Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1624: Chapter 607: Taking Song Yunshan and the Others to the Wilderness! (Extended Chapter)

As she spoke, she extended her hand to Zhang Lihua.

Zhang Lihua obviously didn’t expect this guy to dare take advantage of her right in front of his parents. She was momentarily stunned, but then she had to extend her hand to shake his.

At this moment, she felt as if her face had been set on fire, and she pretended to be calm as she said, ”Okay, drive safely.”

”Don’t worry, I will...”

Zhang Jingdong said as he scratched her palm and then let go of her: ”Alright, see you another day, you should head back.”

Zhang Lihua nodded and took a few steps back.

Seeing Zhang Jingdong get into the car and drive away, she reluctantly returned to the store.

To be honest, before the meal, she had almost no hope that Zhang Jingdong’s parents would accept her, but now... she vaguely felt that this might not be as difficult as she thought.

Meanwhile, in the Land Rover.

Chen Huiqin couldn’t help but praise, ”This Boss Zhang from Lihua Restaurant really lives up to her reputation. Not only is she beautiful and has opened such an impressive restaurant, but she’s also poised and has excellent manners.”

Zhang Huaimin couldn’t help but chime in, ”Indeed, otherwise how could she have made such a name for herself in our county? There has to be a reason.”

Zhang Jingdong, seeing his parents praising her, seized the opportunity and said, ”Yeah, to be honest, I always thought that having someone like me in our county was already quite something, but I didn’t expect this Mr. Zhang to be such a standout too!”

Chen Huiqin seemed to come around a bit, half-jokingly said, ”Honestly, while we were eating, seeing how graceful and composed she was, for a moment, I even considered having her as my daughter-in-law.”

”But then I thought her age is a bit on the older side. If she were a few years younger, I would definitely encourage you to court her.”

Zhang Jingdong chuckled to himself, ”Mom, you just don’t get it, do you? Nowadays, age is not an issue when it comes to dating.”

”Moreover, your son is surely going to do great business in the future, so your future daughter-in-law must not only be able to walk into the parlor and cook in the kitchen, but most importantly, she should also be able to help me with business.”

Upon hearing this, Chen Huiqin and Zhang Huaimin immediately sat up straight.

Chen Huiqin: ”What? Son, are you really interested in her?”

Zhang Jingdong laughed, ”Didn’t you just bring it up? I’m just echoing your words. And I think you’re right, besides being slightly older, there’s hardly any fault with her.”

”How about this, in the future, I’ll keep an eye out, and since you guys will be working at her restaurant in a while, you can also observe her for me.”

”If after some evaluation you really think she’s good, and if I don’t find someone suitable in Jiangdu in the future, I’ll just go for her.”

Chen Huiqin thought about it seriously for a moment, then said, ”In that case, you should hurry up. It’s best within three years, by then her age won’t be considered too old, and it won’t be too late for having children.”

Zhang Jingdong immediately laughed, ”How come you’re more anxious than I am all of a sudden?”

Chen Huiqin: ”This is such an important matter, of course, I’m anxious!”

”To be honest, you’re already successful now, I wouldn’t mind if you got married and had children within the next two or three years. Your dad and I are still young and healthy, so we can help take care of the kids.”

Zhang Jingdong thought to himself that they might not be able to handle it by then.

But he said, ”But my main job now is still being a college student, isn’t it? I should at least graduate first.”

”What’s the big deal? I saw on the news that many college students are getting married and having children during their studies, it’s not unusual anymore.”

Zhang Jingdong nodded with a smile, ”Alright, since you’re so easy-going about it, I’ll be at ease too. We’ll see then, if the timing is right, I’ll definitely give you and dad a surprise!”

About ten minutes later, they returned to the miners’ family compound.

Zhang Jingdong rested for a while, then sent Song Yunshan a text: School Beauty Song, are you awake?

After half a minute, Song Yunshan replied: Awake, I don’t like that nickname.

Zhang Jingdong: Should I call you Shanshan then? That’s not appropriate either.

Song Yunshan: Just call me by my name.

Zhang Jingdong: That’s not suitable either, too formal. We’re already friends now, and good friends at that, so I should at least address you with a slightly more endearing nickname, don’t you think?

Song Yunshan: Who’s good friends with you? We only officially met yesterday!

Zhang Jingdong: But you had your eyes on me ever since first grade, and I actually noticed you back then as well, so we’ve had a spiritual connection for a long time. Naturally, we’re closer than just good friends.

After reading this, Song Yunshan bit her lip and started typing: You’re so shameless, aren’t you?

But just as she was about to hit send, she suddenly thought of something and deleted the message.

After thinking for a while, she replied: Let’s not talk about this, what time are we heading out?

Zhang Jingdong: Since you’re awake, let’s just head out at two. We can find a good spot to watch the sunset when we get there.

Song Yunshan: Watch the sunset? What time are we coming back?

Zhang Jingdong: We’ll see when the time comes. It’s a rare day off, and we have plenty of activities planned. If it gets too late, we can find a hotel there to stay for the night and come back tomorrow afternoon.

This time, it took Song Yunshan over a minute to reply: Alright then.
