The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1434: Chapter 1434: Not Planning to Invite Nathalie and the Others

She didn’t mention Audrick Zachmann, mainly because she believed he didn’t know anyone respectable enough to make an appearance.

The entertainment circle is just a big dye vat.

Those stars, who shine so brightly outside, would only become a laughing stock within their circle.

Caryn Zachmann’s recognition banquet this time is of extremely high standard, she absolutely wouldn’t let Audrick bring these people to join in the fun.

The remaining is Hendrik Zachmann’s friend, Evron Barness.

Evron Barness has a sufficient status.

Moreover, considering he has a good relationship with Hendrik, if Hendrik invites him, he is highly likely to come.

Celine Tucker already had a rough list in her mind, she just mentioned it to Leonardy Zachmann for the time being.

After Leonardy Zachmann listened, he remained silent for quite a while, then slowly asked, ”What about Dad and Big Brother? Are you inviting them?”

Celine Tucker’s elegant face froze, her brows furrowed, she adjusted the scarf on her shoulder and said, ”We definitely need to call Dad, as long as he’s willing to come, I’ll let the driver pick him up from the nursing home.”

Celine Tucker spoke frankly: ”But with Big Brother, as you know, we separated from their family, and it didn’t end well, later Caryn was even kicked out of the family tree by the old man in a fit of anger over their family’s matters.”

”This recognition banquet for Caryn is a grand occasion, it’s not that I don’t want them to come, but you also know, there’s an estrangement between Caryn and Nathalie Quinlan, she barely got through it, so please don’t bring her down on her happy day, alright?”

Leonardy Zachmann was somewhat silent, his hand gripping the briefcase tightened: ”But Nathalie is still our family...”

”I didn’t say they’re not relatives.” Celine Tucker interrupted him, particularly assertive on this matter: ”Even among relatives, there are distinctions between close and distant relationships.”

”Back when the two families separated, she kept saying that from then on, we are two separate families, hoping to not interfere with each other.”

”Besides, their father and daughter are not the type who likes lively events, even if you invite them, they might not want to come.”

After a short hesitation, Leonardy Zachmann seemed quite bothered and simply said, ”We’ll see when the time comes, I’ll head to the company first.”

Celine Tucker knew that overdoing some things was worse than not enough, she wasn’t in a hurry, calmly tidied Leonardy Zachmann’s suit, let go, smiled slightly, ”Go ahead, I’ll wait for Caryn to return and ask her opinion.”

”Okay.”

Leonardy Zachmann picked up his things, his expression softened a bit, bent down and kissed her on the cheek before heading out to the company.
