Chapter 434: Chapter 434 You, Chief of Drunk Dragon Mountain

After the explanation, Tan Yan pointed at Qin Lao and others and asked, ”What’s going on with them?”

Sikong Jing replied, ”No need to worry, they are preparing for the life-and-death battle between the Holy Dragon Palace and Xingluo Palace in half a month; they have made some gains since coming up the mountain road and have all stopped to cultivate.”

Stunned, the three members of the Tan family looked at each other, having heard about this affair previously.

At this moment, the eldest brother Tan Long asked, ”What about you?”

Sikong Jing seemed to be the only one in his usual state, prompting this question from him.

Sikong Jing gently took out the token Tan Yue had given him at Xingluo Palace and handed it over, saying, ”I’ve come to join Drunk Dragon Mountain; from today onwards, I am a student of Drunk Dragon Mountain, right?”

Tan Yan casually took the token, glanced at Tan Long and Tan Hu, and then said, ”This is indeed an Institute Master Token, but according to the rules of the Holy Dragon Palace, we need to see your Apprentice Token as well.”

They knew well that Tan Yue often took in people randomly when drunk.

After several unreliable incidents, those recruited were usually thrown into the Apprentice School Region first, and only those who reached the perfect Level 9 Apprentice could ascend Drunk Dragon Mountain. Although they had few students now, this rule could not be broken.

They certainly didn’t want to be serving any prostitutes or beggars.

Upon hearing this, Sikong Jing also took out his Apprentice Token and handed it over.

Before even receiving it, the three members of the Tan family clearly saw the conspicuous Level 1 Baby Dragon and immediately widened their eyes.

Tan Hu snatched the token and muttered, ”A Level 1 Baby Dragon is not allowed on Drunk Dragon Mountain.”

Tan Long and Tan Yan simultaneously smiled wryly; the guy in front of them probably tagged along with Qin Lao and the others, truly unreliable.

Sikong Jing suddenly smacked his forehead and opened his mouth.

He quickly snatched the token back and started walking towards Yu Yan behind him but stopped after a few steps and turned back to look at the Tan siblings, saying, ”I’ve always refrained from upgrading; now, Senior Sister Yu from Task Hall is here, but she has fallen into a state of cultivation.”

He had been accumulating points without upgrading, to have more points available for issuing tasks.

Now that the two medications were in hand, the tasks he had issued could naturally be retracted, and Sikong Jing could naturally upgrade.

But the upgrade needed to be done at Task Hall, something he had forgotten.

”Can I join Drunk Dragon Mountain without upgrading?” Sikong Jing, too lazy to make another trip to Task Hall, asked the three of them.

Upon hearing this, the quick-tempered Tan Hu immediately shouted, ”Of course not, you must become a Level 9 Apprentice first.”

Tan Yan also nodded and said softly, ”Indeed, that’s the rule of the Holy Dragon Palace.”

Tilting his head, Sikong Jing responded, ”My points should be sufficient, I just haven’t upgraded, that’s all.”

Daring to argue back made Tan Hu’s expression turn even darker.

He snatched the Level 1 Baby Dragon Token from Sikong Jing and said coldly, ”Points sufficient? Do you think earning the points required for a Level 9 Apprentice is that easy? If I’m not mistaken, you haven’t been here long, right?”

”Hmph, let’s see how many points you have... fuck!”

Towards the end, Tan Hu’s gaze fell on the points display underneath the Baby Dragon, and he was stunned, unable to help cursing, then he rubbed his eyes frantically, ”Twenty-three million...”

Tan Hu was completely dumbfounded; what student would have that many points?

At the same time, Tan Long and Tan Yan were also shocked, quickly snatching the Baby Dragon Token, which then ”clang” dropped from their hands to the ground, emitting a crisp sound.

By then, Tan Hu had also come to his senses, staring intently at Sikong Jing, ”I’m telling you, kid, are you specialized in forging tokens?”

