Death Guns In Another World

Chapter 1910 - 1694: Lilith’s Proposal 1

The moment Alex stepped through the teleportation portal, he found himself standing in the heart of the Demon Capital—a realm bathed in crimson twilight.

The skies burned red, swirling clouds of obsidian and gold shifting like an ever-moving canvas. The air was thick with mana, a strange but intoxicating mix of darkness and allure.

Before him stretched Lilithʼs private garden—a place whispered about even among demons, a sanctuary where only those she deemed worthy could enter.

The first thing that struck Alex was the sheer otherworldly beauty of it.

The garden was massive, a sprawling landscape enclosed by black crystal walls that shimmered faintly, humming with protective enchantments. Vines of violet and gold crawled up their surface, their tips blooming with bioluminescent roses that pulsed like breathing embers.

A soft midnight mist curled around the ground, adding an ethereal glow to the already mystical surroundings.

The scent of forbidden blossoms filled the air—rich, intoxicating, and slightly spiced, almost as if the flowers themselves held traces of demonic energy.

The Enchanted Flora of the Demon Realm

Alexʼs eyes wandered over the exotic plant life, each one more breathtaking and strange than the last.

Moonshade Lilies – Elegant black lilies with glowing silver veins ran through their petals, releasing a soft dreamlike fragrance that could lull even the strongest warriors into a peaceful trance.

Bloodthorn Vines – These vines twisted and pulsed as if alive, their deep crimson thorns capable of draining mana from any who dared to touch them. Yet, under Lilithʼs control, they swayed gently, harmlessly adorning the archways.

Nightfire Orchids – Flowers that blazed in eternal blue flames, their petals seemingly made of living fire. They neither burned nor withered, and their flames danced whenever Lilith walked past them.

Duskweaver Trees – Towering trees with obsidian bark, their leaves a breathtaking mixture of twilight purple and golden stardust. When the wind passed through, the leaves whispered ancient demonic hymns.

As Alex ventured deeper, he felt the raw power thrumming through the air. This was more than just a garden—it was a sanctuary infused with demonic essence, each plant seemingly pulsing with a life of its own.

The Duskweaver Trees stretched high above, their twilight-purple and golden-stardust leaves forming a canopy that shimmered under the eerie crimson sky. Each time the wind passed through, a whispering melody filled the air, an ancient demonic hymn lost to time.

Lilith had curated this garden with the utmost care, choosing only the rarest and most potent flora—each carrying a history of power, mystery, or danger.

His gaze shifted to a bed of Soulbloom Roses, their petals shifting between deep black and ghostly white. Legends said these flowers only bloomed where powerful souls had perished, feeding off residual energy to sustain their haunting beauty.

Further along, Stardust Vines cascaded from floating platforms, their glowing tendrils resembling constellations suspended in midair. Tiny sparks flickered around them, and with each step Alex took, the vines reacted, gently shifting as if acknowledging his presence.

A small pond sat at the gardenʼs heart, its crystal-clear waters reflecting the dark sky. Yet when Alex looked closer, he noticed that the reflection was wrong—not a simple mirror image, but a shifting vision of distant lands, battles long past, and glimpses of the unknown future.

This was no ordinary water—it was the Well of Echoes, an artifact said to record fragments of time itself.

He took a deep breath, inhaling the exotic scent of Twilight Lilacs and Ebonfire Blossoms, their intoxicating aroma swirling around him like an unseen embrace.

This place… it was mesmerizing. Dangerous, yet beautiful. A perfect reflection of Lilith herself.

”Do you like it?”

Her voice was like velvet dipped in honey, smooth yet carrying an undeniable authority.

Alex turned, his eyes meeting Lilithʼs mesmerizing purple gaze as she stood amidst the flowers, a vision of dark elegance.

Dressed in a flowing black and violet gown, embroidered with golden demonic runes, she looked every bit the Sovereign of the Demon Realm. Her long purple hair cascaded down her back, contrasting against the dark surroundings.

A faint smile played on her lips as she watched him, her slit pupils narrowing slightly, as if analyzing his every reaction.

”Itʼs… incredible,” Alex admitted, his voice genuine. ”I never imagined something like this could exist in the Demon Realm.”

Lilith chuckled softly, stepping closer. ”Most wouldnʼt. They assume our lands are all fire and war, forgetting that demons, too, can appreciate beauty.”

