Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

”Level 3, typically at the late stage of Psychic development, can begin horizontal expansion, broadening the application direction of Spiritual Energy.”

”Level 4, single-handedly destroy a city.”

”Huh?”

Chen Ming paused, expressing doubt, ”Isn’t this a bit too abrupt?”

The president affirmed, ”No problem, that’s how it’s divided. The first three levels are developmental stages. Level 4 Psychics are those who can single-handedly destroy a city covertly. Only Psychics with such capabilities have further value.”

”Take your example: when you controlled the first Cruiser, you could be considered a Level 4 Psychic. A Cruiser can already destroy a city on the surface.”

”When the number of fleets you control exceeds the defensive power of a normal planet, you can be considered the next level, which is Level 5.”

”Level 5, Psychics with preliminary ability to destroy stars single-handedly can fit into this category.”

”That’s your current level, and also the level of An Wuping whom I mentioned to you several times recently.”

”Above that is Level 6, which is Star System Level, where a single psychic’s power affects the entire Star System and can be categorized under this. Saying single-handedly destroy a Star System is close enough.”

”I, Wu An, Hu Yi can be included here, and the Yan Xiong you killed not long ago is also in this classification.”

”You managed to take down a Level 6 Psychic with the power of a Level 4 approaching Level 5, which caused a considerable stir. Many people started paying attention to you from that time.”

”However, Wu An helped you block all sorts of troubles, so you might not feel it.”

Chen Ming actually knew the matter the president mentioned.

After all, at that time, he was tagged as ’Dusk’s nemesis,’ ’the best sign against Zuo Jing,’ and what he now knows as ’Level 6 Psychic defeated by Level 4 reversal’ three titles.

Despite the boss already preventing the spread of his information from all angles to avoid standing out, there were still quite a few rumors flying around.

He understood this well himself, so he has always held respect towards his boss, Chen Ming.

Of course, that’s Chen Ming’s personal affair. He now wants to express, ”I understand the logic, but was Yan Xiong truly Level 6?”

The president said, ”Reaching the edge of Level 6 is still Level 6, staying in Level 6 for ten years remains Level 6. Yan Xiong did indeed reach the edge of the Star System Level.”

Given the president’s words, Chen Ming didn’t continue to refute, ”What’s above that?”

”Nothing more, there hasn’t been a higher-level Psychic appearing yet. However, a classification from the setup exists, which is the Star Zone Level. You can directly apply our Empire’s government scale ranking to our Psychic Levels here.”

Chen Ming asked, ”Does that mean the capability of a Level 7 Psychic can cover a Star Zone, and an 8-level Psychic can cover a Star Realm?”

”Pretty much, but specifically there’s no such classification. Avoid mentioning it in formal occasions.”

”I wouldn’t mention it in any formal occasion, would I?”

The president smiled and said, ”Don’t undervalue yourself; you have that potential.”

”Remember, what I told you about these classifications is widely acknowledged as levels, but they’re merely judgments of Spiritual Energy scope and approximate effect. For reference only.”

”Actual combat capability doesn’t consider this, your fight with Yan Xiong is the best example.”

”Okay, that’s it, that’s all to say.”

”After this planet is thoroughly cleared and dimensional infection is confirmed completely eliminated, our mission will be over.”

”Wait a minute.”

Chen Ming suddenly interrupted, ”I remember, that An Wuping went through dimensional infection once, so does this mean...”

”Yes... But we can’t stop it.”

The president’s tone was also filled with helplessness, ”This matter eventually fell under the authority of the Fifth Legion.”

”They said they would stop An Wuping, but ended up letting An Wuping through, even allowing him to easily reach the Lucy Star System.”

”I’ve even heard that An Wuping passed in front of a fleet deployed by the Fifth Legion meant to intercept him and reached the Lucy Star System.”

”We can only hope that two dimensional infections happening on the same person won’t cause more severe outcomes.”

Actually, An Wuping’s body had already been replaced by Chen Ming, overall remaining in a state of having experienced dimensional infection once.

But others don’t know this, so Chen Ming has to figure out a way to confirm the mood to avoid problems.

”What to do about An Wuping?”

”Don’t know, my suggestion is to recruit.”

”But as far as I know, several parties involved with the Lucy Star System haven’t discussed a suitable result yet.”
