pressed her down.

”Yeah! Mom, don’t get too excited, rest assured, it’s very safe here.” Qi Jianguo also advised, taking water from the side, said: ”Mom, have some water!”

Water, only then did Mother Qi realize her throat was dry and itchy.

The straw touched her lips, she instinctively took it in, and took two hard sips, unexpectedly, she drank too fast, choking and coughing continuously.

The brothers hurriedly helped her up and gently patted her back.

But Mother Qi grabbed Qi Taiguo’s hand, said: ”Taiguo, I, I was kidnapped, mom almost died!”

Wailing loudly, began to cry.

The subsequent fear, like vines, tangled around her, making her feel extremely terrified, only by crying could she release the fear within.

Qi Jianguo wanted to comfort her, but seeing his eldest brother’s look, he didn’t say anything, just silently patted his mother’s shoulder.

At this moment, only by letting her vent, letting all the distress and fear cry out, would she slowly get better, otherwise, if pent up inside, as the psychologist said, it might accumulate into a disorder.

So, cry, crying it out will make it better!

Mother Qi was truly scared, she had never experienced such a terrifying thing, now even her finger is gone, severed live by someone, that demon, more sinister and terrifying than a Poisonous Snake, why is she so ruthless!

The big city is too frightening, too many demons and monsters!

Under the comfort of her two sons, Mother Qi cried freely, while recounting the events, speaking of her fears.

She almost died!

Outside the ward, Cheng Su carrying a flask, silently withdrew her hand from the doorknob, and stood by the door.

Better to wait a little longer, at this moment, Mother Qi would probably need the comfort from her sons more, wait a little longer!
