Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Clone, Wang Lei?Seeing the Floor Merchant depart again by instantly vanishing, Lin Feng returned to the reef to resume fishing, while also pondering deeply.

According to the scanning gun’s previous results, the Floor Merchant was actually a Cursed Merchant; they were burdened by a curse and forced to earn gold as merchants.

And their ability to freely traverse various planes was, in fact, a spatial ability.

Previously, Lin Feng’s scan of the Elevator revealed that the Elevator possessed temporal and spatial abilities, along with a host of question marks.

Therefore, the Floor Merchant’s curse should have been bestowed by the Elevator, which also granted them the ability to traverse space.

It seems the Elevator’s consciousness has been planning this Elevator Survival Game for a long time.

But what is the meaning of it doing so?

Lin Feng truly couldn’t understand; was watching a group of creatures slaughter each other enjoyable?

Or were these Seekers merely tools for the Elevator’s consciousness to invade other planes?

Lost in thought for a long time, Lin Feng was suddenly pulled back to reality by the trembling fishing rod in his hand.

“Another catch, huh.”

Lin Feng mumbled, then pulled hard, and the hooked creature surfaced.

No, this time it wasn’t a creature; this time, it was a glove.

It was just an ordinary climbing glove, and a used one at that, with no other additional attributes.

The items caught by the random fishing rod were inherently random, so Lin Feng didn’t pay much attention, throwing the glove into his System Space before preparing to continue fishing.

Bang bang bang bang!

Just then, intense gunshots came from the direction behind Lin Feng.

“There’s someone here??”

Hearing the gunshots, Lin Feng reeled in his fishing rod and followed the sound.

The System’s prediction only said that this floor was a deserted island floor, so why were there gunshots?

However, at present, there was only one type of gun sound, and it wasn’t very dense, so perhaps there was only one human on this island.

Soon, Lin Feng followed the gunshots to the central area of the island.

At this moment, he suddenly smelled a strong scent of blood.

Experienced Lin Feng was very sure that this was not the smell of human blood; passing through the dense grass, Lin Feng indeed found a human cutting up a goat.

This human’s movements were very skilled and very fast; a goat was processed in less than a minute, and its hide was also peeled off.

After completion, the entire goat vanished from its spot.

“He also has a spatial pouch? Could he be another Seeker?”

Lin Feng hid in the shadows, quietly observing.

The man who had finished processing the goat picked up his gun, checked the bullets, then turned and walked straight towards Lin Feng’s direction.

“Holy crap, he can discover me even like this? Or is it a coincidence??”

Lin Feng decided to remain still for now, to see who this person was; if he was truly a Seeker, Lin Feng felt it was highly likely he was a Seeker from a high-level Survival World.

“Strange, the map clearly shows there’s a creature here, and I was planning to stock up on more meat for sea exploration, but why is it gone? Is this broken game buggy again?”

Lin Feng, currently in Still Invisibility, pondered upon hearing these words.

Map? Game??

Huh?

Feeling that something was amiss, Lin Feng scanned with his scanning gun.

[Clone No. 52

Strength: 15

Speed: 20

Agility: 10

Constitution: 12

Intelligence: 10]

“Only these few attributes? And no source is displayed.”

Looking at the scanning gun’s results, Lin Feng frowned.

“Forget it, let’s go to the next island.”

The man shook his head and turned to leave.

At this moment, Lin Feng suddenly appeared, then instantly restrained the other party, pinning him directly against a large tree nearby.

The reason Lin Feng didn’t act immediately at first was that he didn’t know the other’s strength; caution is key, so Lin Feng was very careful and didn’t make a move, but now that he knew the other party was just a weakling, Lin Feng naturally moved to control him directly.

“Who are you? A Seeker?”

The man, pinned motionlessly against the tree by Lin Feng, did not panic; instead, he showed a look of surprise.

“Holy crap! I found another bug??”

“Huh? Brother Lin, why is it you?”

Seeing that the other party seemed to recognize him, Lin Feng was also stunned, thinking, who are you?

Lin Feng was very sure he had never seen this person before, unless the other party had changed his appearance.

“It’s me, Wang Lei, that game streamer from Azure Star, have you forgotten??”

Listening to the words from the man’s mouth, it was Lin Feng’s turn to be bewildered.

So this floor is another game floor?

“You? How are you here? Wait, are you playing a game?”

“Yeah, I got popular because of you during a previous livestream, and the game company that made Forest released a new game, its name is still confidential, only a code name was given.

Because I made a great contribution to their game promotion, they directly sent me this game, which hasn’t even had an internal test yet, and asked me to experience it first and report the results to them; don’t worry, this game currently doesn’t allow video recording or livestreaming.”

Wang Lei said excitedly, and after hearing all this, Lin Feng gradually released Wang Lei.

This floor is also a game?

Just then, Wang Lei suddenly disappeared from his spot, without any warning.

In another world, Wang Lei rubbed his dizzy head and walked out of the virtual pod, cursing as he went.

“This trash game, it really has a lot of bugs, it even crashes. Forget it, I’m not playing anymore, I’m going to sleep. Why has my body been getting worse lately? I used to play all night without getting dizzy…”

.........

“What’s going on?”

Wang Lei’s sudden disappearance left many questions in Lin Feng’s mouth unanswered.

Could it be that the other party disconnected?

That’s possible. Forget it, I’d better return to the Elevator; time is almost up.

The questions in his heart could only wait until the next opportunity to be asked.

Lin Feng sighed and then walked towards the Elevator.

Just then, a familiar sensation appeared on his shoulder.

“An owl?”

Lin Feng turned his head to look, and indeed it was.

“So, what kind of existence are you?”

Lin Feng asked, looking into the owl’s eyes; the other party did not answer Lin Feng, only leaving behind a feather, then gradually disappearing.

The feather slowly drifted into his hand, weightless, but Lin Feng became even more curious about the secrets hidden within the Survival World.

Now that he had collected three feathers, he hoped that after collecting ten, he would see what was in his heart.

Lin Feng clutched the feather tightly, then sighed in relief and put it into his System Space.

At this moment, he realized that there were only five minutes left until the Elevator closed.