She extended a hand, and one of the Soulbloom Roses detached itself, floating toward her palm. She twirled it between her fingers before offering it to Alex.

”A gift,” she said. ”This flower only blooms for those destined to leave a mark upon history.”

Alex took the flower, watching as its petals shifted in color, reacting to his mana. He smirked.

”Is this your way of saying Iʼm special?”

Lilithʼs eyes glimmered with amusement.

”You were special the moment you walked into my world, Alex.”

Their gazes locked, and for a brief moment, the tension in the air was electric.

The Demon Queen and the Man Who Walked Between Worlds.

This meeting was only the beginning.

With a flick of their hands, Alex and Lilith cloaked themselves in illusion magic, their powerful auras suppressed, their appearances subtly altered. Alexʼs signature dark coat and regal bearing were masked beneath a simple travelerʼs outfit—a dark tunic with silver embroidery, sturdy black boots, and a hood that cast a faint shadow over his sharp features.

Lilith, ever the meticulous one, transformed herself into a mysterious yet alluring traveler, her long silver hair now a deep shade of midnight blue, her eyes a captivating violet. She wore a flowing dark cloak lined with crimson silk, and instead of her usual elegant royal dress, she donned a more adventurous outfit—a fitted tunic with obsidian-colored pants and knee-high boots.

”Ready?” Lilith smirked, a playful glint in her eyes.

Alex adjusted his cloak and smirked back.

”Lead the way, my Queen.”

The moment they stepped through the darkened gates of Noctra, the Demon Realmʼs greatest city, they were greeted by a world unlike any other.

Towering ebony spires stretched toward the ever-crimson sky, their surfaces etched with glowing demonic runes that pulsed with an eerie blue light. The streets, paved with obsidian stone, shimmered under the bioluminescent glow of floating lanterns, each holding imprisoned wisps of elemental fire.

Merchants called out in guttural Demon tongue, their stalls brimming with exotic wares—enchanted weapons, cursed artifacts, shimmering potions bubbling in dark vials. The scent of roasted shadow beast meat and spicy infernal wine drifted through the air, mixing with the hum of demonic energy.

The streets were filled with all manner of beings—high-ranking demons clad in ceremonial armor, rogue mercenaries seeking contracts, monstrous creatures with multiple eyes and fanged maws, yet none paid Alex and Lilith much attention.

For now, they were just two travelers enjoying a night in the city.

Their first stop was the Great Bazaar of Noctra, a chaotic yet mesmerizing place where merchants from all corners of the Demon Realm gathered.

Lilith guided Alex toward a food stall where a massive red-skinned demon chef, with four muscular arms, expertly grilled slabs of dark beast meat over blue infernal flames.

”Best roasted Nightfang Wyvern in all of Noctra!” the demon chef boomed, slamming a skewer the size of a sword onto the counter.

Lilith grinned. ”I hope youʼre hungry, Alex.”

Alex took the skewer, eyeing the charred yet juicy meat, before taking a bite. A burst of spicy, smoky, and slightly sweet flavors exploded in his mouth. He raised an eyebrow in pleasant surprise.

”Thatʼs… actually amazing,” he admitted.

Lilith smirked and took a bite of her own. ”Told you. You should trust me more.”

They continued wandering, sampling exotic demon delicacies—spicy flamefruit, shadow-brewed ale that tingled on the tongue, and frozen Bloodberry treats that radiated cold even in the heat of the city.

At one point, Alex stopped at a weapon stall, his gaze lingering on a beautifully crafted midnight-black dagger with a serrated edge and a crimson gem embedded in its hilt.

”Ahh, a fine eye, traveler,” the merchant, a horned demon with gleaming silver fangs, said smoothly. ”This blade drinks the blood of its victims and hums with the pain of the fallen. Very rare.”

Alex picked up the dagger, feeling its slight pulse of dark energy, before twirling it skillfully in his fingers. He smirked. ”Interesting.”

Lilith raised an eyebrow. ”Are you seriously buying a weapon on a casual stroll?”

Alex shrugged. ”Old habits die hard.”

He paid for the dagger and sheathed it at his waist before they continued onward.

As they wandered deeper into the city, the roar of a massive crowd drew their attention.

Lilith smirked knowingly. ”I think youʼll like this place.”

They arrived at a colossal underground coliseum carved into the stone beneath the city. Demons, mercenaries, and thrill-seekers alike gathered around a massive arena, cheering as two monstrous warriors clashed violently.
