Wizard: I Add Points and Hunt Monsters

Nothing could be more perfect than this moment—using Wei’en’s body to slaughter the Dawn Believers.

The thought of using a believer of Orpheus—the vessel meant to resurrect that madwoman—made him tremble with excitement.

No, no, nothing in the world could be more amusing than this!

”Let’s begin!”

When Wei’en saw him apologize, he sighed inwardly. ’It seems the Demon Clown really did have his own agenda for doing this.’

”Hee hee ha ha...”

The Demon Clown let out a wicked laugh as his head slammed into Wei’en’s. Before Wei’en could react, the clown transformed into a tattered clown mask and fused onto his face.

’Am I being controlled?’

Wei’en could see and hear, but he couldn’t control his body. He couldn’t even use his own talents.

”Hee hee, ha ha...”

As the high-pitched laughter escaped from Wei’en’s mouth, his eyes gradually turned sinister and vicious. His body began to tremble slowly, as if getting accustomed to something.

”A slight increase in power? Interesting. Your body is fascinating. It feels as if someone stuffed a bit of Origin into you to strengthen it...”

His expression grew more and more excited, his face twisting into the very image of the Demon Clown.

”Let me see, let me take a good look... Wizard Origin...”

The laughter stopped abruptly. A flicker of suspicion flashed in the Demon Clown’s eyes. ’This Origin Power?’

”So that’s how it is? No wonder the ghost could grow to this extent!”

”Talent: Deception? Huh... so your personality is even worse than mine, you little rascal?”

”Spiritual Conversion, that’s pretty useful. And a specialty... Covert Inquiry?! What a ridiculously lucky bastard. Why couldn’t I have this kind of talent for learning the Gonzalez language back in the day?”

”And skills, runes, Magic Potions...”

The Demon Clown raised a hand to scratch his head, looking at the Dawn Church’s Holy Professionals in the distance.

’This guy’s abilities are so numerous and bizarre. You lot are just unlucky!’

Then he picked up the sniper rifle and blinked away from the square, his speed even surpassing Wei’en’s previous aberration state.

Meanwhile, Wei’en himself, inside this body, stared at the constantly fluctuating base stats on his panel and fell into deep thought.

Resilience Level: 100,000 (3455.3)

Spirit Level: 100,000 (3455.3)

Origin: 10,000 (337)

This was the peak, an absolutely absurd value.

But such immense power lasted for only a second before all his stats plummeted to 1 point, or some other value.

’Damn it,’

’The Demon Clown’s power is just as unreliable as he is!’

”Hm?”

Over there, Kali was already leading a group of Holy Professionals toward the Cathedral. She hadn’t forgotten to rescue the devout believers in the cathedral’s lower levels.

”Look, that clown is on the move!”

”Hm?”

Kali quickly looked over. ’The clown?’

’No, is that Wei’en?’

It was just that he was wearing a clown mask. The body was still Wei’en’s, a full head shorter than the previous clown.

”What is he... what is he going to...”

Before she could finish her question, she watched in horror as the figure raised that immensely powerful sniper rifle and fired at the Holy Professionals who were resting not far away.

BANG, BANG BANG...

”No!!”

Kali immediately charged toward Wei’en.

’Why? Why would you attack the Dawn Believers?’

’Wei’en—why?!’

Hearing Kali’s voice, the Demon Clown’s head bent backward a full one hundred and eighty degrees. His blood-red eyes stared at her as he soundlessly mouthed a phrase—’Why don’t you come and stop me?’

After that, the Demon Clown’s figure vanished abruptly. When he reappeared, he was already beside the Holy Professionals, flashing them a grotesque smile.

”Hee hee... Have you all... ever seen beautiful fireworks?”

SNAP.

The Demon Clown snapped his fingers, and the ghost instantly cast the Corpse Explosion Skill on the few bodies that had been shot dead by the sniper rifle.

”Power... it’s growing again. What a wonderful feeling...”

The Demon Clown burst out laughing. Watching the Holy Professionals exploding around him, he spread his arms and let the splattering blood fall onto him, a look of pure enjoyment on his face.

”Magnificent! This feeling, ha ha ha...”

”Dawn!”

”Holy!”

The Holy Professionals were not slow to react; they were just panicked by the sudden assault.

As more and more of them unleashed the power of their faith, the might of the Corpse Explosion Skill was greatly diminished.

”Oh? Dawn Believers... as annoying as ever.”

The mask on the Demon Clown’s face seemed to furrow. ’Not fun. These Holy Professionals want to fight back.’

Then, as if he thought of something, his eyes lit up.

’That talent might work...’

’Should I try it?’

”Hee ha, I just thought of something fun. Why don’t you all join in? What’s the point of believing in Dawn? That old geezer is no good.”

’Talent: Deception - Psychological Control!’

As the Demon Clown’s low voice echoed, a bizarre power rode the sound waves into the ears of every Holy Professional, causing a flicker of confusion to cross their devout faces.

’Play?’

’What game?’

”Shut your mouth, you damned heretic! How dare you try to shake our faith!”

”Look, you’ve suffered such a devastating blow this time, but has He even shown up? That guy doesn’t care whether you live or die, so why do you still believe in him?”

’Is Dawn not a good person?’

’That’s right, He hasn’t bestowed His grace, and so many people have died...’
