Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Returning to his room, Zhang Beixing began formulating a battle plan against the D&E Group.

He wanted to seize this opportunity to unite all the Martial Artists, forming a colossal force for his own use. When Zhang Beixing was devising the battle plan, he knew he needed to be meticulous. He had to make this a sustainable endeavor. Relying solely on passion like that would eventually lead to burnout. Zhang Beixing knew he had to provide clear incentives to motivate people to continue with this endeavor. Therefore, a system of rewards and punishments was the first issue he needed to resolve.

Fortunately, this was simple to handle. It boiled down to two things.

Money and power!

Money is straightforward. The bank card Golden Wind gave me has ten million British Pounds.

Converted to Daxia Coin, that’s about eighty-nine million, three hundred seventy-two thousand.

Allocating half as prize money, it should last for a good year or eighteen months.

As for power...

A merit system it is!

Zhang Beixing thought it over and made up his mind.

Initially, he had considered having others pay him to enhance their power. The money spent on power enhancement would then flow back into the prize pool, creating a simple, self-sustaining loop.

But later, Zhang Beixing reconsidered, deeming this method unsuitable. Once power was explicitly priced, people’s attention would be diverted. They would then only think of coming to him to pay for strength, rather than focusing on how to deal with the D&E Group. This would be contrary to his original intent and was therefore unacceptable. He had to introduce a system to maintain balance.

The merit system was precisely the best solution.

As long as Martial Artists completed the missions he assigned and successfully eliminated their targets, they could accrue merits. When they accumulated enough merits, they could pay him to enhance their strength or receive his guidance.

At the same time, considering some were weak—not even Level C Martial Artists—the tasks Zhang Beixing issued were not all related to the D&E Group. There would be a mix of lower-difficulty missions, such as assassinating wealthy smugglers, investigating criminal evidence, or rescuing captured Martial Artists.

After organizing all of this, Zhang Beixing reviewed the plan he had written.

Tsk... the more I look at it, the more it resembles an Assassin Organization.

Oh well, so be it.

I’ll send it to them and have them follow it.

Muttering to himself, Zhang Beixing sent the document to the Asia Martial Arts Association.

The Asia Martial Arts Association was pleased to finally have work after such a long break. They promptly distributed the information sent by Zhang Beixing to the Martial Arts Associations in various countries. From there, it was passed down, layer by layer.

Quickly, two hours passed. The battle strategy penned by Zhang Beixing had spread among the Martial Artists; it was soon known by everyone.

The Martial Artists who had previously come to Great Xia for intensive training had no such reservations. Having witnessed Zhang Beixing’s extraordinary skills, they knew how much his guidance could improve their martial arts journey, so they highly endorsed the plan.

But it was different for other Martial Artists. They were unaware of Zhang Beixing’s methods, and a vast majority hadn’t even seen his face. Their knowledge was limited to hearsay and the live broadcast from Ancient Rome.

Therefore, upon seeing the dispatched document, most people’s first reaction was skepticism. They wondered if Zhang Beixing was just enticing them with grand promises, hoping they would willingly risk their lives for him.

It wasn’t until more than fifty national Martial Arts Association leaders and Martial Artist representatives—who had attended the meetings and training sessions in Great Xia—stood up to speak out, using the tangible changes in themselves as proof that Zhang Beixing wasn’t all talk and truly possessed such capabilities. Only then was the Martial Artists’ skepticism dispelled, and their enthusiasm ignited.

Not only could they seek revenge, but they could also make money and become stronger. An opportunity this good was a rare find, the kind you couldn’t easily discover even if you searched with a lantern!

In an instant, Martial Artists from various countries flocked to their local Martial Arts Associations, taking on missions according to their circumstances.

At this moment, the Martial Artists sounded the trumpet for a counterattack!

「Arsong Country, Delixin.」

”How many more do you need to meet the quota?”

Casually knocking a Vaisya youth unconscious with a stick, the tattooed man treated him like livestock, bound the young man up, dropped him into a sack, and asked his companion.

”Two more,” his companion snapped, spitting on the Vaisya youth’s face. His voice was laced with impatience. ”These low-ranking Martial Artists are getting wilier every day! They hide deeper than rats in the sewers, and they’re harder to catch with each passing day!”

Hearing this, the tattooed man lit a cigarette and chuckled. ”Alright, stop complaining. Our situation here is much better than in other countries. At least we’re not short of people to catch.”

”You’re right about that,” his companion conceded, taking a cigarette and lighting it. His expression was sardonic. ”I knew the caste system in this country was severe, but I never imagined it extended to Martial Artists too: high-ranking Martial Artists, regular Martial Artists, and low-ranking Martial Artists... How interesting!”

”Yeah,” the tattooed man laughed heartily. ”But we also have them to thank for classifying Martial Artists into ranks. Otherwise, we’d really have a hard time getting started.”

After receiving orders from the D&E Group to target Martial Artists, they had set their sights on the low-ranking Martial Artists of Arsong Country.
