Berserk God of War

92: Chapter 092: Jin Sect, Brothers 92: Chapter 092: Jin Sect, Brothers Yan Ruyu sent someone to take my palm, and the defeated subordinate, Yuwen Guan, seized everything that once belonged to me.

As for this, Sikong Jing didn’t care, as soon as the power was there, he would take their heads.

But now, having killed two members of the Shadow Sect, my palm hasn’t reached Yan Ruyu’s hands, and she would come again.

Yan Ruyu would also discover that I’ve restored my Dantian and meridians; she would be afraid and wouldn’t let me develop further, a poisoned blade would stab over, and what I’d face would be: a life on the run!

Sikong Jing was still unafraid, but he couldn’t bear…

he couldn’t bear to leave Su YueXi, couldn’t bear to leave home!

Thump thump thump…

Suddenly, rapid footsteps sounded, splashing water blossoms everywhere, a group of people in red appeared on both sides of the bridge.

Sikong Jing looked up and said coldly, “Great Shang, Jin Sect.”

If the Shadow Sect specialized in the assassination and supervision of Great Shang’s officials, being the sharp dagger in the darkness, then the Jin Sect was the Shadow Sect’s positive reflection, known as the Emperor’s Golden Saber of the Great Shang.

Famous for punishing the wicked and eradicating evil.

A young man holding an umbrella slowly walked out from among the crowd of the Jin Sect, his fair face and delicate brows giving an impression of a beauty that surpassed that of women.

Sikong Jing stared at him and slowly began, “Sui Yu, Young Master Sui, long time no see.”

The handsome man named Sui Yu was the Sui Family Heir of the Five Great Families of the Great Shang Dynasty, known for his frivolous ways, often making the ludicrous act of harassing women in the streets, a famous wastrel.

But he had been taught a lesson by Sikong Jing more than once.

On several expeditions, Sui Yu followed by Sikong Jing’s side, but each time he was punished for being too frivolous.

No matter how many times Sikong Jing whipped him, he never changed, like mud that could not support itself.

Clearly, he had now been transferred to the Jin Sect and had become one of its commanders.

“Are you here to take my palm too?” Sikong Jing asked indifferently.

At this, Sui Yu looked deeply at Sikong Jing, took a sudden deep breath, and shouted heavily, “Turn all around.”

The Jin Sect members heard the command and, without hesitation, turned around, all of them with their backs to the bridge.

Splash…

The next instant, Sui Yu knelt heavily towards Sikong Jing’s direction, the umbrella dropping to the ground as his lips quivered, “This humble one, Sui Yu, greets the Divine Commander Sikong.”

Looking up, Sui Yu’s tears mingled with the rain, his eyes red as cinnabar.

Sikong Jing was moved and immediately said, “I am no longer any Divine Commander, and you are not my soldier, get up.”

Only those few who were closest to him back then would call him Divine Commander.

Sui Yu had never called him that before.

Outwardly, he always called him whatever came to mind, such as stinking general, rotten commander…

But in secret, he addressed him as Brother Sikong, and the number of people in the whole world who knew Sui Yu referred to Sikong Jing in this way didn’t exceed the number on one hand.

In everyone’s eyes, Sui Yu was one of the people who hated Sikong Jing the most.

As mentioned above, Sui Yu was profoundly disciplined by Sikong Jing, and with his playboy character, even if the scene before them were known, nobody would believe it.

If anyone saw this, they would be extremely astonished, Sui Yu was actually kneeling to the exiled Sikong Jing.

Hearing this, Sui Yu raised his head, his voice still trembling.

“Brother Sikong, everyone has been imprisoned.”

“Those who were alive are dead, those who were caught are locked up, you’re the only one left by my side now.”

“You’re the only one leftover!”

Sui Yu’s voice squeezed out between his teeth, as if every word he uttered was shaking, as if one could see his heart bleeding.

