New Ability Every Ten Days: Becoming a Vampire Made Me Too OP

The image showed a capable, professional-looking woman. Her name was Su Zhuo, and she was the CEO of Paleo Tech and also Yu Xian’s aunt!

Ever since Yu Xian’s mother had died of illness, his aunt had resented his father for failing to take proper care of her. She had even moved from Silver City to Zenith City, but every Spring Festival, she contacted Yu Xian and sent him New Year blessings.

When Yu Xian had been diagnosed with ALS, he had tried to contact her, but his calls never went through. At the time, he had been struggling to survive, so he had no way to look into the matter further. As time passed, he gradually moved on. He had never expected to meet her again under these circumstances, much less that his aunt had become a puppet of the Namoans!

When did it happen? Could it be that the aunt I knew as a child was actually a Namoan all along?

Yu Xian’s reason could no longer suppress the familial affection in his heart. He instantly teleported from outer space into a mansion in Zenith City, his eyes fixed on his aunt’s back. Super Smell instantly gathered every scent in Zenith City, and in just 0.01 seconds, Super Brain reconstructed everything that had happened in the city over the past ten years.

Six years ago, when Yu Xian was eleven, his aunt moved to Zenith City. She interviewed for a job and joined Paleo Tech, a company specializing in paleobiological restoration technology. Its founder was Zhou Zhuo, a leading expert in supernatural biology.

Two years passed, and she fell in love with Zhou Zhuo and married him. Another year and a half later, tragedy struck. When Zhou Zhuo was out in the wilderness collecting ancient creature feces, he crossed paths with a Tiger-rank beast and died.

Although devastated by the loss of her lover, his aunt steeled herself and shouldered the massive responsibility of running Paleo Tech. Under her tireless efforts, not only did Paleo Tech not decline, but it instead grew stronger by the day, even successfully cloning an Archaeopteryx. This propelled Paleo Tech to massive fame, sending its market value skyrocketing and instantly turning his aunt into one of the country’s most renowned female tycoons.

Around the time Yu Xian was diagnosed with ALS, the Namo Race set its sights on Paleo Tech. They believed that this technology for cloning ancient lifeforms would be extremely useful in rescuing the Namoans on the Red Planet. And so, one Namoan used Mental Tsunami to destroy his aunt’s mind, then possessed her body and took full control of the Paleo Tech and its wealth.

When Yu Xian had called his aunt for help, only a short time had passed since this incident. The Namo Race member possessing her body deemed maintaining contact with Yu Xian as worthless and simply blocked his number.

At the time, Yu Xian had already hit rock bottom. His mind had been in a haze, and dark thoughts were hard to avoid. On top of that, he saw news of his aunt attending various high-profile conferences, so he had assumed that after becoming wealthy, she no longer wanted anything to do with him, a poor relative. Thus, he cut off every last hope and gave up any thought of contacting her again.

Yu Xian’s eyes widened, and blood vessels rapidly spread across his eyeballs. Scene after scene of his past with his aunt flashed through his mind: his aunt holding him as a baby and gently humming a lullaby, her standing under the sunlight and playing with him when he was a child, him lying peacefully on her back to rest after growing tired during a mountain hike, the two of them embracing each other and weeping when his mother passed away...

Before he knew it, tears slowly rolled down from the corners of his eyes. It turned out his aunt had been murdered more than a year ago. She had not looked down on him because he was poor, nor had she despised him as some poor relative. On the contrary, she had always been thinking of him. When his father passed away, she had already decided to move him to Zenith City for school.

Among the countless pieces of information he had gathered, every little detail showed that his aunt had always cared about him. Right up until the moment she was killed, she had been preparing bedding and clothes for him, waiting to bring him over to live with her.

”Bastard...

”Bastard!

”Bastard, bastard, bastard!”

Yu Xian felt a rage unlike anything he had ever experienced before. Every cell in his Super Brain seemed to be filled with fury. All his hearts pounded madly at a rate of a thousand beats per second, and as his blood boiled, every water molecule that touched his body turned into steam, roiling violently around him.

