The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Capítulo 1546: Chapter 1546: The Nanny Refuses to Admit Her Age

Tao Bin was stunned for a moment, looked down at his scratched and bald shoes by the cat, then looked at the yawning nanny still cleaning, and felt a bit embarrassed, lowering his head in shame: “I… I just wanted to give my sister a surprise.”

He came to the Cheng Family and said that he was about to join the military and wouldn’t be able to come back for at least two, at most five years, hoping to stay over in the meantime.

Considering that he was Little Taotie’s real brother, and also just a bit over ten years old, Cheng Guodong softened and agreed.

At the time, seeing that it was almost ten o’clock, and Little Taotie was about to sleep, Cheng Guodong chose a room for Tao Bin, told him to wash up and sleep, and that they would tell Little Taotie about his stay in the morning.

Who would have thought Tao Bin would be so unreliable; he nodded obediently just a moment ago but then turned around and ran upstairs!

Little Taotie felt sorry for her little brother, who was being scolded by the big brother like a quail and didn’t dare lift his head, so she tugged on big brother’s collar.

Now, Little Taotie was in Cheng Guodong’s arms, and just the right angle to tug on his collar.

Cheng Guodong: “…”

If it were someone else daring to tug his collar, he’d have given them a punch by now.

But since it was his own sister, what could he do but let her continue tugging!

Cheng Guodong looked at his sister; the stern look he had just given Tao Bin instantly turned into a gentle one, as warm as spring, and his voice became affectionate and soft: “Sister, what’s wrong?”

Little Taotie, wearing a mask that hid the fact that she had lost a tooth, was willing to speak, but her lisping voice betrayed her, “Big bro, don’t blame little bro anymore, little bro knows he’s wrong!”

“Pffft!”

Hearing his sister’s lisping baby voice, Gu Yixing couldn’t hold back and burst into laughter.

Nanny: “…”

She looked down at the little white traces of toothpaste on the floor and sighed.

Gu Yixing felt a bit embarrassed, took over the vacuum cleaner and mop, “I’ll do the cleaning, you go to bed, it’s getting late, and elderly people need to rest.”

Elderly people!!!

The nanny glared fiercely at Gu Yixing.

Giving her more work didn’t make her complain or upset because the salary was high every month.

But calling her an elderly person, she couldn’t tolerate!

Since working with Little Taotie making clothes, although the nanny continued as a nanny, her social identity had long changed; she was a fashion designer, and a famous one at that!

She was somewhat popular abroad too!

To match the aura of her social status, she had spent no small amount on beauty salons, getting rid of spots, whitening, and even topping up her card!

Everyone said she looked twenty years younger!

Gu Yixing sensed the nanny’s hostile gaze, hurriedly cleaned things up, then looked up with a smile: “Um, did I get an illusion from not wearing my contacts? Nanny, your spots on your face are gone, and the surrounding ones have lightened, you look a lot younger!”

The nanny, who was about to lose her temper, instantly beamed with joy, touching her face, “Looks like the money wasn’t wasted, everyone says I’ve gotten younger, do I look good? Next week I have an interview invitation to talk about the inspiration for my latest designs, looking like this, I should do quite well on camera, right?”

Gu Yixing nodded quickly: “You’ll definitely do well on camera. Wearing your own designs, you’ll be very beautiful. Nanny, it’s late, you should go get your beauty sleep; good sleep is good for your looks.”

The nanny looked at her watch, it was past ten, “No wonder my eyelids are fighting, it’s ten already. I’ll get going, you all sleep early too.”

After the nanny left, Gu Yixing let out a long sigh of relief.

Previously, the nanny was his fan and cheered thoughtlessly at whatever he said, but after spending so much time together, the proximity had overshadowed the beauty, and the nanny didn’t like him anymore. She wasn’t his fan anymore, the nanny was quite something now, saying she was her own fan. Thinking of the nanny’s recent magazine photos, so heavily edited they were unrecognizable, Gu Yixing shook his head with amusement, could it be she bloomed late in life?
