I Am Scouted by Real Madrid

Even Casillas will raise the ”Youth Training” flag and become Chen Zhong’s strength after Raul and Guti leave, and Ramos will also blend into Chen Zhong’s small group under the Spanish flag, without the idea of contending with Chen Zhong.

Because to contend with Chen Zhong is not to contend at all; it’s essentially isolating oneself from the people. From the club’s upper management to most players, everyone supports Chen Zhong; in Real Madrid, he feels as comfortable as being at home.

Future players coming up from Castilla and those from Sports City will naturally gather under Chen Zhong’s banner.

Because Chen Zhong is Castilla’s ”Monster,” providing young players with an ”opportunity,” becoming a beacon after the ”Zidane + Pavin” policy, illuminating their dark paths.

This has even attracted many talented players choosing to join Real Madrid’s youth training, such as Paul Pogba.

Initially, he intended to go to Manchester United but eventually chose to join Real Madrid’s youth training, and Real Madrid appropriately compensated his former club with a development fee.

With the support of Real Madrid’s upper management and the majority of players, as long as Chen Zhong doesn’t cause trouble for himself, no one can threaten his position.

And you can see this from the latest transfer trends.

Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso is Spanish, Liverpool defender Alvaro Arbeloa was once a Castilla player and has good relations with Soldado, and Baptista, Andrea Pirlo are old teammates of Chen Zhong who are being discussed.

If Ramos also embraces the Spanish banner and joins Chen Zhong’s group, then future Spaniards will automatically integrate into the ”Chen Party,” with Xabi Alonso being a force of the ”Chen Party.”

Current Castilla captain Nacho, Alvaro Morata, Lucas Vazquez, and Daniel Carvajal are steadfast ”Chen Party” members.

Some might not understand the gold content within, among them, Nacho Fernandez is considered the ”successor to Chen Zhong,” the current leader in Sports City, while Lucas Vazquez and Daniel Carvajal are also outstanding figures in Sports City. After Nacho leaves, they will succeed as the leaders in Sports City and, aside from Chen Zhong, the big idol, will become the small idols for other young players.

These three have directly locked in the foundational base of Sports City’s next three generations.

Real Madrid also has a very clear transfer tendency, which is to ensure the club has only one voice; no matter how prominent a player joins Real Madrid, once they enter Real Madrid’s dressing room, they must yield to the ”Chen Party’s” rule. This is a very dangerous act; if the ruler of the ”Chen Party” is sensible, the dressing room will become united.

If he is not, only thinking about increasing salaries, causing trouble, and showing off.

Then the dressing room will fall into chaos internally.

Casillas and Ramos once had opportunities, but one demanded a salary increase noisily, and the other used transfer rumors as a way to pressure the club for a salary hike. Compared to the content and talented Chen Zhong, they have fallen entirely behind.

And this method was verified in the last season of Barcelona.

Barcelona sent away the core of the Dream Two Dynasty, Ronaldinho and Deco, letting the 21-year-old Messi from youth training become the team’s new core, then promoted Busquets and Pedro from the La Masia training camp and recalled young talents like Pique, consolidating Iniesta’s main position...

It directly turned Barcelona into a ”La Masia Alumni Association,” while ensuring no conflicts within their dressing room, hence achieving the Triple Crown feat.

So why can’t Real Madrid send away the ”old” Raul and Guti, let the 18-year-old youth trainee Chen Zhong become the team’s new core, paired with two Ballon d’Or winners, and some strong players like Xabi Alonso, Andrea Pirlo, along with those supporting him from Real Madrid’s youth training.

Also aim for a Triple Crown feat?

A 12 million annual salary is essentially like the ”Heirloom Seal of the Realm”; when Chen Zhong receives this salary, it means he is ”heaven-granted, eternally prosperous,” formally ascending the throne.

And in this situation, unless Florentino initiates another massive purge.

There is simply no way to establish anyone else as ”king.”

From the moment Chen Zhong returned from Milan to Madrid and set foot on the airport, he had essentially donned the ”golden robe.”

Even though he is only 18 years old.

And regarding a top salary, even if Chen Zhong has no desires, his ”followers” will demand a raise for him, possibly out of friendship loyalty or out of a little plan to raise their own salaries.

But these are unavoidable.

After comforting his parents with a few words, Chen Zhong hung up the phone, and shortly after he did, Florentino called.

Florentino remained composed on the call, merely asking for Chen Zhong’s opinion, wanting to know his thoughts.

To this, Chen Zhong expressed his views without reservation.

”I know what I have to do.”

”Real Madrid never fears any opponent.”

”I have never doubted that I will become the world’s best player.”

Florentino paused for a moment on the other end of the line. Barcelona’s top salary belongs to Messi, and Real Madrid and Barcelona are ”rivals,” the top salary of Real Madrid should contend with the top salary of Barcelona.

Why didn’t Florentino set Chen Zhong’s contract to 12 million from the start?

It’s actually out of care.

If Chen Zhong performs outstandingly and Real Madrid’s newly built ship can suppress Barcelona, possibly pulling Barcelona back down to earth from the vast cosmos.

Then Chen Zhong’s 12 million annual salary is guaranteed; he will become the flagbearer promoted by Real Madrid.

If the new ship still can’t defeat the Cosmic Team, and gets suppressed on various fronts, then the current top salary earner Cristiano Ronaldo will have to take the blame, Chen Zhong can come forward to carry the flag. After one season of adjustment, the next season will support Chen Zhong and see if they can defeat Barcelona.

No matter what, Chen Zhong remains in a safe position, even in the worst-case scenario, there’s a buffer of two seasons.

But now, if Chen Zhong steps forward, he becomes the first responsible person; the team’s performance is directly tied to his performance.

If he gets defeated in a direct confrontation with Barcelona, the pressure, public opinion, and ridicule will be immense.

”The club can clarify.” Florentino hesitated for a moment, but affection ultimately triumphed, as he couldn’t bear his young cub enduring such pressure and a possibly terrifying future.

”Mr. President.”

”Do you know what my name is?”

”Of course.” Florentino responded a bit surprised: ”Chen Zhong, how could I not know your name!”

”Yes, Chen Zhong.”

”Chen is my surname.”

”And Zhong, in my country, has two pronunciations and meanings, one is to repeat, the other is weight.”

”Mine means weight, or it can be said...”

”To wear the crown, you must bear its weight.”

”Though most people didn’t blame me for leaving last season, there were still some who thought I lacked responsibility, calling me a deserter.”

”I need to prove myself.”

”I fear no challenges.”

”The leader of Real Madrid cannot fear opponents.”

Florentino remained calm on the phone for a long time; he sometimes couldn’t help but reflect on whether he made a mistake last season by worrying that his arrangements would harm Chen Zhong and ”transferred” him to Italy, to Milan.

Now it seems, if Chen Zhong had been at Real Madrid last season, he would certainly stand up in critical moments.

Juan de Ramos might have even carved out a successful career.

Florentino pondered briefly, even though reason told him it wasn’t the best choice, emotionally, he was willing to give this child a chance.

Even if it meant facing the potential risk of ”scrapping.”

But a true eagle has no reason to be ”protected” forever.

”I understand.”

”The club will release an announcement.”

”Hope you handle everything well.”