Tan Yue was known for collecting all sorts of people; this time, he might have gotten someone who can forge tokens.

”Hmm, Senior Brother Qin and the others are all here; would I dare to forge?”

Sikong Jing was at a loss for words, finding it troublesome to explain.

Especially since he couldn’t mention the creation of the Beast Skill, and what was more critical was that the three from Drunk Dragon Mountain were oblivious to worldly affairs; they seemed unclear about the recent events in the Holy Dragon Palace.

Thinking of this, Sikong Jing didn’t waste any words, and his True Qi surged violently... Boom!

The aura of his newly achieved Xuanjiang Realm exploded violently, and then he stared at the three siblings from the Tan family and said, ”I don’t seem to need to fabricate, do I?”

”What, the Xuanjiang Realm!”

The three siblings from the Tan Family exclaimed in unison, staring at Sikong Jing incredulously, then looked at Qin Lao and others behind him.

Suddenly, Tan Yan stepped forward and asked, ”Don’t tell me, you’re also going to participate in the life-and-death battle in half a month?”

Sikong Jing nodded and said nothing.

The three exchanged glances and slowly, Tan Yan laughed, Tan Long laughed, and even the hot-tempered Tan Hu laughed...

If one were faint-hearted, they might be terrified by their devilish smiles.

Suddenly, Tan Yan stuffed the Apprentice Token back to Sikong Jing, and Tan Long and Tan Hu, the brothers, also moved, each grabbing one of Sikong Jing’s hands, and chuckled aloud.

”The Chief of Drunk Dragon Mountain, I’ll give you a tour of Drunk Dragon Mountain right now...”

”Right, right, don’t look at the poor state of our Drunk Dragon Mountain; it’s a completely different world inside.”

At this point, Tan Yan moved behind Sikong Jing, leaned forward and said, ”Dear Chief, what was your name again?”

It wasn’t until Tan Yan’s last words that Sikong Jing realized that he was the ’Chief’ the three siblings were referring to.

All of a sudden, they had promoted him to the Chief of Drunk Dragon Mountain.

The speed of this volte-face was too fast, and they didn’t even know his name; by their looks, they also seemed fearful of him being forcibly taken away by Qin Lao and others.

They were firmly blocking his way out.

However, Sikong Jing could understand; Drunk Dragon Mountain had been in ruins for too long because of Tan Yue, and suddenly having a Xuanjiang Realm figure like him stumbling into their lap, they naturally wanted to hold on tight.

Thinking this, Sikong Jing smiled and introduced himself.

Then, he was pulled by the three siblings from the Tan family towards an outer building, as if escorting a prisoner, Sikong Jing reluctantly said, ”Could the three instructors not stick so close to me? I won’t run away, I’m definitely joining the Drunk Dragon Mountain students.”

As soon as these words came out, Tan Long responded, ”I’m afraid that won’t do, you have no idea how shameless the others are from Six Dragon Mountain in snatching people.”

”Exactly, especially since Qin Lao and his folks are still here, we absolutely can’t be careless,” Tan Hu added with a sullen face.

Sikong Jing tugged at the corner of his mouth again; overly enthusiastic people can be quite annoying.

”You really don’t need to worry about that; they were the ones I brought along, and they all followed me to challenge the Drunk Dragon Mountain Road.”

To reassure them, Sikong Jing had no choice but to reveal the fact that he had challenged Drunk Dragon Mountain Road.

Instantly, the three stopped in their tracks, their True Qi bursting forth, staring intently at Sikong Jing.

Time seemed to freeze at that moment...

”You said, you successfully challenged Drunk Dragon Mountain Road.

”And because it was too easy, you decided to bring along Qin Lao and others to witness the baptism of Drunk Dragon Mountain Road, and their current state is due to the mountain road’s pressure and their harvests?”

Tan Long widened his eyes, staring straight at Sikong Jing, his voice hoarse.

It wasn’t until Sikong Jing nodded in affirmation that the three gaped at one another, their eyes filled with shock.
