After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1333: Chapter 1337: What Will Happen to His Luo Xiaoqian

Birth, aging, illness, and death are curses that no one can escape.

Falling ill is not something that can’t be accepted.

It’s just, why does it have to be this illness, at this time, and why him?!

He had just remembered his Luo Xiaoqian, he had just heard his son call him dad, he had just picked a nickname for his unborn child... He still has so many things he wants to do, he promised his wife to take her on a world tour, he still wants to see his second child born with his own eyes, to watch him grow day by day, to see him take his first steps, to wait until he can call him dad...

”Why?!” the soft question, with an undeniable anger in Leng Zimo’s tone, ”Why is it me? It’s not fair to Xiao Qian, she has already suffered so much, why does it still have to be like this?!”

What he was worried about in his heart was not himself, but Luo Xiaoqian.

How heartbroken she would be if she found out.

If he truly went blind, if it truly was malignant, what would she do?!

In the days to come, who would take care of her, who would take care of Luo Jun and that child.

Even if it’s benign, the surgery might still cause brain damage, if such a situation really happens, what would his Luo Xiaoqian do?!

His anger, his pain!

He originally thought he could withstand all the storms to come for her, as long as he was there, she and the children could be safe and happy, but why is it like this!

A gentle knock on the door sounded.

Leng Zimo adjusted his mood, ”Come in!”

Xiao Ding pushed the door open and walked in, ”President Leng, it’s time, have you not finished yet?!”

These days, Leng Zimo personally goes to pick up Luo Jun every afternoon, this time he hadn’t come downstairs for a while, so Xiao Ding curiously came upstairs to check.

Carefully putting the clay figurine back on the table, Leng Zimo stood up, ”Let’s go.”

As soon as they walked out the door, Ah Jiu immediately followed out, protecting him all the way down the stairs, watching Leng Zimo’s expression, Ah Jiu’s face also showed heaviness.

On this trip to the hospital, only he knew, though Leng Zimo didn’t say anything, Ah Jiu had already sensitively guessed that his situation might not be optimistic.

The car drove towards the kindergarten, Leng Zimo looked out the window, slowly closing his eyes.

A complete darkness lay before him, only the sound of the car could be heard.

Is this what blindness feels like?!

Unable to see anything, never again seeing her smile, never seeing what his second child looks like, needing others to take care of him wherever he goes...

Xiao Ding opened the car door for him, ”President Leng, we’re here!”

Leng Zimo opened his eyes, stepped out of the car, entered the building and went upstairs, when the teacher saw him, she immediately called for Luo Jun, ”Mo Mo, your dad has come to pick you up!”

”Dad!” Luo Jun immediately ran over, squatting down to catch him, holding him in his arms, Leng Zimo raised his hand to straighten his slightly messy hair, ”Did you miss dad?”

”Yes!” Luo Jun nodded with a smile, ”It’s almost June 1st, the school has activities, the teacher said kids can participate with their mom and dad, will dad participate?”

”Of course!” Leng Zimo held him and headed downstairs, ”Dad will definitely participate, didn’t we rehearse before? Our family of three will perform together, okay?”

”Dad was wrong, it’s not three, it’s four.” Luo Jun solemnly corrected.

”Right, dad was wrong, our family of four will perform together.” Leng Zimo smiled sideways at him, but suddenly felt a bit dizzy, he quickly reached out to hold onto the stair railing.
