Death Guns In Another World

Chapter 1920 - 1704: Shadow Summons

When Lilith came to herself after the steamy love-making session that educated her of the limits of pleasure that her body and consciousness could endure, she found out that she was now being bathed with hot water inside the bathtub of the bathroom attached to the room.

Immediately, she could feel a powerful heartbeat coming from Alexʼs strong chest, giving her a feeling of relaxation and calmness amidst the turbulence that her mind was going through after coming out of her first sex session with her man.

”Did I faint there…?”

”Yeah it seems so.”

”Youʼre a monster you know that?”

”I will take that as a compliment, my love…”

She chuckled weakly at his cheeky statement and just decided to close her eyes and relish in the comfort of the bath. She had always heard that a man could never tire a woman when it came to sex but apparently not applicable to all of them because there was one exception right before her very eyes.

”What is our relationship exactly, Alexander?”

Lilith asked absentmindedly but her breath was cut short as she felt a hand climb from her chest and up her neck while gently caressing it with pleasant motions.

Her neck was one of her weakness. Now that she wasnʼt enthralled by her carnal desires, desires that had clouded her mind to shut off everything that didnʼt allow her to pursue more and more pleasure, her instincts were screaming at her to push Alexʼs hand away right here and now.

But she did not do that… She fought her instincts to not push his hands away…

Simply, she leaned back against his chest further and sighed out loud.

Her instincts seemed to be protesting her for doing such a conduct but ultimately, it surrendered to her desire, albeit partially so… Her instincts were still firing danger signals to her brain for allowing Alex to have such control over her and her life.

ʼʼFrom now on we are family, you are my woman I will protect, I will entrust my back to you. We are lovers who will share each other budden through life, grow old together, that is my wish, hopefully yours as well.ʼʼ

Lilith who rarely felt emotions couldnʼt help feeling her heartbeat quickening, something unknown was slowly worming it way into her heart. It wasnʼt unpleasant to hear such words, she would love to hear them sometime and above everything she would like to explore this foreign sensation. Recalling a quote from romance books she prayed to eventually felt the same.

ʼʼWere we ever strangers? Iʼm not sure we were. That day I first saw you there was something even then, though I didnʼt know what. I wonder if thereʼs an element of time that allows us to feel a strong love, like an orange glow bursting over a dark horizon. It was light for our eyes only, something to carry us through this life. It was the dawn of the person I am today, the person I was destined to be. I would give up anything in the world for you, I would do anything to keep you safe. Though I work hard to keep you comfortable now and into our old age, Iʼd rather be poor in money than risk loosing your heart. I recall the day our bond was forged. It was like being let into the warmth after a lifetime of winter. I could never wish to go back to even a day before that. You are the greatest treasure of my life, the one, the only one.ʼʼ

ʼHopefully Iʼd also feel like this one day.ʼ she silently prayed before answered Alexʼs question with a kiss.

In that kiss was the sweetness of passion, a million loving thoughts condensed into a moment. They would eventually fall in love with each other as more they spent time together.

After taking bath while playing the couple went to sleep, two hours later Alex woke up and summoned his status window, she was eager to check out his progress and more importantly what he gained from this union, during their intense session he heard systemʼs notification but was to busy to entertain it,now he could calmly check it.
