The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1419: Chapter 1419: Completing the Task at the Last Second

The software competition this time lasts for 40 minutes.

The rule of the competition is whoever develops the highest level software within 40 minutes wins.

This kind of rule is simple and direct, without any fancy stuff, which is precisely the rigor of such professional competitions.

Software competitions are not software, are they still competing on who plays games better?

minutes passed in a blink of an eye.

Maxcel was the first to press the completion button, and the green light on his computer lit up, indicating to the judges that he had completed the software.

There was a burst of exclamation from the stands.

”It’s only 32 minutes, and he’s already done? So strong.”

”It seems we’re doomed this year.”

As Maxcel completed the software first, the contestant from Hyperia also pressed the completion button, and the green light came on as well.

He was a full five minutes slower than Maxcel.

Finishing the task in 37 minutes.

But still, finishing three minutes ahead of the specified competition time is also considered very strong.

Among the three competitors, two had completed the task ahead of time, leaving all the magnesium lights focused on one person - Nathalie Quinlan.

The girl was still wearing a duckbill cap, with the brim pulled low. She had her head down and was not influenced by the outside world, fully absorbed in her work.

Her hand speed was neither fast nor slow, but the calm attitude made people anxious for her.

minutes and 58 seconds.

minutes and 59 seconds.

Everyone in the audience was sweating for her, worried that Nathalie wouldn’t finish the software when the time ended.

In the ninth row, Ghania Quinlan was restless, finally showing a slightly mocking smile on her face, whispering, ”Sis won’t be able to finish, will she?”

Emilia Sullivan snorted coldly, sarcastically commenting: ”That’s why I say I don’t know what her biological father is thinking, letting her compete when she can’t use her right hand, as if he wishes for her embarrassment.”

Zayn Fisher remained silent, his handsome face also showing a trace of worry and disapproval, with his eyebrows slightly furrowing, saying nothing.

Time will not stop for anyone.

As the second hand jumped forward, reaching the 12 mark.

minutes are up!

The girl just hit the enter key, and the green light at her spot lit up.

Nathalie finished the task right at the last second!

Everyone in the stands breathed a sigh of relief, at least she didn’t fail to produce the software in time.

Upon seeing the green light at the girl’s position, Maxcel crossed his arms, pulling back his lipcorner disdainfully, then withdrew his line of sight, seemingly reluctant to even glance at Nathalie.

With everyone’s software development complete, it’s now time for evaluation.

The evaluation proceeds in sequence.

The contestant from Hyperia was assessed first according to their age.

Their software rating quickly came out.

B-level.

This rating isn’t high but definitely not low.

After all, A-Level software is rare on the market. In comparison, B-level may not sound as impressive as A-Level, but it’s still a very good type of software.

Especially since this software was made within the stipulated 40-minute timeframe.

The international IT association judges exchanged a few words, scoring and giving him a comprehensive score of 86.35.

As the Hyperia contestant’s score appeared on the big screen, there was another lively discussion.

”Wow, above 85, this year’s level is really strong. Before the competition, he wasn’t as popular as Aiden and Maxcel, and everyone didn’t think highly of him, but in the end, his result is better than last year’s second place, only 1 point behind last year’s champion.”

”That high? I wonder what score Maxcel will get.”

The second one to be rated was Maxcel.

Maxcel wasn’t that nervous, showing a proud expression towards the IT association judges, as if reluctant to respond.