Sikong Jing’s whole body was violently shaken, every inch of skin beginning to tremble.

With his eyes closed, he knew what Sui Yu was saying, it was all about the people who had been close to him, those brothers and sisters who went through life and death with him, sharing adversities together, the ones who had made great contributions to the Great Shang Dynasty.

All because of him, they had suffered calamity!

They had been mercilessly struck down by Yang Tianmo and Yan Ruyu, and of course, Yuwen Guan as well!

Sikong Jing had not dared to think about it these days, but he was acutely aware that if he was framed and exiled, his closest brothers and sisters would also be implicated, with no one able to avoid it.

Grit, grit, grit…

Teeth grinding relentlessly, gritting loud and clear, a mouthful of blood gushed from Sikong Jing’s mouth.

His mouth quickly filled with fresh red, and the pain in his chest became excruciating.

Suddenly, Sikong Jing opened his eyes and looked towards Sui Yu, his hoarse voice rising amidst the rain.

“And you still dare to kneel before me?”

“You still dare to come to Yunzhou, get out immediately, the farther the better.”

Sui Yu had often brashly said that Brother Sikong hitting me, scolding me, disciplining me, it was all because he loved me, but of course, I definitely couldn’t be too close to Brother Sikong on the surface, I still had to fight with Brother Sikong.

Hehe, at least in the future, if something happens, Brother Sikong would still have me by his side for support.

Sikong Jing just smiled at that time and let it be.

But now, only he was left, just because he overtly despised himself and thus escaped disaster, Yang Tianmo and Yan Ruyu did not regard him as one of their own.

“I won’t leave, I just won’t leave.”

“Brother, all these men are my trusted aides, we can leave the Great Shang Dynasty together, we’ll go to Xia Country, go to Zhou Country.”

“With your achievements, you’re bound to receive their preferential treatment.”

Sui Yu suddenly started to sob, staring excitedly at Sikong Jing, wanting to roam the world with Brother Sikong.

He was already dead inside towards the Great Shang Dynasty, thoroughly dead.

But the blood veins in Sikong Jing’s eyes got denser, continuously appearing, and he bellowed with rage, “Scoundrel, if you follow me, what about your Sui Family?

That’s a crime warranting execution for the entire family, implicating nine generations!”

With those words spoken, Sui Yu’s sobbing ceased, his refined face completely collapsed.

“What about those brothers and sisters who are still alive if I leave now?”

“They will be dragged to the border of Great Shang, beheaded in front of me, in front of us.”

“I, Sikong Jing, you, Sui Yu…

can you bear it?”

Sikong Jing’s voice echoed again heavily with the rain.

Sui Yu simply sat down on the ground, letting his body soak completely, his heart turned to ice.

He knew these truths all too well, but the moment he saw Sikong Jing, he just wanted to disregard everything and leave this heartless Great Shang Dynasty, for a place free of injustice.

He still wanted to follow Sikong Jing and return to take vengeance, wielding the butcher knife to cut down all those bloodstained figures in the name of justice for their brothers and sisters.

But he had attachments, there was the Sui Family, there were buddies still in prison.

At that moment, the expression on Sikong Jing’s face returned to calm, as he stepped forward to Sui Yu and squatted down, his hands pressing on his shoulders.

“Listen to Big Brother, wipe away your tears and stand up, as long as I’m alive, there’s hope.”

Sui Yu looked up like a child, staring intently at Sikong Jing’s upright and resolute face.

“Brother, you are the only brother I have left, and you can help me.”

Sikong Jing’s voice rose in his ears, pointing at the two corpses from the Shadow Sect.

“Yan Ruyu wants to take my palm back with her, you can help me smooth this over.”

“Yunzhou is a remote place, far from the Emperor’s reach, Yang Tianmo’s informants are not that efficient, but they will surely send someone to surveil me.”

“You could tamper with those informants, letting me appear to remain barely alive in their eyes.”
