The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Capítulo 1509: Chapter 1509: Choosing to Use the Dessert

The Popular Young Idol silently saw his agent off, tossing and turning in bed unable to fall asleep, but finally, he made a choice.

Although it felt despicable, he still wanted to make use of this seven-year-old child.

Without many ingredients, he found milk, eggs, butter, cocoa powder, and low-gluten flour.

He planned to make a chocolate cake.

After mixing the partially melted butter thoroughly with milk, he added a small amount of low-gluten flour, three egg yolks, and cooked at a low temperature. Once all the ingredients combined, he added cocoa powder; it was just a matter of stirring constantly, very simple. It was the dessert he indulged in while dieting, and he added a bit of zero-calorie sugar. The cake mixture was finished.

He found a red polka-dotted mug and poured the cake mixture into it, directly placing it in the refrigerator.

After freezing for two hours, the cake mixture solidified into a texture resembling cheese, a zero-calorie sugar dessert with a taste like raw chocolate, but more solid.

He placed the mug sealed with cling film into a thermal bag, checked the time, and contacted his agent when it was about right.

The call connected, and the agent asked, “Have you made up your mind?”

“Yes.” His voice sounded slightly weary: “I’ve made a snack.”

“Great, I’ll pick you up later and take you to visit the set.”

“Okay.”

Just after hanging up, the phone rang.

The Popular Young Idol looked at the caller ID; it was a long-uncontacted acquaintance.

Remark: Senior Brother!

It was the senior who had taken a wrong path and completely fallen into despair.

The Popular Young Idol furrowed his brow slightly, staring intently at the phone as the ringtone played a very energizing and dynamic song.

The music ended.

He exhaled a breath, and as he picked up the phone, the ringtone sounded again.

The caller ID still showed Senior Brother.

He still didn’t answer, quietly watching the phone until the ringtone stopped on its own.

He stared at the phone until the screen went dark, and only after a while with no more calls did he breathe a complete sigh of relief.

He changed into a blue T-shirt, dark jeans, and wore a denim cap, looking youthful and lively. He smiled at the mirror; the smile seemed sunny, but his eyes didn’t really smile. He stared into his eyes for a while, and his eyes slightly curved upward, filled with a smile, looking friendly, very much like a neighborly brother.

This is an actor—capable of performing any role, even using this skill in real life, sometimes not even knowing if he’s acting behind a mask or truly smiling.

He picked up the thermal bag, opened the hotel room door, but seeing the person standing at the door, the deliberately disguised friendly smile on his face gradually stiffened, then faded away.

“Why didn’t you answer the phone?” The man at the door removed his mask; it was a face with a weathered look, yet handsome, exuding a roguish charm.

Back then, many young girls liked this face, but after the scandal with a wealthy woman erupted, his fans all turned into anti-fans.

The Popular Young Idol glanced left and right, seeing no one around quickly pulled this senior inside and closed the door tightly, his voice lowered: “Why are you here?”

“First answer my question, why didn’t you answer the phone?”

“I didn’t know you called me.”

“Really?” The senior mocked with a laugh, his gaze sweeping across the room, “You’re all alone.”

“Yes.”

“Do you know how long I’ve been standing at the door?”

Upon hearing this, The Popular Young Idol was taken aback, realizing something and furrowing his brow tightly.

“The soundproofing here is poor; I could hear your phone ringing while standing at the door. What are you doing? Don’t know your phone was ringing?”
