The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 810: Chapter 810: The New Bodyguard Jin Yin

Cheng Guodong received a call from PR number two, Chen Zi, and was in a good mood as he asked, ”How’s it going, getting used to the new position?”

Chen Zi laughed and said, ”I think I prefer the work mode of the new position to being cooped up in the office all day.”

”It looks like we’re both quite satisfied with this job transfer.”

”Yes.” Suddenly, Chen Zi sighed, ”There are some things, I’m not sure if I should say.”

Cheng Guodong raised an eyebrow, ”Don’t play this game, just say it.”

Chen Zi lowered his voice, ”You know about Gu Bei and the female bodyguard’s relationship.”

”Yes, I know.”

”Gu Bei was transferred away, and I was transferred here. The bodyguards aren’t friendly to me. I suspect Gu Bei’s girlfriend is behind it, trying to scare me off so Gu Bei can return.”

”You mean Sheng Nan wants to push you out?”

”I don’t know if I’m overthinking it, but Sitian has been giving me trouble these days, saying I’m too diligent or something.”

”Sitian might indeed do something like that, maybe acting out on behalf of Gu Bei and Sheng Nan.”

”Boss, about Sitian...”

”Stop stalling, speak up, I have a meeting to attend.”

”I won’t say more. I’ll send it to your phone. Listen to it yourself, I don’t know how to explain.”

”Alright.” Cheng Guodong hung up the phone, and a moment later, a voice recording came through on WeChat.

Cheng Guodong played the audio, and heard Sitian’s voice: ”...Chairman Cheng... really petty... beep beep beep...”

Cheng Guodong’s face darkened.

...

That evening, a handsome man arrived at the filming set.

The man had blue eyes, fair skin, and black hair. He was a Hua Country mixed blood.

He walked straight to Little Taotie, knelt down on one knee, ”Beautiful little princess, from now on, I’m your knight.”

Little Taotie: ”...” looking bewildered.

Sitian stepped forward, placing herself between this inexplicable person and Little Taotie, and questioned coldly, ”Who are you? Are you Little Taotie’s sasaeng fan?”

Sasaeng fans are those extreme and crazed individuals among celebrity fans.

To satisfy their own desires, they like to stalk, spy on, and secretly photograph the daily lives of celebrities, harassing the stars they like, thereby affecting the private lives of the artists and their families.

Sasaeng behavior brings great distress to the idol, and since it disturbs public order, it also poses a safety hazard and often damages the idol’s reputation.

As Little Taotie’s bodyguard, Sitian was most wary of sasaeng fans, and immediately went on high alert, eyeing the mixed-blood man with suspicion.

The man stood up, gave a gentleman’s bow, yet remained unruffled. He took a letter from his pocket and handed it to Sitian, ”This is your reassignment letter.”

The man adjusted his collar and smiled radiantly, ”Allow me to introduce myself, I am the new member transferred here to assume the position of bodyguard. My Hua Country name follows my mother’s surname, Jin Yin. Jin is the golden Jin, Yin means tiger, which is also the Yin time in the twelve Hua Country time periods. I belong to the tiger, and coincidentally, I was born in the Yin time.”

Sitian opened the letter and cursed, ”What did I do wrong! Who wants to go protect other artists of the company! Even if they’re the company’s key projects, so what, I want to stay by Little Taotie’s side!”

She glared at Jin Yin unfriendly, ”Are you here to take my job? Let’s fight, if you lose, scram!”

Jin Yin’s bright, sunny smile didn’t change, ”Chairman Cheng predicted you would want to challenge me.”

”Quit talking! Fight!” Sitian threw a punch already.

Despite being tall and burly, Jin Yin was very agile. He deftly turned and slammed his elbow into the armpit of the arm Sitian punched with.

”You lewd!” Sitian staggered back several steps, clutching her chest, and roared with rage, murderous intent blazing in her eyes.

Jin Yin raised his hands innocently, ”I didn’t touch anywhere I shouldn’t, just the armpit, don’t falsely accuse me.”

Sitian felt utterly humiliated—clearly it hit...

That wasn’t important now, the worst part was, she lost in one move!

Jin Yin sighed, ”I know you’re not convinced, Chairman Cheng asked me to pass on a message to you.”

Sitian, enraged, ”I’m not listening.”

Jin Yin continued regardless, ”You’re being assigned to protect a band, all six members are handsome guys, are you sure you want to pass up this opportunity? They were poached with a large sum of money, first-rate in composition and songwriting, and since they’re not idols, they have no rule against dating.”
