Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Return to Blue Planet, Monster Hunter“More than just knowing him! Let me introduce Brother Kuze, this is my son!”

Lin Feng patted Qin An’s shoulder, looking smug.

“Get lost, you dare to defy your senior! Rebellious son, prepare to die!”

“Eighteen Dragon Subduing Palms!”

.........

Kuze: ......I feel like I’m an outsider.

“Ahem, alright, alright, no more fooling around.”

Lin Feng cleared his throat twice, then asked Kuze how he met Qin An.

Only then did he learn what had happened.

Then Lin Feng also told Qin An how he met Kuze.

After chatting for a while, the three of them were all acquainted.

Especially when Qin An learned that Lin Feng could now use magic, he insisted that Lin Feng teach him.

Of course, Qin An didn’t say it in front of Kuze, otherwise, given Kuze’s personality, he would probably directly arrange a private tutor for Qin An.

But Qin An’s Elevator was thousands of kilometers away from here, so how could he come here to learn?

Not everyone had an infinite energy orb and a flying battle armor.

In the evening, Kuze insisted that Lin Feng stay for dinner. Lin Feng looked at Qin An, and seeing him make an OK gesture, Lin Feng nodded, planning to return after dinner.

The reason he asked Qin An was because he was worried that Qin An would suddenly be teleported back to his Elevator due to completing a floor mission while eating.

Since Qin An said it was fine, then it was fine.

Qin An’s mission was actually completed the moment he gained Kuze’s favor, and then he could stay on this floor for two days. He was curious about what kind of civilization this place had, so he followed Kuze back.

He didn’t expect to run into Lin Feng.

After dinner in the evening, the two bid farewell to Kuze.

Outside the courtyard, Lin Feng lit a cigarette and threw the rest to Qin An.

“Oh, Daqianmen? Where did you get these?”

“Bought them at the Exchange, haven’t smoked them before, try one.”

The two walked under the moonlight, chatting, taking the opportunity to catch up properly.

..............

Not long after, Lin Feng checked the time and waved goodbye to Qin An.

“Oh, right, I gave you a set of battle armor. Remember to check for it when you get back. And, here’s this staff and this magic book for you. Once you thoroughly understand this book, you’ll learn magic. Remember to study on this floor. As for the staff, it’s used to cast spells, once a day is enough, more will harm your body.”

“This… If you give these to me, what will you use?”

Qin An did not take the items Lin Feng offered.

“Me?”

Lin Feng laughed heartily, then waved his hand in the air a few times.

Boom!

A spherical lightning bolt struck the ground, leaving a charred mark.

“Alright, you’re amazing.”

Qin An was stunned for a moment, then decisively took all the items Lin Feng offered.

“Then I’m leaving. Study hard. If you don’t understand anything, just ask me.”

Lin Feng put on his battle armor and soared into the sky, quickly disappearing into the starry night.

Qin An stood in place for a long time before also choosing to return to his Elevator.

The next moment, his Elevator appeared before him.

..............

Back in the Elevator, 101 had already prepared dinner according to Lin Feng’s habits. However, since Lin Feng had returned full, all the delicious food was transferred to Xiaolong and Huangdou.

“Xiaolong, why is your appetite growing day by day?”

Lin Feng asked curiously, watching Xiaolong eat frantically.

However, he wasn’t worried about Xiaolong overeating, as it was just a matter of spitting out a breath if he got too full.

“Awooo! Roar~~”

Xiaolong immediately mimicked Godzilla from the movie and let out a roar.

“Alright, kid, you have quite an ambition.”

Lin Feng shook his head with a smile. Xiaolong was truly naive, actually thinking he could achieve atomic breath by eating a lot of food.

But it was better not to dampen his enthusiasm.

Anyway, he couldn’t overeat, and Lin Feng wasn’t short on food.

“Beep, upgrade mission issued. Host, please upgrade the Elevator to Level 25. Reward: 10,000 points.”

“Hmm?”

“System, why is the upgrade mission only being issued now?”

Lin Feng thought the upgrade missions were over, as usually, a mission would be issued right after a reward was given.

However, Lin Feng did not get a response from the System. Lin Feng didn’t mind, instead, he went to the material stacking area to see how many resources were still needed.

“Hmm? So many basic materials are missing.”

Besides needing forty-five upgrade sets, seventeen ice crystal stones, and one upgrade license, he was also short five thousand kilograms of wood, three thousand kilograms of iron, one thousand kilograms of copper, and two thousand kilograms of obsidian.

But then again, he hadn’t deliberately collected these basic resources for a long time.

However, it didn’t matter, as all these basic resources could be bought at the Exchange.

The prices were very cheap, available in abundance.

Lin Feng bought many basic resources with a quick filter on the Exchange.

It cost a total of five hundred gold coins, and all the basic materials were gathered.

He could also Exchange other materials, but Lin Feng had the most gold coins, and earning gold coins was simply too easy for him.

......

He quietly waited in bed until eleven o’clock when the System’s prompt sounded.

“Beep, the floor the host is about to enter is: Holiday Floor. This floor has a certain danger. No items from the Elevator World can be brought into this floor. No items can be taken out of this floor. The time on this floor is: ten days.”

“Beep, mission issued: Monster Hunter. Host, please go to Monster World and carry out indiscriminate monster clear-out. Quantity: 1000 monsters.

Mission Reward: Enhanced Title: Bounty Hunter. The probability of obtaining gold coins increases from fifty percent to one hundred percent.”

“Hmm? There’s a mission now?”

However, Lin Feng still didn’t know how to enter Monster World.

Never mind, he would take it one step at a time. Anyway, this reward wasn’t particularly good.

With Lin Feng’s fifty-two points of luck attribute, the probability of obtaining gold coins after killing enemies had already exceeded eighty percent.

【Ding-dong! The Elevator is ascending, please hold on tight.】

“Damn, still ascending? What has Blue Star become, and you’re still ascending.”

.........

After passing through the light curtain of the Elevator door, Lin Feng successfully returned to Blue Star.

It was also night on Blue Star, there was no one on the streets, only the streetlights were lit, solitary.

It looked very desolate.

After checking his System Space, Lin Feng smiled. It seemed the Elevator’s restrictions truly had no effect on him anymore.

With a flick of his hand, the Charging Pistol appeared.

“Hehe, now the System’s mission is even simpler.”
