Chapter 983: Chapter 773: Death of the Monster (2)

——The Beastified Characteristic Beings personally brought out from the Tanbo Inner Circle by Tony.

The bewildered prostitute still doesn’t know what’s happening, anxiously sitting in the chair, subconsciously peeling the dead skin off her nails and biting her lip.

All her body language indicates that she is in a state of terror right now.

She has no idea what is happening.

Beside her, the laboratory manager silently gazes at the conclusions from all the detection equipment, finally, wearily taking off his glasses.

”The test results for the six ’Cured’ individuals you brought back are out.” He pauses for a moment, saying, ”Everything is normal.”

This is precisely the most abnormal thing.

No characteristics of hybrids, no signs of complications, healthy like ordinary people, and not even any signs of sub-health.

Every organ seems fresh out of the oven, brand new as if they were just made.

The six cured individuals have completely identical characteristics, from genes to blood type to DNA, exactly the same. Even their fingerprints are standard spirals.

This is simply a product created through a standard template.

But now, a living ’product’ is standing right in front of them.

She doesn’t know anything, doesn’t even understand what the situation occurring to her means, hasn’t even had time to be joyful over old ailments recovering without medication.

The manager softly says, ”Besides birth control pills, there’s no medication history, no surgeries experienced in a year, and no signs of modification on her body.”

After a long silence, Ai Qing nods slowly, expressionless.

”Anything else?” she asks.

The manager remains silent for a long time and softly says, ”She...is pregnant.”

Ai Qing looks over, ”Are you sure?”

”She has normal body functions, her organs did not deteriorate or deform.” The manager says, ”I believe I wouldn’t make a mistake even with this.”

Ai Qing closes her eyes.

The spontaneous recovery of Beastified Characteristic Beings is simply an unbelievable miracle. But when this miracle truly descends, no one here is able to feel relaxed or joyful.

Instead, from the bottom of their hearts, they offer compassion to their anguished fate...

Their rebirth relies on the laws of the Eternal Beast.

”From a scholar’s perspective, I must admit, God City Future is an absolute genius, far surpassing his teacher, Matsumoto.”

The manager sighs: ”Not only did he complete Professor Matsumoto’s cell fusion technology independently, but also developed a brand new genetic programming system on this basis, re-editing the human body from the DNA ground up, successfully integrating with the laws of the Eternal Beast... Such talent is rare in Current Circumstances.”

Through the power of the Eternal Beast, healing and rebirth were achieved for Beastified Characteristic Beings.

Not just hybrids, all human illnesses could be eradicated, returning to health through this method.

It is simply salvation.

But, this salvation comes from Hell.

Such experiments have already been conducted by someone...

Threat level: Red-level.

——Existence Institute Code ATTX701 Forbidden Individual· [Swamp Man]

The results of the experiment led to the complete abandonment of three Existence Institute’s miniature border laboratories, sunk into Hell. All experimenters were permanently imprisoned and sealed, and similar research thereafter was designated as forbidden.

No gains, only grievous losses and lessons were obtained.

Ordinary human bodies and consciousness cannot withstand the power of the Eternal Beast.

No matter how small a unit is weakened and iterated, it’s not possible. No matter how small a solar flare, once it descends, it spells disaster for Earth.

And now the supposed cure before them is merely a facade.

Under the human exterior, the essence is no different from the mimicry of Abyssal Creatures. Such existence itself targets the pollution of the Sea of Silver, a diseased change akin to cancer cells.

And this overly abundant mutant vitality will spread in the most direct form.

Then, all the cells carrying the laws of the Eternal Beast will uncontrollably self-replicate and spread, completing mutual assimilation completely unbeknownst to carriers and non-carriers alike.

Contagion.

Everything is completed unconsciously, even without realizing one’s own metamorphosis.

Everyone is misled by God City Future’s ’All Spirits Drug’, wasting time in a mess of painkillers, never having considered that the method of disaster spread is not through medication.

But through people...

The existence of the mutual aid association is not for distributing drugs.

But for gathering crowds, imperceptibly facilitating the widespread dissemination of swamp cells from God City Future—yet ultimately, how did he obtain the Eternal Beast cells from the heavily monitored Existence Institute?

From the start, no one could imagine he would become this mad.

Nor could anyone have anticipated he would succeed...

”Fortunately, for now, limited by time and equipment, there’s still a defect in God City Future’s accomplishments.”

The technical manager says, ”The spread of the Eternal Beast’s laws is still limited to Beastified Characteristic Beings, with quite a distance from ordinary people and Sublimators.

Moreover, it hasn’t evolved to the exaggerated extent recorded in the ’Swamp Man’, it more closely resembles the gradual board swapping of the ’Ship of Theseus’. If not through fluid transmission, achieving the minimal contagion would require over ten hours of intimate contact...”