At that moment, the Namoan possessing Su Zhuo finally sensed that something was wrong. It immediately turned around. The next instant, its eyes widened as it stared in terror at Yu Xian, who now resembled a devil.

The black armor on Yu Xian was blowing off steam. His eyes glowed with furious red light, and the serpent coiled around him had turned crimson, as if it would burst into flames at any second.

The Namoan-controlled Su Zhuo took a step back and had only just opened her mouth, about to call for help, when Yu Xian instantly appeared in front of her. He pulled her into his arms with his right arm. The serpent coiled around him, passed straight through her, and forcibly blasted the Namoan possessing her out of her body. The serpent drove the Namoan all the way out of the building, then bit down on it and hurled it into the sky.

Yu Xian gently set Su Zhuo down. Red light spread across him, and in the blink of an eye, he appeared high in the air. With divine power of deceit covering him, he unleashed a frenzied barrage of punches at the Namoan that the serpent had flung upward.

AAAAAAAHHH!

Yu Xian struck again and again in pure rage, his fists battering the Namoan until its body warped and changed shape like a lump of dough. That did not cause the Namoan much real harm. Recovering from its initial panic, the Namoan showed a flicker of relief on its face.

Yu Xian was already consumed by rage, but the moment he saw that expression, it was as if something cracked inside him. Fury poured out from deep within him like a flood. ”Bastard! You monster!”

The hands covered in the divine power of deceit suddenly ignited with blood-red flames. With a single punch, he blasted a gaping hole through the Namoan.

The Namoan, which had just been feeling relieved and convinced that Yu Xian could not harm it, looked down at the hole in its chest and screamed in terror, ”How is this possible? Divine power! No! Spare me! Don’t kill me!”

In the next moment, it was swallowed by Yu Xian’s furious fists. Every punch wreathed in blood-red flames dealt devastating damage to it. Amid its screams, Yu Xian gradually beat it down until nothing remained.

Even after he killed the Namoan that had possessed his aunt, Yu Xian’s rage was far from appeased. ”Namo Race!”

He kept teleporting across the country, appearing and vanishing in flashes. The serpent coiled around him attacked many prominent figures controlled by the Namoans. He blasted their Mental Physiques out of their hosts, and what awaited them next was his wrathful, flaming fist.

At Qilin headquarters, Yu Lie’s phone continued to ring. He sat with his hands clasped together and his eyes closed.

Cheng Caitian, Chief of the Pharmaceutical R&D Department, got worried. ”Director, are you sure this is all right?”

The situation was far too terrifying. Calls from every faction were pouring into Qilin, clearly trying to pressure the organization and force them to take full action against Yu Xian as soon as possible.

Yu Lie kept his eyes closed and said calmly, ”I have already verified Xiao Yu’s mental state. What we need to do now is become his strongest support. No matter when or where, we trust and support him unconditionally.”

He was certain that Yu Xian was perfectly lucid. If Yu Xian wasn’t losing his mind, then it meant others were clearly losing theirs.

Suddenly, the ringing stopped, and the entire office fell dead silent. Yu Lie narrowed his eyes at the phone, waiting for the outcome.

Above a certain city, Yu Xian gripped a Namoan by the neck with his right hand. His fist burned with flames as red as fresh blood. The Namoan struggled and screamed in agony,”AAAAAAAHHH! Spare me! Kill me! Hurry, kill me! AAAAAHHH!”

Yu Xian ignored it. Instead, he took out his phone and dialed Yu Lie’s number.

Once Yu Lie answered, Yu Xian said, ”Director, the enemies within the country have all been eliminated!”

He tightened his grip. Flames instantly engulfed the Namoan in his hand. He closed his eyes and listened to its screams as if they were the most beautiful sound in the world. This was only the beginning. Every last Namoan on the Red Planet also had to die!
