Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Xia Jinyuan exhaled softly. He understood what Ye Jian was saying. He didn’t let the situation affect him. He calmly made arrangements. ”The felon hasn’t seen you. You’re in the dark while I’m in the light. I’ll drive to cover you. Take the opportunity to get close to Gongga Ningbu. I’ll retreat a kilometer before you move.”

Although he blamed himself, it didn’t affect Xia Jinyuan’s control of the entire situation. He knew what he should do next to better rescue all the hostages.

”Okay!” Ye Jian nodded. She looked at the two parked cars and flashed the police pistol in her hand. ”Drive the Jeep over. I’ll settle the rest.”

There were two dead police officers in the civilian passenger vehicle, so they couldn’t drive over.

Seeing the police phone in her hand, a vicious look flashed past Xia Jinyuan’s dark eyes. ”Okay!”

Looking at the police officer running over, he narrowed his dark eyes. He perfected the plan he had just laid out again.

Time was tight. Everything needed to be arranged quickly.

To the few people who participated in the rescue of the hostages, time passed too quickly. However, to Gongga Ningbu, time was too slow.

He climbed to the front passenger seat from the back. The small space made most of his body press against Yu Si, who was so frightened that she was speechless.

He released Yu Si’s seatbelt. His gaze was sinister as he helped the hostage who was weak all over. The thin and sharp plastic piece was pressed against the aorta on Yu Si’s neck. ”Behave yourself, or I’ll kill you!”

With that, he pushed Yu Si out of the car. Yu Si, who was already in a daze, didn’t make any sound.

Yu Si’s mental state had been severely affected, and she couldn’t move. Wang Qian was heavily injured and unconscious, so he couldn’t move either. Gongga Ningbu’s desire to live was extremely strong. Xia Jinyuan was betting that before Gongga Ningbu got into a new car, he wouldn’t be afraid of acting rashly. Hence, he chose to agree to Gongga Ningbu’s request.

Gongga Ningbu, who ran out of the Jeep, didn’t care about Wang Qian, who was still inside. He wouldn’t waste his energy on a hostage whose fate was unknown.

The sharp plastic piece in his hand was pressed against Yu Si’s neck again. He dragged Yu Si away from the Jeep and headed toward the road.

As soon as he approached the road, he saw two police officers and lost control again. He shouted, ”Stay away from me, do you hear me? Stay away from me! Where’s my car? Where’s my car?”

Cai Yan, who was sitting in the middle of the road with Tian Tian, raised his head and looked forward in shock. He saw Yu Si.

Recalling what the two police officers had told him just now, Cai Yan bit the tip of his tongue with his teeth to suppress the shock that rushed from his chest to his throat.

The police officers had told him not to look in front. He could not look in front. He just needed to take care of Tian Tian.

Tian Tian’s situation was still alright. Cai Yan kept talking to stimulate her, waking her up bit by bit. She could still talk intermittently.

However, she didn’t know about Wang Qian’s and Yu Si’s situation. Cai Yan, who was shocked and afraid, didn’t dare to tell her as he was worried that she would be agitated.

Tian Tian, who had woken up, also heard the voice that frightened her. She finally regained her senses and was shocked again.

”Young man, don’t look, don’t look! He’s far away from us. He can’t hurt us. Don’t be afraid.” Cai Yan was so afraid that the driver even comforted him softly. ”Don’t worry, we have the police and the People’s Liberation Army to protect us. Your friend will be fine too. They’re all thinking of ways to save your friends.”
