After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1336: Chapter 1340: Staying Home With You

Today, Leng Zimo was clearly acting out of character, especially when he played the piano and sang. Luo Xiaoqian, being someone who understood music, could clearly sense the repressed sorrow in his heart from his music and singing.

Something must have happened, otherwise, he wouldn’t be like this.

He raised his hand to hold hers, turned sideways to look at her, and pecked gently on her lips, ”No, it’s just that I’ve been a bit tired lately. I really want to give myself a break.”

Luo Xiaoqian lifted her hand to pinch his nose, ”A husband who lies to his wife is not a good husband, you know!”

Then, what about a husband who can’t protect his wife and lets her be hurt and sad?!

Leng Zimo felt a pang in his heart, yet he still wore a smile, ”Do you think I would lie to you?”

”It’s hard to say, I’ve heard that when a wife is pregnant, the husband is most likely to cheat!” Luo Xiaoqian said as she sat beside him with a smile, ”Be honest, is there some big celebrity trying to seduce my husband lately?”

”There really is one!” Leng Zimo said with a laugh.

Luo Xiaoqian acted fierce, ”Who is it, I’ll go take her down right now!”

”Last name Luo, first name Xiaoqian!” Leng Zimo revealed her name, pulling her over to sit on his lap, his fingers pinching her chin, ”Don’t let your mind wander, I’m always yours alone.”

Gazing at his handsome face, noticing the slight redness in his eyes, Luo Xiaoqian felt a sharp pang in her heart too, ”Alright, now this queen orders you to stay home with me tomorrow and rest for a day!”

”Okay!” Leng Zimo pampered her by ruffling her hair, ”From tomorrow until Sunday, I won’t go anywhere, just stay home and keep you company.”

”Hmm, worthy of encouragement, reward this queen with a kiss!” Luo Xiaoqian held his face in her hands and gave him a loud kiss on the lips with a smile.

Leng Zimo naturally wasn’t satisfied with such a simple kiss. One arm wrapped around her waist, the other lifted to hold the back of her head, pulling her into a deep kiss.

Her lips, her tongue, every soft and sweet spot...

He kissed her delicately, wishing he could just go on kissing until the end of time.

When the kiss finally ended, both of them were gasping for breath, holding each other tightly. He buried his face in her hair, whispering softly.

”Wife, I love you, I love you so much!”

Luo Xiaoqian gently combed through his hair with her fingers, ”I know!”

”I want to do so many things for you, write songs for you, sing for you, take you to travel the whole world, accompany you to see all the sights, but...” Leng Zimo took a deep breath, ”I’m really so busy, I’m sorry!”

”Big Fool!” Luo Xiaoqian teased in his ear, ”It’s enough just having you with me!”

Even if there are millions of sceneries in this world, if he isn’t there, what’s the point?

If he’s there, even just watching the sunset on a hillside is a kind of happiness.

Smelling the fragrance of her hair, Leng Zimo’s heart felt like it was being cut.

He held her even tighter, kissing her long hair tenderly, ”No, I must make it happen, I definitely will!”

As long as there’s a glimmer of hope, he would keep walking with her, fulfilling every promise he made to her.

Raising his face from her hair, Leng Zimo’s face had already regained calmness. Supporting her to stand up, he held her hand tightly, ”Come, let’s go look at the stars.”

Together they went to the terrace, where Leng Zimo took out his telescope for stargazing and pointed out the constellations for her to see.
