The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 749: Chapter 749: Hinting at Coconut Shoes

Little Taotie arrived at the Special Department and entered the archive room.

Hua Jinyan asked, ”What case are you looking for? I’ll help you search.”

”There’s one case, the restaurant male restroom murder. Two witnesses appeared, who were also suspects. They accused each other, and in the end, were released due to insufficient evidence. The case became unsolved because the murderer was never found. I suspect that this conundrum was sent to our Special Department.”

”Are you looking for the file on this case?”

Little Taotie nodded, ”I want to know the final outcome.”

Leaning against the door, Mo Haihao laughed, ”No need to search, just ask me.”

Little Taotie looked at him in surprise, ”Captain, you know?”

Mo Haihao, ”The case was handled by our Team Three back in the day. I wasn’t the team leader then, but I took part in it.”

Little Taotie peeled a candy and handed it to Mo Haihao, ”Captain, have some candy!”

”Are you trying to bribe me?”

Little Taotie giggled embarrassingly.

Mo Haihao took the candy and tossed it into his mouth, ”Watermelon flavor, not bad, I like it. I’ll accept your bribe.”

After finishing the candy, Mo Haihao took a file from a shelf.

As the two kids looked over the file, he reminisced and began talking about the case, ”At that time, I had just joined the Special Department not long before, and you know my talents.”

Mo Haihao took off his sunglasses, revealing his Different Pupils, the Yin Yang Eyes.

”I must say, that teenager was very clever. He anticipated everything that would happen and was successfully released as innocent, but he didn’t know about the existence of the Special Department.”

”So to say, he was still too young. How much could a boy under 14 know, daring to commit murder?”

”He thought that once he walked out of the courthouse, pronounced innocent, it was all over, not realizing that the case had been sent to the Special Department the same day, for us to uncover the truth within three days.”

”The time was too short, so the captain brought along me, the rookie, because I could see the deceased.”

”The reason we only had three days was because the victim’s family wanted to bury the body as soon as possible. Many pieces of evidence would disappear with cremation, so that night we saw the corpse, and I also saw the Spiritual Body that lingered around the body.”

”At the time, there were only three people in the restroom: the victim, the teenager, and the man. The victim was dead, the teenager and the man were in cahoots, thinking no one would ever know the truth. Little did they know the victim could tell me everything.”

Before he could reveal the truth, Little Taotie hurriedly said, ”Let me share my guess first to see if I’m right!”

Mo Haihao raised an eyebrow, ”Alright, let’s hear it.”

Little Taotie put a toy pipe in his mouth and put on a serious face, ”The victim was using the urinal when suddenly, the man attacked him from behind. He struggled fiercely and broke free, running towards the cubicle across, entering and locking the door thinking he could hide there, not knowing that someone was already inside, the teenager.”

With shining eyes, Little Taotie looked at Mo Haihao, who nodded, ”Correct, continue.”

Encouraged, Little Taotie’s mouth curled into a smirk, but his face quickly turned serious again, and his brow furrowed slightly, ”The victim might have sought help from the teenager, but for some reason, instead of helping him, the teenager ended up killing him.”

Mo Haihao sighed softly and hinted, ”Coconut shoes.”
